Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location. Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00. Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50. Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag. In accordance with local regulations, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the property requires additional guest documentation with reason of stay for verification purposes following the reservation. Additionally, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s stay is required. Failure to provide the requested documentation or the security deposit may result in the cancellation of the reservation in line with the applicable cancellation policy. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Maria (8/5): Muy tranquila y exitosa - El alojamiento estaba muy bien, sobretodo el salón. Muy amplio y con mucho espacio, las dos habitaciones amplias también. Cosas a mejorar, alguna especie de persiana para que no entre la luz a primera hora. El armario estaba como para cambiar - el d la habitación grande y la cama también, se notaba que las tablas de la cama estaban para cambiar. Las persianas sí o sí las pondría.
