• Norman (10/5): For the price, I’d say you would be pushed to find better for access to central London. The host was very welcoming and - Excellent location . Just a few minutes walk from Goodge St Station (only 2 stops from Euston) It was clean spacious and the bedroom and bathroom were separated from the rest of the house. Nothing, really.🤔 Everything was fine and as you would expect.

• Clark (10/5): Best stay and best location! - The host Karina was so lovely and welcoming. The house was clean, warm and bright. The bathroom was beautiful and could not fault anything. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm down, and will try the breakfast next! small lamp near headboard of bed as was very dark when turning the light off next to the bedroom door. But this is a very very minor thing.

• G (10/5): Excellent, comfy&cosy family home with heart that I would always recommend others to stay with. - The host and lovely family were most inviting and caring for all my (extra) needs that needed attention, as my cabin bag had been swapped and I was without any nightgown, toothbrush or telephone charger. All was taken care off in such a heartful way. All amenities like water heater for tea&coffee was provided. Sadly I was unable to enjoy their breakfast as I had to leave very early for my flight out. I would certainly come back to this excellent home, where you are taken care off as if you were a long time friend paying a visit. On top you can ask the host for a private yoga session, if this is something you always wanted to try. There is nothing that I disliked!

I found a good one near the venue of the course I was attending The original advert, on booking.com, cited a street but not a number in the street! It was a basement, not ground floor, room, as advertised. Not even a sink in the room. So, if the bathroom was occupied you must wait.

• Mark (5/5): Poor communication and single room posing as twin. - The location was excellent, and all amenities were close at hand. The booking in process was a debacle. We were booked in by the owners son, who was about 13. Not his fault, but he didn't give us all the information we needed to get back in, so we had to return to find out. I think that our room was the child's bedroom as it had his name on the door. The 2nd bed is a pull out bed, which meant that the 2 beds were wall to wall. This made getting out of bed ridiculous I.e. I had to slide down the bed to get out rather than get out in the conventional manner. It would serve far better as a single room only.

My fault... I should have taken more attention when I booked. And to share the bathroom, even nicely warm, is not a great deal in the morning when you need to work.

That location is also so quiet! The whole family is really pleasant, we got also recommendation for good restaurants and cafes. We had everything we needed. Thank you so much for a lovely stay 😊😊

It was quiet and a lovely bowl of fruit was left in my room. I had a full English breakfast in the morning at a time of my choice. I will certainly be staying there again.

• Niamh (6/5): Convenient but awkward. - The location was brilliant and the property is really good value for money compared to other places in central London. I booked pretty last minute and the hosts were still able to accommodate me which was great. The bed was also super super comfy and warm. My room was spotless too when I checked in. The family have a lovely home and I cant emphasize enough how close to the tube station it is. Free-wifi too was easy to connect to and worked well which was definitely a great help. My room was not ready when I arrived even though I specified my check in time, so I had to wait while the host's son (they were not in - I'm not sure why) cleaned everything. Overall I felt a little like I was intruding on a family home. My room (small twin) was extremely noisy, the window connects to the street and the walls are also super thin so there's noise coming from everywhere. I could hear what the other guests were saying, and I could hear people walking around above me often. My main worry is that I could not contact the host at all. When I came back at night, one of the locks jammed and I could not get into the house. By this point it was dark and I am a solo traveller so safety is a concern of mine, I tried for about 15 minutes, tried the doorbell and phoned the property but nobody answered. The second time, someone came to open the door which I was very thankful for. Again, when I went to check out there was another similar problem. There were no checkout instructions? I looked around to ask someone but nobody answered or was even in the house. This would've been fine (I don't expect for someone to be there 24/7), apart from the fact that the host's contact number goes straight to a dial tone when you try to call. The problem was that if I left the keys in the house, the door was left clearly open and unlocked - which was not a position I wanted to put the family in. I ended up locking the door and then sliding the keys under the gap at the bottom, but I had to take apart the keychain for them to fit. Again, I hope this is okay - it felt like the safest option to me.

• Babcock (10/5): Great stay / central location - Missed my train connection and I booked quicky with no issues. Arrival train was later than expected that evening but was taken care right away. Needed a nice/quiet room w/wifi near station and this fitted the bill nice. Restaurants / pubs all nearby, which I walked to easily. It was a very short stay but it would be a great location to base London day trips from. Thanks for a good nights sleep and I'll book longer next time in London! I unfortanely missed out on breakfast or yoga as I had a very early train so can't tell you about that. Thats on me though. Next time!

Such a kind and accommodating host; who made my family and I feel welcomed from the moment we first arrived. Such lovely rooms - everything you need to hand. Fresh fruit, fresh ice cold water and tea making facilities were made available from the moment we entered the rooms. Everything was explained re the facilities, where the extra bedding was if needed, how to access the tv/Wi-Fi. Quite literally the most comfortable beds we’re ever slept in too!! So much so, that we all could’ve happily slept in. Will most definitely return and would highly recommend. Thank you so much for making our stay so homely and memorable.
• Zacharias (9/5): Superb - Excellent hostess, perfect location for most seesights of London (British Musim, Leister SQ, Goven Garden, Madam T, etc), big rooms with everything you need inside, like be in your home, VFM. The rooms are in a share type appartment something comon in London. Hostess was very discreet and helpfull so it was like we were alone in the whole apartment. Thank you Tammy for that feeling!
