• Xaroula (10/5): - Έμεινα στο κατάλυμα για ένα Σαββατοκύριακο και η εμπειρία μου ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο Ηλίας ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός από την πρώτη στιγμή, πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και διέθετε όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο μετρό και σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν καφέ και επιλογές για φαγητό. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά στο μέλλον.

• Ioana (9/5): - This place is one of the best to stay if you have business around the city center. Location wise is worth every penny. It’s also well connected to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit chilly and we needed the bed to be already made with a duvet and a duvet cover. The owner was quick in bringing us a cover for the duvet existing in the closet, but we did the rest. It was fine and warm in the end.

• Martina Pe. (10/5): - Very nice apartment. The metro is close and the street is very save and quiet. Everything we needed was included. I appreciate coffee, tea and water. The coffees, shops and bars are near.
• Αγγελική (9/5): - Απίστευτα καθαρό δωμάτιο ακόμα και σε σημεία που δεν περιμένει κανείς. Αν και μικρό, είναι πλήρως λειτουργικό κι εξοπλισμένο, και ικανό να καλύψει τις ανάγκες λίγων ημερών διαμονής 1-2 ατόμων στην Αθήνα. Έχοντας ξαναπάει, αυτή τη φορά υπήρχαν μικρές προσθήκες που έκαναν τη διαφορά και συνείσφεραν στην άνεση, όπως κρεμάστρες για τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο. Μακάρι όλοι οι ιδιοκτήτες τέτοιων καταλυμάτων να πρόσεχαν και να «πόναγαν» την ιδιοκτησία τους όπως ο κος Ηλίας. Το επιλέγω ξανά και ξανά!!! Λίγο άβολα τα μαξιλάρια, πολύ μαλακά, αλλά έπειτα από επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη, προτίθεται να αλλάξει μελλοντικά για την ικανοποίηση των διαμενόντων.

• Πολυξενη (10/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό. Πεντακάθαρο, σε πολύ προνομιακή τοποθεσία με καταστήματα, εστιατόρια καθώς επίσης και σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση από το μέτρο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενεστατος και άμεσα εξυπηρετικός όταν τον χρειαστηκα για να ρωτήσω κάτι.

• Chris (10/5): Everything was perfect! - A wonderful stay in Athens.The apartment was clean, cute, and cozy, and it had all the necessary amenities such as cooking and cleaning supplies, a working AC, TV, etc. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was a reasonable size, the shower was spacious and comfortable, and there was always hot water. The location is excellent. Very close to the metro station (about 35 minute ride from the port and around 45 minutes to the airport). It was also very convenient for getting around the city, with only about 15 minute metro ride to the city center. There is a large supermarket nearby, as well as smaller shops even closer. There's a small convenience store nearby that works until midnight. Coffee shops, pastry places, fast food, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The area has everything you need. Highly recommended! nothing to complain about !

• Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was clean and had easy access. The location was perfect – right next to the metro, in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby. The apartment was very well equipped – there were useful toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee, snacks, and even bottled water, which was a very nice touch. The coffee machine was also a big plus! The host was very friendly and communicative, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, everything contributed to a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this place! Nothing

• Amina (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment located in a nice and safe neighbourhood and only 2-3min walk to Panormou station. You can find everything what you need nearby . The apartment was very clean, well equipped, bed was comfortable. The host is very kind, helpful, trustful, very reactive on the phone and always makes sure that we don't need anything ! I highly recommend ! Pillows were too soft for me

• Annita (10/5): Exceptional - Ilias is an excellent host and the place is perfect! One of the best rooms I've seen. The location is safe and quiet. It's very close to the Panormou Metro station. You've got everything right at your feet. Plenty of options for food, coffee, drinks etc. The city center (Acropolis, Syntagma etc.) is really close if you use the Metro. Plenty of amenities/facilities (e g. hairdryer, coffee machine, welcome treats) and super clean. It truly felt like home. The bed and pillows were very comfy. You can even cook if you're planning to stay for more days! I'll definitely visit it again :) Keep it up!

There are plenty of amenities nearby, including restaurants, bars, and a convenience store. The apartment was very clean, and the owner was helpful throughout the stay. Finding the place was easy, and access was straightforward. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return. Nothing, everything was perfect
