• Jacques (9/5): perfect for a short stay in Madrid and to visit surrounding areas on day trip like Toledo - no breakfast..but appreciated the Nestcafe cups for us to use and there is a full kitchen to use or plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The apartment is in the center of old madrid with easy metro access and short walking distance to museum, shopping tapas, plazas and more. And despite the crowds on the plaza...the apartment is very silent. ..not much to complain about!

• romain1977 (10/5): JE RECOMMANDE A 200% - Localisation exceptionnelle, sur la Puerta del Sol ... mais appartement situé à l'arrière, côté court donc d'un calme assez incroyable alors que nous sommes en plein coeur de Madrid : un pur bonheur ! Autre belle surprise : le logement est TRES grand :-) Supérette bien pratique à 5 mètres en sortant. Les équipements sont satisfaisants. PAS D'HESITATION, NOUS Y RETOURNERONS ET NE POUVONS QUE LE RECOMMANDER VIVEMENT ! petit bémol : la qualité du lit du clic-clac laisse à désirer

• Natalia (8/5): Muy bien el apartamento, pero ... - El apartamento, estupendo. Tenía todo lo necesario. La atención por WhatsApp, inmediata. La situación, inmejorable No me gustó que anunciara que tenía ascensor y que realmente antes de llegar a este había que subir unas 30 escaleras. Además el ascensor llegaba a entreplanta con lo cual había que subir o bajar otras 8 escaleras. Es importante que esto se especifique. Yo viajaba con mi hija y un bebé, así que llevábamos carrito. El tema de las escaleras dificultó bastante las entradas y salidas

• Sergio (9/5): - La ubicación espectacular La entrada con códigos no me gustó mucho, un poco incómodo. Algunos fallos en el apartamento que considero no pueden ocurrir: el A.A se apagaba solo, no había apeo higienico( 1 rollo para 3 días), café de cortesía pero no había ni azúcar ni sacarina…son tonterías pero te hacen estar en un 8 o en un 10
• José Luis (7/5): Buen sitio para visitar Madrid - Es muy amplio para tres personas. Está un poco desaprovechado por la distribución que tiene, pero está bien para pasar unos días. Que no nos dejaron entrar hasta la hora en punto. Pedí dejar las maletas y me dijeron que pagara entrar antes. Una vez allí, estuvimos esperando desde las 12:30 aproximadamente, y sabiendo que estábamos allí hasta las 15:00 no nos activaron los accesos. Entiendo que es su política de empresa, pero no cuesta nada dejar acceder un poco antes. Es lo único que no me gustó. Por suerte no tuvimos ningún problema en el apartamento, así que por lo demás bien.

• Pili (9/5): - El apartamento nos encantó y la ubicación. En todo momento podías estar en contacto y te respondían de inmediato, muy amables les doy un 10. Me gustó todo, por poner una pega, la almohada Muy blanda, pero eso es difícil estar a,gusto de todo el mundo.

• Ignacio (9/5): Apartamento en el centro de Madrid, kilómetro 0 - Un buen apartamento muy céntrico en plena Puerta del Sol. La cocina es sencilla, tiene su cafetera con cápsulas de cortesía, nevera, lavavajillas. Perfecto para una escapada rápida en Madrid. Volveremos. La cama es cómoda, hay mucho espacio de almacenaje. Ducha muy buena, con geles y champú. Se quedó la puerta de la calle atascada al volver un día y toda la comunicación es por mensaje, no demasiado ágil si quieres entrar rápido en el apartamento.

• Francesca (8/5): Brilliant central location and big apartment - The location is fantastic. Right at the Sol Metro station, less than 10 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. The soundproofing is great. There was a large stage and tens of thousands of people outside every evening we stayed celebrating the lead up to the National Day. Couldn’t hear any of it from inside the apartment. The unlocking of the two doors using your phone is a little nerve wracking. Once it didn’t work and you wonder how you’re going to get in but eventually it did before the property message chat got back to me. Also, only one of us had the instructions on our phone so we always had to be together to get back in. I never found out if two people could have the access instructions.
• Robert (9/5): Muy buena ubicación - Ubicación muy buena y en el apartamento hay de todo. Para encontrar la ubicación es un poco difícil más cuando uno llega tenemos que subir muchas escaleras para llegar al ascensor.

• Cosma (8/5): Appartamento grande in pieno centro - Casa molto grande situata in pieno centro, stazione della metropolitana a 20 metri, bagno enorme e cucina provvista di tutto, pulizia impeccabile. La struttura non offre il servizio di deposito bagagli se non a pagamento e comunque molto distante dall’appartamento, il sistema di aria condizionata ha dei sensori che la fanno spegnere continuamente se non rileva una presenza nella stanza, manca la tv nella stanza da letto.

Las instrucciones súper sencillas y mi flexible La atención maravillosa, siempre atentos Te reciben con todo lo necesario y más: café, agua, elementos de limpieza, elementos de aseo (shampoo, jabón, crema enjuague) El depto es enorme y está super bien equipado: aire en el living y en el cuarto, TV, jarra eléctrica, cafetera de cápsulas, lavarropas, plancha, etc. la ubicación inmejorable: salís a la puerta del sol. Realmente está tal cual se ve las fotos y más grande Nada, todo estuvo de maravillas

• Patricia (1/5): Will not use again - Spacious,well equiped, clean, great location The problem getting in. Didn’t receive the code to access until I kept chasing for it. Then when I downloaded the app which would also let us in, we could unlock the street door but it showed a different apartment (Confort 4) to the one in the booking confirmation email (Confort 6). The numeric code would not unlock the original apartment so we went to the apartment shown on the App. The app did unlock that apartment but there were obviously people staying in it as we immediately saw an open suitcase. After ringing, we finally got into Confort 6 but knowing that we were able to get into another apartment via the app, we had no belief that the apartment was safe so we did not feel comfortable the whole time we stayed there.

• Patricia (9/5): Great location, clean well kitted out apartment, would definitely come and stay again - The location was great and the apartment was roomy, clean and had everything we needed . The information in the apartment re WiFi was incorrect and we had to contact the owner to get the right information. Initial panic when we arrived as couldn’t see a lift or any signs pointing to it. Thought we might have to find alternative accommodation but after a bit of looking we did find it.

Despite being in the middle of a very lively square the apartment was very quiet The apartment had all the facilities we wanted. The wi-fi instructions were not clear which required contact with the owner to clarify.
• Ernesto (9/5): Excellent apartment with a great location to move around Madrid center - The location and the staffing of the property were excellent It was no WiFi at all in the bedroom , no signal of the router what has caused a significant disappointment. The problem was that we have written to the company daily and they in some way knew that, they repetitively responded they would sort it out but they had not. Additionally, it was no safe at the property what it’s a necessary item in such holiday apartment.

• Kelly (10/5): Great visit, central location - Located in Sol. Central to any and everything, right off the Sol metro stop. Washing machine. Nice kitchen, iron and ironing board. Sol is super busy, but you could not hear a peep of the noises outside.
• Enrique (2/5): Nightmare. - The location is great. Only good thing. The flat is old, you can hear the neighbours all day. There are no curtains, so I hope you can sleep with daylight and noise. AC works poorly, flat smells bad, wifi never works and kitchen extractor doesnt works.

• Philbert (8/5): Awesome location for exploring Madrid and shopping. - The location is at the heart of the shopping area and in the centre of all the major landmarks in Madrid. Even though the Puerto del Sol Metro was only a few steps from the apartment we did not need to take the metro due to the convenience of walking to all the sights. The host was very responsive and accommodating for our early arrival and gave very clear instructions to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Our only complaint would be that the shower water was only lukewarm and the bathroom lacked heating. It is probably suitable for the summer months but cold for winter periods.
• Peter (9/5): Highly recommended for a short visit of Madrid. - The apartment is spacious, clean and cosy. Has everything for relaxing and nice stay. One cannot even dream of better location, it’s at the heart of the city. Cannot recall anything.
• Joanne (9/5): Fantastic location - The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the train, restaurants and there is a large supermarket and food court nearby. The apartment is large and has everything you need for a few days stay. The wifi was pretty poor. There were a couple of nights where we didn’t have hot water but that got sorted.
• Jaume (9/5): Excellent Location and high quality apartment. - The location is perfect. It is just in the middle of the city and next to every shop and bar. The metro & train stations are just in front of you. We used it on our way to the Atocha Station. The apartment is perfectly fitted with absolutely everything and shops are around should you need any groceries. Christmas decorations made the experience even better. Madrid has a lot of visitors during the Christmas weeks. Sometimes it is hard to get a place in a restaurant or even walk in the streets. I would have preferred an ensuite toilet in the bedroom, but other than that it was excellent.

Very centrally located The air conditioner was on a two hour timer and it was really hot so I had interrupted sleep as I had to keep pushing the timer. Checkin instructions were difficult as I didn’t have internet

The apartment was very spacious and clean Locker service after checkout was convenient WiFi network was not strong enough to reach the bedroom and it was inconvenient to live without WiFi in the evening
• Osnat (10/5): Big comfort appartment in the center - Great location, big comfort appartment, electronic entrence so no need key, the information on how to enter was very clear. We did not need to use public transportation at all. Allow us to stay extra 2 hours.

Very central location plus Metro on the doorstep. totally unsuitable for people with disabilities or older solo travellers like me. access to 5th floor apartment carrying luggage very difficult. A long steep flight of stairs from the street entrance to the first floor with luggage very difficult. once on the first floor there are more stairs to navigate to get to an oddly positioned elevator then even more stairs down to the apartment.
