- Lori (1/5): AVOID!!!!! - I liked nothing Stay away from this place, I beg you. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This place was nothing but trouble. NOTHING WORKED!!! The communication with the owner was next to nothing. Every time when I asked for help, they always provided an excuse and made me feel like an inconvenience. If they got back to me, it was the next day! Even if I messaged them in the morning - The coffee machine didn't work - The washing machine didn't work - Water was leaking from the toilet, everytime when I went to the toilet, I would have water leaking on me and it was disgusting - It's a shady area where the apartment is. It is known for drug deals and prostitution. I asked the owners, they told me she had women coming in at 2am and nothing happened to them. I am a native of Sicily, and I know that's not true. My family also told me it's not a good zone. But unfortunately, I booked it before I was informed. - Had a very small shower which has a narrow opening - TV wasn't working - Air con wasn't working The worst part was I had an emergency so I had to leave early. I requested a refund for the last night. I submitted a request to booking.com. They sent the request to the owners and they never got back to me or booking.com. All they are worried about is the money. They dont care about the people who rent out their apartments.

- Boris (9/5): Clean and comfy - The accommodation was clean and the bed comfortable. We had everything we needed at our disposal. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he contacted us via WhatsApp before our arrival and explained everything. The only minor minus is the location, at first we were surprised how nice accommodation is hidden in such a district. But after three days in Catania, we found out that this is how the whole city looks like :) But of course we felt safe. We thank the owner and recommend this accommodation.

- Svetlana (10/5): very recommended, exceptional apartment - this apartment is fully equipped, renovated, modern, lovely furnishings! very good mattress and pillows! the covered terrace was my favorite place, watching the starry sky and the nightly fireworks! not far from the center in a very local area, all the necessary nice local stores around the corner! a few minutes into the center to Dome place and fishmarket. i can highly recommend this apartment! the landlord is very friendly and helpful and always available! i enjoyed my stay of 12 days very much. thank you! nothing
- Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is very clean. Air condition and wifi works perfect. There is big fridge and all kitchen facilities you need. Bed is very comfortable and you also have little, cute balcony. Owner thinks of every detail in apartment, like box of first aid kit, bottle opener, nail polish remover, plastic box for food, electric insects repellent in room and kitchen, etc. Communication with owner is easy, he even came to pick us from Central station because we couldn't find any taxi and it was very late at night. He even pick up our friends and took them to their apartment. Thank you so much for that! Greetings from Serbia!

The house owner even thought of leaving a lot of capsules for the nice bialetti espresso machine in the kitchen as well as sweets, olive oil etc. It was very comfortable and a great vacation.

- Evgeniia (10/5): Exceptional - It was a real home for me for 3 weeks in Catania. The apartment is perfect clean. The Wi-Fi connection is very strong so it's a good option for nomad. There is everything you need for cooking and it's always great when hosts pay attention to details - to have oil, salt, sugar, coffee, vinegar, water is essential, especially for a short stay. The bed is very comfortable with good quality linen. The zone is safe and you can find everything near the apartment: shops, bakeries, bars, butcher shops. Duomo Square is in 10 minutes by foot. The owners are very hospitable and do their best to help you❤️ It was my best experience in Catania in the last 5 years! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great location few minutes walk to the main square It is located in the heart of Catania, with lots of buses next to apartment to take you to main bus/train station which is just 30 minute walk away.. The host was lovely, provided us with lots of local information. We will be back again and highly recommend to other travellers.
