- Nicola (8/5): A convenient place to overnight if you're getting a long distance bus, with friendly helpful staff - The location was very convenient for the long distance bus station in Istanbul. And the breakfast was really good - a proper Turkish breakfast. Also, when we arrived the staff were very helpful in advising us on places to eat and they brought a plate of fresh fruit to our room. The neighbourhood was quite religious and conservative so we couldn't find anywhere selling alcohol that night.

Pero nunca me dieron el desayuno y me querían cobrar 200 por el desayuno que normalmente era gratis. Y luego me entere que no habían pedido el taxi y entonces toco pedirlo de nuevo a última hora razón por la que perdí mi bus.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Havasız - Standart oda dedikleri oda penceresiz ve inanılmaz havasız ve sıcak bir oda. Yani mart ayında bile sıcaktı ve klima kurtarmıyordu, yazın nasıl olur bilmiyorum. Odanın penceresiz olduğunu sitedeki odanın özellikleri kısmında belirtmeleri gerekiyordu. Oda penceresiz ve haliyle çok ama çok havasız, onun dışında otelin bir sıkıntısı yok. Konumu vs. güzel.

- Cristan (2/5): You get what you pay for - You get what you pay for . I came to Istanbul to have surgery and thought I was doing myself a favor by finding a new affordable hotel. The room itself was nice and a few staff members as well, but the bad DEFINITELY outweighed the good. 1. The included breakfast is recycled food that people don’t eat. I noticed a piece of cheese had a black spot on it so I didn’t eat it , and returned my partially finished plate. The next day I received same exact piece of cheese with stale bread that I hadn’t finished the day before. 2. We ordered dinner to our room based on the menu that was told to us that day, two days we received different food than what was described, and two days we received ICE COLD meals, that were inedible and still had to pay for them. 3. They provided a car service from the airport, but the car was over an hour late and the hotel wouldn’t answer the phone to help us navigate the situation. 4. We were double charged for the car service and have yet to receive a refund. 5. The worst part by far are the BLARING ALARMS that went off almost every night. They said it was because I different occupant was smoking, but they were extremely unapologetic saying that this is how things are in non western countries. This was unacceptable as it sounds like an incoming bomb alert and occurred almost nightly between 12-3AM. This made it very difficult to rest and relax after surgery. 6. Bottled waters were limited although we stayed 8 nights and couldn’t use the tap. 7. Our key card would randomly stop working throughout the day. 8. Someone randomly walked into our room while we were in there for no reason. Our stay was about $485 for eight nights so if you’re looking for a bargain in a great neighborhood this is the hotel for you, however will all the issues I cannot say I would recommend it.

- Andra (10/5): Can’t wait to return! - We liked everything, absolutely everything; from the staff, to the confort of the rooms and the hotel itself. It was a home away from home. And we can’t wait to return. They have parking, a must if you are tarvelling by car. The hotel It’s just a few minutes away by car from the main attractions in Istanbul. The breakfast is indeed by plate, but enough for one adult, it contains everything. And if you get tired of what you receive in the plate and ask the staff nicely, they can help you something else. They don’t make up the rooms daily, but you have a card you can hang on the handle of the door saying you need cleaning, and by the time you come back, you’ll find your room spotless again.

- Catarina (10/5): Imponerande nytt hotell i Istanbul - Allt var jättebra på det här nya, fräscha ATM Park Suite. Vi fick hur många vattenflaskor vi ville, byta rum när det visade sig att rummet vi bokat var utan fönster, när kylskåpet visade sig inte fungera fick vi genast ett nytt kylskåp, frukosten var omfattande med både grönsaker, charkuterier och ostar, te/kaffe, stekta eller kokta ägg och efter förfrågan även turkisk youghurt! Det enda jag möjligen saknade var müsli till yoghurten och juice, men jag blev mätt! Duschrummens värmeslingor överallt i Turkiet är utmärkta och tvättade strumpor och underbyxor torkar över natten. Gäller hotell, hostel och privata boenden. Personalen är mycket bra och vänlig! Att rummet man bokar inte har fönster hade jag missat, bör vara tydligare.Det är nära till tunnelbanan och bussar, området är helt fritt från turistaffärer vilket är skönt. Alla i Turkiet kommunicerar med google translate vilket gör att du kan prata med varje person som äger en mobiltelefon. TACK! /Catarina från Sverige
- Terlija (10/5): Exceptional - We booked this hotel at the last moment, and the price was very reasonable. It was near our bus station. We arrived late at night, at 4:30am and the reception was open and ready to check us in. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV. The breakfast was not a buffet but everything was served fresh and the waiter was very helpful and met our needs. At first we reserved only one night but then we came back because it was a very nice hotel. The location was okay, you could use public transportation to go to attractions (30-40min). Overall, we had a great stay The second stay in the bathroom there was no hot water in the faucet, only in the shower.

Conveniente ubicacion si llegas o vas hacia el aeropuerto IST o la estacion de bus de ese lado. Instalaciones nuevas y servicio de Front Desk excelente.
