• Karen (8/5): Appartement pratique à Ercolano - L’accueil de Luigi est au top avec tout ce qu’il faut pour démarrer un séjour (café, confitures, bouteille d’eau au frais, biscottes et des condiments/épices pour cuisiner) La climatisation dans les chambres a été très appréciée Tout avait été prévu : serviettes, linges de lit, affaires de toilette De la documentation sur les alentours est à disposition également. L’immeuble est propre et il y a un commerce de proximité juste en bas de l’immeuble ce qui est très pratique. Luigi et son fils sont très gentils et très réactifs pour répondre aux messages. Un grand merci à eux ! 1) La douche de la salle de bain verte n’est pas du tout pratique car sans bac de douche ou sans délimitation au sol qui retienne l’eau, le sol de toute la salle de douche était complètement trempée. Il a fallu éponger. Nous avons arrêté d’utiliser la douche et n’utilisions cette salle de douche que pour les wc. 2) Quand nous avons réservé, la description dans booking était « parking sans réservation préalable ». Il faudrait préciser qu’il n’y a pas de parking et qu’il faut: - soit se garer dans la rue (7 places gratuites non résidentiel de disponibles; et avec le commerce juste en bas de l’immeuble, il y a beaucoup d’allers et venues de clients qui se garent en double fil et qui collent les voitures garées) - soit trouver une place dans le parking à côté du stade (100 mètres de l’appartement), sans garantie de place disponible.

• Josette (9/5): C'était parfait - L'appartement était spacieux, avec 2 salles de bain, cuisine bien équipée dans un immeuble très propre avec porte fermée à clef. Notre hôte Luigi très sympathique nous attendait à l'heure dite et a répondu (au cours du séjour) à nos demandes de façon très réactive par Whatsapp. Nous avons pû garer la voiture devant l'immeuble gratuitement. Le logement est situé à proximité du site parc archéologique d'Herculanum : 20 minutes à pied et également à 2 minutes d'un arrêt de train qui nous a permis de nous rendre au centre de Naples très facilement. Rien.

• Sándor (10/5): Tiszta, tágas és jól felszerelt apartman csodálatos tengeri panorámával. - Vendéglátóink, Luigi és fia, Salvatore már napokkal az érkezésünk előtt segítettek a helyre vonatkozó információkkal. Kérésünkre még repülőtéri transzfert is intéztek! Mivel Húsvétkor érkeztünk, ez nagy segítséget jelentett, mert a tömegközlekedés problémás volt. Érkezésünkkor Salvatore várt ránk és mindenről részletesen tájékoztatott. A lakásban mindenhol ragyogó tisztaság volt. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, a konyha minden szükséges eszközzel felszerelt. Mindkét fürdőszoba tiszta és tágas volt. Az erkély óriási méretű, a tengerre nyíló kilátás csodálatos! A közelben több élelmiszerbolt, a vasútállomás pedig 2 perc séta. Szívesen ajánlom minden utazónak!
• Lesley (8/5): Convenient, comfortable, not far from dinner opportunities ( about 700-800 m walk). - Property was clean and we were easily able to find street parking. We made sure we were not driving at peak times. The second bathroom shower did not have a contained floor area and despite being careful water flooded the floor. We had to use our towels to clear most of the water from the floor area.

• Dan (10/5): - Majitel velice ochotný, nápomocný a milý. Ubytování praktické, velice čisté a kousek od vlaku, cca 1 min. I pro parkování půjčeného auta velice pohodlné. Kousek na Vesuv i do Neapole. Trochu více hlučnosti od křižovatky dole, pokud rádi spíte s otevřeným oknem. Pokud zavřeno, vše ok.

• secret2727 (10/5): Fantasztikus hely Erculano miglio D'oro-ban - Tudatosan kerestem szállást olyan helyen ami közel van Nápolyhoz,közel a vasut és csak a miénk. Mivel 4-en voltunk Barátok. A lehetö legjobbat találtam meg. Imádtam az erkélyt.Minden reggel ott kávéztam 😍 Azt,hogy 3 percre voltunk a trainitalia megállótól. A dupla fürdöszobát. A nagy konyhát ahol jokat ettünk reggel és ittunk 🥂este 🤣 300 m-re van egy étterem,ahonnan gyorsan lehet szerezni mennyei pizzát,ha véletlen már késön ér haza az ember vacsora nélkül. Ha visszamennék is csak itt szállnék meg. Melinda Június 17-24-ig. Konkrétan nem volt ilyen. De a zöld fürdőszobába a zuhanyzorész nem épp optimális.

• hicham (8/5): - Grand appartement très propre avec ascenseur 2 salle de bains climatisation .très beau et grand balcon avec la vue sur la mer pour déjeuner Parking facile supérette juste en bas de l immeuble et merci pour les petites attentions tel que l eau fraîche et le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner . Le village est pas très accueillant Comme la gare n est pas loin on entend le train
• Hervé (10/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Luigi. De petites attentions nous attendaient dans l'appartement : bouteilles d'eau fraîches, articles pour le premier petit déjeuner, fond de cuisine pour préparer les repas (huile, sel,...). Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis attendus. L'appartement était très propre, le ménage y a été fait avec soin. Il y a deux grandes chambres et deux salles de bains tout confort (sèche cheveux, baignoire dans l'une et douche dans l'autre) Les deux chambres, très lumineuses et climatisées, donnent sur une immense terrasse qui fait le tour de l'appartement où il est possible de voir la mer. La literie est bonne et entretenue, La cuisine est grande également et est très fonctionnelle. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer les repas. La décoration est faite avec goût et est soignée. C'est un quartier résidentiel donc calme. Il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. Il y a des petits commerces proches qui sont bien achalandés. L'appartement est à : 15 minutes à pied du Parc Archéologique d'Herculanum 30 minutes en voiture du Parc Archéologique de Pompeï 30 minutes en voiture du Vésuve 30 minutes en voiture de Naples. Luigi nous a donné le nom d'un parking à Naples, ce qui nous a bien rendu service (2€/4heures). Je recommande et remercie Luigi pour son accueil Séjour trop court
• Gianpierpaolo (10/5): Accoglienza calorosa e soggiorno perfetto - Il signor Luigi è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile fin dal primo momento. Sapendo della presenza di bambini, ha offerto merende e colazioni extra, pur non essendo incluse nel pacchetto. La casa è grande, comoda e ben collegata per gli spostamenti. Siamo stati molto bene e non vediamo l’ora di tornarci!

• Jaroslav (10/5): Nice place to stay while exploring Ercolano, Pompei and Vesuvio. - Perfect location very close 120 m to train (Circumvesuviana : Ercolano Miglio D'Oro 2,6€ from Garibaldi - starts at Porta Nolana train station ad goes further south to Pompei) which of courcse brings noises. 10-15 min walk (1km) to Ercolano Scavi entrance. Round trip busses to Vesuvio depart from previous train stop ,,Ercolano Scavi" . Nice balcony heading to N-East and round the corner to South-East, but you can see Capri and Ischia and watch the sunset. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (2 showers) . Nice and clean. The owner helful, waited for us with the key and third day came to collect them. Quite noisy nights when window is opened (but both bedroo.s have A/C). There is a traffic light and stop right below of the balcony so waiting cars snd namely accelerating motorcycles on Fri and Sat night make a lot of nois. Internet did not work. Connection to the router was o.k. but no internet in it. Probably temporary issue.
• Maria (8/5): We made base there while visiting Pompei, Ercolano and Caserta. It worked great. - All was good, but the terrace with sea view was my favorite. The second bath shower was odd because it's not enclosed, and I thought it will make a big mess but at the end, I used it, and it was fine. The drain took good care of it and bathroom didn't flood. Traffic and getting around was painful. We drove a rental car and it was crazy traffic. Plus, many one ways and changes of the streets directions, so you have to be extra careful not to drive wrong way. Also, applemaps sent us into an alley with a dead end, to get out without damaging the rental car was a hard task. Thanks to the Lord, neighbors came out and help us moving plant pots, vespas, etc out of our way to make it. So my suggestion is move by train and walk.
• Jonasclaeson (10/5): Great apartment. Would love to stay there again. - The apartment has a perfect location for exploring the region - Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, Amalfi, Vesuvius, Capri. Functional and clean apartment. Nice large balcony with some sea view. Great hosts.

• Bojana (10/5): equally good for friends and families - best equipped kitchen, excellent layout of rooms, huge terrace, excellent location for visiting the region, parking in front of the house on the street, free, The host supplied us cold water and juice in the fridge and small refreshments when we arrived. a tv set in one bedroom would be nice, the shower area in the green bathroom could have a base to keep a good part of the bathroom from getting wet
• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed for a week. The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate a family with 3 kids. The flat itself is spotless clean and located near a smaller railway station (to get to Pompei and Sorrento, you need to change), with a small grocery store in the building and a fresh fruit and vegetable shops within walking distance. We truly appreciated the host’s helpful approach - he enabled us earlier check-in and assisted us with finding a reasonably priced taxi.
• Kanyuk (10/5): Exceptional - Great spacious flat with all kitchen facilities needed, very well cleaned as well. Friendly owner welcomed us with some snacks and drinks in the kitchen.
• Bernadett (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was very big, extra clean and comfortable with two nice bathrooms. The kitchen is comfortable and well equipped. The terrace is also large with splendid view to the Bay of Naples and Naples itself. The host was also very nice with helping us in everything we asked via booking.com app and supplied us cold water in the fridge and small refreshments when we arrived. Very close to the train station but the noise of the train was not a problem. The small shop in the building is very good and there are fruit and vegetables and a fresh fish shops not far from here but almost everything closed on Sunday. It is highly recommended. if we come back then planning to stay here again. A little bit too noisy in the morning and in the evening because of the cars, motorcycles and pedestrians but overall a good choice to stay here and not in a small hotel room.

Beds are comfortable. it is quite and closed to the train station. But if you want to take trains to Pompeii you might have to change the train at Ercolano Scavi which is about 15 min walk from the apartment. Nothing

• Stuart (10/5): Beautiful comfortable apt, to stay for your Hurculaneum and Pompeii visit - Great hosts, Clean, large nice apartment with two washrooms,, full kitchen, large balcony great value, very close to the train station. Grocery store in the lower Building with lots items. Excellent place to stay to see Erculano (Hurculaneum) and Pompeii. Not alot of restaurant nearby, most are a 15-20 min walk, grocery store in the building closes very early. But everything you need in the kitchen to whip up a meal.
