Tonja (9/5): A great get away - In a great location , the property has a lot to offer for a very reasonable price. There are fab cafes and restaurants very close by and only a few steps away from the centre. Even though the property comes with off road parking voucher , it's very hard to park...but there is a car park virtually across the road. However , at this time of year , all council car parks around are free so a bonus in winter months. Initially, as we drove to the property, we weren't sure if we were to go up Silver Street with it being so narrow and having an arrow pointing the opposite way at the bottom of it.... Having circled the area three times, we just went for it and realised we could. I have a bad knee and bad back, so the climb up the hill to get to the property from the centre of the town was a little bit of an issue as it is a good steep walk... Maybe mentioning this in write up would allow people to be aware. I know it's an old property...but I would also ask your cleaner to check around lamps and ceiling as there were a few cobwebs....but this didn't bother us as it was such a lovely apartment

Incredibly comfy bed, really quiet Limited permit parking not close to the property, although this is mentioned and is not guaranteed we did manage to get some a short walk away from the property.

It was also very clean, comfortable, cosy and tidy. The only thing we didn't like was the cheap, very thin toilet paper.
Jessica (10/5): Beautiful and convenient location! - Old Town View was a brilliant place to stay to visit Whitby - I feel like they have read everyone's feedback over the years and supplied things people have asked for because it was one of the most well-stocked places I've stayed at! Perfect location, very clean and tidy, kitchen is really well stocked and has a microwave - have told my family about it and they wanted to book also! Would book again

Car parking in the area was almost impossible, especially during the weekend, even with the parking permit. Had to the contact the owners to find the permit even though it was supposed to be on the coffee table (it was at the back of a leaflet holder) Overall had a good stay.

Craige (9/5): Everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Clean and comfortable and would stay again - The flat was lovely clean and tidy, as per the photos and as expected. Compact but no problem for 2 adults. Central location and easy to get around town. Parking scratchcard provided but also paid parkjng a few minutes walk away if needed. Shower room was very small but has a fully functioning shower

Ann (9/5): Superb - Good location for Whitby and restaurants. The parking was an added bonus with the Scratch Card Permit. The apartment had all the essential utensils to cook a meal if needed. A cosy place to stay with a very comfy bed. As I have a problem with confined spaces I found the shower and toilet difficult to manage. I was not aware they were in such a small space, however for two nights I was able to cope with this issue for me.
P (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Old Town View was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and a great space to relax in. The location was superb, being only a couple of minutes walk from all Whitby has to offer. Lots of little touches that make this place stand out. Communication during and after booking was really great.

G (10/5): A thoroughly enjoyable New year's break, in a gem of a property - A perfect little apartment, and a great location, everything you would need for a very comfortable stay, lots of nice touches that go above your usual Whitby accommodation eg beautiful bedding and dressing gowns and as such is amazing value for money, we will be back!
