• SACHIN (3/5): Overall average property ,need lot improvement - The location is good; however, the flat could be made more comfortable with proper improvements. The drawing room has only a 3‑seater sofa, while we were four people. The sofa was in poor condition and uncomfortable, and the fourth person had no space to sit. We had to contact the caretaker to arrange an additional chair. The bed height is extremely low (approximately 1 foot from the floor), which made it difficult to get up.only 1 bedroom ws havin AC In the master bedroom washroom, some tiles are broken, and no soap was provided. The internet speed was very slow (around 40 Mbps), and we had to raise a complaint. No microwave and no extra towell. Overall, the property needs significant improvement to meet basic comfort standards. **IMP NOTE: same suggetion was provided by previous visitor but action , I think owner is not serious. i will not recommend this property.
• Mansi (2/5): I will definitely not going there again, and not suggesting to any of my friend - It is same like the picture, but few points before checking in is necessary as I faced some issues during my 2 days stay with my husband and brother and his wife. 1st. It’s zolo so you have to wait every-time till the owner accept the gate entry, so whenever you go out and come back security will not let you in without accepting the access which can be done only by the owner. (I have waiting for 20minutes once) 2nd. There are 2 rooms but only 1 room has AC which is not mentioned earlier. 3rd. When we reached the property sofa was completely broken and owner told us to adjust then i have asked for some discount due to last minute update, but they haven’t provide any discount. I have asked them why they haven’t told me earlier they have no answer for that and didn’t gave the discount.
• Kennith (8/5): Lovely appartment - I really liked the setup of the stay. Very aesthetic and lovely vibe. Clean and well maintained. Sofa was broken. Not enough seating in the hall. It should have been informed earlier that the sofa was broken.

• Anam (10/5): Exceptional - It was a nice and comfortable stay Complete value for money Only issue was we had an argument with the watchman as he was not allowing us to enter the premises@11 in the night. The owner of the property resides in the United States and it got a bit of a hassle for us to convince them
• Nagesh (10/5): Comfortable stay with serene view - Interior and facility . Its view is beautiful and really good vibe. All the facilities are considered in this. Stay is very relaxed and comfortable
