Guest Reviews
- Vtravelove (5/5): Saggy bed need replacement. - Collecting the keys was easy and no problem. The room was decent considering the price, just a good location depending on your travel itinerary. The kitchen had all the basic things to make a simple meal. The queen size bed are saggy and were not comfortable, pillows were too thin and old. There was a broken furniture at the balcony.
- Rakotonoely (7/5): Good -
- Zuhaine (3/5): Could have been better. Building and room need maintenance. - The location Dirty. The room i stayed in has lots of cockroaches. Theres pool of water dripping from god knows where on the walkway in front of room no 13A. Most probably from the toilet.
- Jason (8/5): Very good -
- Alexpt (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was modern and comfortable. The facilities of the building are good and the location is great, either for transportation or just walking.
The Host is very responsive and communication was great all the time. All the instructions were clear and we had a great stay.
- Niels (7/5): Was not what i expected - Location
Prestine building
Pretty oké for a Malaysian accomodation for this price
Laundry, ironing machine, Cuttlery, everything you need is avaliable Surprise that it was a self check in
Mouse running at night, ants and cockroaches
Sigaret smell
Looks better o' the pictures
Allthrough the hotel staff was not supposed to help us since we dont stay in the hotel but in a appartement with in the hotel building. I would not call it a suite but rather an appartement
Mouldy smell
- Geoffrey (6/5): Pleasant -
- John (9/5): Great stay but read the fine print, it’s not a hotel - Great location and nice well appointed room It was unclear how to get access to your key as the hotel sharing the building and with the same name didn’t have any information, it was all by WhatsApp and once I figured it out it was easy but until that very confusing
- Ruth (9/5): Just great - It was really a nice place to stay
The beds were very good, nice and clean swimmingpool, very close to the city in walking distances
I would come back any time 😀 The drain at the shower place didn‘t work propery
- Steven (9/5): Superb -
- Artem (10/5): Exceptional - Right off the prime upbeat street this apartment is a nice and comfy studio with everything we needed for a weekend in KL! The city skyline view is terrific!
- Iftekhar (1/5): I will not recommend anyone to pay that much money for this property - Nothing about the property is positive The photos used online are when the property was brand new. Now it is run down, old, moulded, rusted, ceiling paint peeling off like powder, no towel handles in the bathroom, no toilet tissue holder, the shower water was not draining properly, bathroom vanity door was broken, towels were old and smelly - they should use current photos for people to decide either people want to pay that much money for these rooms. I cancelled my booking after 3 nights where having trouble to get my money back for 5 nights from booking.com even though they agreed to cancel without penalty but not responding to my request to return my money for 5 nights. I stayed into another property 1 km from here which is brand new and cheaper than this.
- Martina (6/5): Perfect location - cockroaches in the room - Perfect location, in the heart of bukit bintang.
15 minutes walking from china town - 15 minutes from Petronas. Easy Self check in.
Bed comfortable. Good shower. Little cockroaches in the room. We advise the owner and asked to change the apartment but no others available. He gave to us a spray but still didn’t solve the situation. We were in the apartment 11-16.
- Hasan (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely
Superb Na
- Mariel (10/5): Nice apartment with good location in Kuala Lumpur - Very good location. The room is like it looks in the picture. Easy check in and check out. Be aware is self check in, and is not a hotel, but an apartment in the same building. You can use the facilities of the hotel which are very nice (pool, gym, lobby, etc) We also liked that we could do our laundry in our room and dry it in the balcony, and prepare our own breakfast. There were some small insects in the bathroom. It didn’t bother us that much, but still would have been nice to not have them.

Washing machine floods over and doesnt dry.
Dirty under bed and couch. 5 nights is 1 towel and 1 tootbrush without cleaning.
- Wong (8/5): Very good - Toilet and one of the bath towel has a bad smell, should provide toiletries like shampoo and shower cream

- Ruben (2/5): Very unpleasant and dirty - We only stayed there due to it being very close to the nightlife. But the area the hotel is in is very run down. The room is just very poor. The room had really disgusting stains around it. There was 0 cleanliness. We hated it so much we didn’t even stay the night we checked out a few hours after checking in. Not worth it.
- Sumathy (7/5): Good -
- Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional - nice place & view parking to expensive for one day. i can pay another hotel for 1 day.

- Nur (1/5): Will never stay here again! - None! Smelly toilet, bilik kotor, cadar tak bersih, cadar koyak, bilik berbau. Parking fee way too expensive!
- Nurul (8/5): Very good -
- Philip (1/5): A very bad experience - The fact that it is possible to use the Ramada facilities Despite the fact that the room is located in the Ramada, it has nothing to do with the Ramada operation (despite pictures which give a contrary impression) , and the standard of the room was appalling: furniture and fittings broken in the room, a fusty smell in the bathroom, the rain shower not working and cigarette ends on top of the rain shower attachment. The 'double' bed was very small.
My room was number 11-7 so I can only speak for my room, but my guess is that Ramada has let out its unrenovated rooms on the 11th floor to third party accommodation providers. If so, I do think Ramada could potentially be tainted by association reputationally, so they might be wise to rethink this policy, or at the very least ensure that RS Suites makes it absolutely clear they are nothing to do with Ramada, and certainly nothing like the high standard of the Ramada rooms. I left after one night and booked a room in the 'real' Ramada for the remainder of my stay.
I reported my issues to Mr Imran, who appeared to be the owner of RS Suites, who had been communicative prior to arrival, and who was apologetic about the standard of the room; but he discontinued our correspondence after I suggested - given his acknowledgement of the problems with the room - that a refund of the remaining nights would be appropriate. He had offered to find me another room, but by then I had found other less than complimentary reviews about RS online and had booked myself into the Ramada.
- Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yugnes (6/5): not a good stay 4 the value paid - never provide water bottle and few wardrobe broken. few place like sink and fridge nvr clean properly
- Wan (8/5): Awesome - Property owner very responsive. Very kind and polite to communicate with him. TV not connected to antenna so couldn't watch Mytv.
- Annis (10/5): Exceptional -
