Me esperó para el ingreso sin problemas, después de que mi tren se retrasara. La ubicación fue ideal para mi viaje porque estaba a diez minutos en bus de la estación de Bologna Centrale, a 10/15 caminando de las Dos Torres, y a 30 del predio de la feria. Tenía agua y café de cortesía todos los días, y fue muy útil tener microondas y heladera para calentar y conservar algunos alimentos. La habitación es hermosa y cómoda para una estancia de varios días. En el baño hay toallero/calefactor, y la higiene diaria de la habitación y ropa de cama son excelentes Me pareció muy seguro para un viaje de una sola persona. ¡Gracias, Maria! -

Posizione molto buona per visitare il centro storico (15 minuti a piedi dalle due torri). Accessibilità agevolata essendo la stanza al piano terra. Bagno e doccia nuovi e spaziosi. Minifrigo rumoroso che abbiamo dovuto spegnere durante la notte, ma tutto semplice grazie a presa elettrica con bottone ON/OFF. La doccia molto bella ma essendo senza porta o tenda per la chiusura, ha comportato acqua sul pavimento nella prossimità della doccia, ma nulla di tragico e comunque contenuto.

• YuriB (9/5): - Well renovated room in a historical building, spotless clean, good windows protecting from the noise outside and a quite a/c for a good sleep :) ideal location directly at the entrance into the old town, also a bus stop just a few steps away. Even the host speaks limited English, it’s not a problem at all. Coffee machine and a little fridge with complimentary water was a nice addition to a very pleasant stay.

• Angel (10/5): great place to stay and enjoy Bologna - all was just perfect. The size of the room is much bigger compared to the most in similar location. All new and fresh. You get coffee capsules every day. The host is super friendly. We stayed 2 nights and on the second day the room (more a small apartment) was cleaned. The location is great, close to the center but calm. Supermarkets and nice restaurants close too. The only small challenge was the communication if you don't speak Italian but thanks to translate was all good. WiFi speed good enough as well. Recommend!

• David (10/5): In - Maria was a fabulous host, greeted us on arrival and was very helpful to us for securing taxi to airport early morning (even offering to take us herself if the taxi did not arrive!). Room was large and very clean, cleaning each day and refresh bottled water supply. Proximity to town centre was within 15-20 minutes walking so very easy. Walls are a little thin so if you are light sleeper maybe a problem, but for us no issue.😴

• Sabina (8/5): Very good choice - This is a conveniently located and clean accommodation. I stayed in a single room, which shared a hallway with the other rooms. The host Maria was really friendly and caring, always available if needed. The room was cleaned/refreshed daily; free water and coffee capsules restocked. The heating was good. They even gave me a lift to the train station, which was a great gesture. It wasn't very quiet and that's mainly due to other residents. You could hear the people across the hall and those on the top floor. You could carry earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

We got daily fill-ups of coffee and water and the owners were very nice and helpful. We do recommend staying there if you're in the city. I wouldn't say that we didn't like certain things and it certainly did not put a dent in our trip, but the room is fairly small, and if two people want to work simultaneously it can be difficult. Being on the ground floor it tends to get a bit dark even during the day.

How can I find a taxi?) just everything and more !! So, everything was perfect during our stay at Bologna. The location is near the centre of the city, to reach walking through the "portici" of Bologna, safe and with a lot of places around to eat, drink and have breakfast. The room is also perfect, quite large and functional for us, with a great quality bathroom. Very clean, for real!! and everyday cleaning and refilling of coffee tablets, tea and water bottles. WIFI of good quality all the time. I will definitetly recommend "Affittacamere V Torre V Nigrisoli a Porta San Vitale" to all! Street was a little dingy, but that's bologna.. dirty but interesting. Tip- message exact time of arrival in advance or risk waiting in the street.

• Kay (9/5): Bologna gem - Very convenient to public bus and central bologna. It was as advertised and the host went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a little confusion due to a language barrier, but thanks to Google translate we worked it out.

Maria and her husband were very nice, they even waited to meet us for check in at 9pm and drove us to the train station at the end. Room also had coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge.
• Barbara (9/5): Comfortable room, not too far from centre. - The room is one of 3 separate rooms, each with a bathroom and its own private entrance in a conversion of a ground floor flat in a residential street. It is spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. Lovely big room, modern shower, comfortable bed. Maria is very friendly. She does not speak any English, but it wasn't a problem. You have to let her know when you expect to arrive and then phone her from the street. The flat is by Porta San Vitale. Pleasant walk into the centre, or good buses on San Vitale. It's only 15 minutes walk from the University area. The closest for bars and some excellent restaurants. Nice quiet local neighbourhood. Maria recommended a great place for breakfast. That nowhere did it tell you that Maria lives off the premises and that you have to phone from the street when you arrive. Pretty essential information. This can't be helped, but the room is always dark. Maria charged me the local accommodation tax. I thought that was wrong and checked with Booking.com. They confirmed that I had already paid the tax via Booking.com. Unfortunately, I got the information too late and I had paid her. I suggest you get this in writing from customer service before you even set off. Translate it into Italian and show Maria to avoid "confusion"

The location was good with a nice walk to the historical city centre. It was easy to get to the accomodation from the train station by bus. I would stay here again!
