This is beyond goodness! I accidentally left my diamond ring on the table before checked out. And after a few hours after realising, they still kept it safe. The housekeeping is so efficient and the food at the cafe in the lobby is delicious! Everything is perfect. Will definitely come back. nothing

• Sutina (8/5): I enjoyed my stay very much. I love the surroundings and service staff is friendly. - I had a good view of both the beach and city area. Thank you for granting my request. Need to improve on housekeeping. First day i arrive, there were no towels. 3rd day i realise no iron. Took a long time for iron to come. When room cleaning service came, water and tea not replenished. The lift is limited. If there are many people coming down, you wait a longggg time to just into the lift. Hope to see some improvement.

• Kho (4/5): Quite disappointed - Near the beach First, I check in after 3pm and they gave me the room card, when I got up to my room, the cleaner is still cleaning the room and I had to wait outside for him to done the cleaning. Secondly, I requested a king size bed, however it was a twin bed. I understand that king size bed is based on availability, if it is unavailable the hotel should have help to join the twin bed before we check in and not until we requested. Thirdly, there is no hotel towel until we requested it.

• Melissa (9/5): Great staff and great location. - It was a great location for our stay. If you are wanting to stay closer to Georgetown then this is out of your way but it’s easy to get a grab and not expensive. The only negative thing would be the lack of maintenance.

• Luka (7/5): - Good value. You get what you pay for, the room has everything you need. Amenities are good and location is decent. cleanliness is lacking. Bedsheets are stained pretty badly and changing them does not help as the next set is also stained.

Mais globalement c’est comme même un belle endroit et - La localisation de l’hôtel Le personnel est très bien et gentil La terrasse avec très belle vue sur mer Les équipements proposés sur place L’accueil simple et efficace La gentillesse du personnel Le restaurant de l’hôtel mais uniquement à la carte est vraiment très bon et pas chère Les appareils de massage sur place La vue de la chambre et sympa Malheureusement séjour pas top dans cette hôtel pourtant très beau et bien situé. A notre arrivée dans la chambre nous avons trouvé un cafard, après avoir prévenu la direction nous avons eu la proposition de changer de chambre et c’est tout rien d’autre !! Pour le standing je pensais avoir beaucoup mieux. Ensuite chambre trop chaude en journée car climatisation trop faible. Et pour finir le f’dernier soir nous avons manger le buffet de l’hôtel et c’était vraiment pas bon avec très peu de choix. Ah et gros problème pas assez d’ascenseur (31 eme étages ) temps d’attente trop long.

Freshness of the food served at breakfast can be improved further - porridge was sourish which was later replaced. Ikan bilis and peanuts for the nasi lemak were abit soft instead of crunchy

Les coussins étaient JAUNE / tachés de SUEUR/ baves des personnes précédentes. Ma femme a attrapé une infection aux yeux à cause de ça!! - le nettoyage n’est pas fait régulièrement malgré la demande.

Aan en op Hotel viel helmaal niks tegen. Alleen heb je wel taxi nodig om in het levendige centrum te komen. Wat me opviel was in de buurt de armoede en troep in straat.

• Aslam (9/5): Great hotel and definitely a value for money. Would recommend - Room had an excellent view of both the beach and the city line as well as we stayed on the 30th floor. Bed was comfortable and amenities were good enough. Washroom is nice and modern, and the room had good air conditioning. Went to the infiniti pool and the experience was great Room should have been a bit bigger and the air ventilation system in the washroom needs improvement.
