El trato por parte del arrendatario, la señora Esperanza fue terrible, no tuve un momento de paz a causa del acoso constante tanto como para el ckeck in como para el check out, me hacía cobros que de tiempo adicional que yo vi injustificados. No volvería a causa de esta señora.
• Ericsson (6/5): Claridad en lo expuesto en los anuncios - Lo amplia de la casa Q relacionan parqueadero con la viviendas, este esta fuera de la vivienda y lo cobran con el decir de que la casa es agradable q es justo por eso, se debe pagar asi sea una parte del parqueadero.

• William (8/5): - El lugar muy organizado y limpio, el precio muy cómodo, la atención de la persona que entrega las llaves, y la ubicación perfecta En el siguiente piso para el tema de las escaleras deben reforzar la seguridad o colocar rejas para los niños, de igual forma hay ventanas que necesitaria rejas para la seguridad de Niños.

• Miguel (7/5): - El precio es muy bueno, y cuenta con más de 5 camas y accesorios... Es muy amplio! En la cocina faltaba aseo, solo cuenta con una ducha para todo el apartamento y aunque promociona parqueadero no lo tiene!
• Marco (1/5): Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe Area & Unworthy of Booking.com Standards - Interior is ok and it was clean As readers can see from my profile, I am not someone who easily writes negative reviews, but this stay left me no choice. The apartment is located in a seemingly dangerous neighborhood, and we are a half-Colombian family who is used to quite a lot, so this says something. The property is within the city limits, but the road leading to it was unpaved and turned into a small river after rain—perhaps this explains why there are no clear photos of the outside building in the listing. The name of the property is misleading, even for locals, as it suggests a connection to the city’s best hotel. In reality, there is no relationship whatsoever, which felt like a cheap trick to gain trust. To make things worse, the address was incorrectly listed, causing confusion with Google Maps. On one of the days, we had no running water at all, to which the host casually responded, “Yes, that is normal in this district after it rains.” Honestly, water is a basic necessity—if this is a known issue, this property should not be hosting families. Speaking of basic needs, there was no water boiler, no coffee machine, and not one of the rooms had air conditioning, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The host also seemed to have little or no hospitality experience—we were even asked to clean the house before leaving, unless we wanted to pay an extra fee for them to do it. Overall, this property is completely unworthy of being on Booking.com. I genuinely wonder why a reputable platform would allow such misleading and substandard listings.
• claudia patricia (7/5): El apartamento es cómodo - Debe especificae que tiene escaleras, es un segundo y tercer piso, Las habitaciones, tiene demasiada húmeda.
• Lee (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located on a quiet corner. At the end of the block is a nice bakery that made breakfast easy. There is also a grocery store two blocks away making it easy to prepare home meals. I parked my car outside and had no problems. If you are not sure, there is a guarded parking lot 3 blocks away. The facility was exceptional and had all that we needed. There was even a washing machine. There were fans for every room. Every detail was considered. Can't say much I didn't like.
