• Camila (7/5): Excelente ubicacion - El departamento esta muy bien ubicado y es de facil acceso ya que tiene el metro en la puerta casi. A los alrededores hay restaurantes y supermecados por lo cual la ubicacion es excelente, tambien se puede llagar caminando a casi todos los lugares turisticos de la ciudad. Esta en muy buen estado y volveria, ademas es muy importante para mi el poder ir con mi perra. El sistema para abrir las puertas no funcionaba bien y tuve que llamar varias veces a la persona encargada porque no podia entrar al departamento. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que el agua caliente de la ducha no duraba mas de 2 minutos por lo cual tenias que bañarte rapido porque sino te helabas, esto fue bastante incomodo, mas que nada porque enero es un mes frio. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que no hay tantos utensillos para cocinar, por ejemplo no habia repasadores y no hay horno, por lo cual no es ideal para cocinar ahi.

• ioanna (10/5): Όλα ήταν σούπερ! - Η τοποθεσία πολύ κεντρική. Κοντά σε μετρό, σουπερμάρκετ, και την παλιά συνοικία. Το σπίτι πολύ ευρύχωρο, με παράθυρο στο αίθριο οπότε δεν είχε καθόλου φασαρία από τον δρόμο. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί με άμεση ανταπόκριση στην επικοινωνία. Το σπίτι δεν έχει κλειδιά, αλλά οι πόρτες ανοίγουν μέσω κινητού τηλεφώνου. Το σπίτι ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό, ότι χρειαστήκαμε υπήρχε εκεί. Το ιντερνετ δούλευε τέλεια, είχε 2 τηλεοράσεις και δύο κλιματιστικά. Το κρεβάτι άνετο και το στρώμα ήταν μια χαρά. Θα ξαναμέναμε και το συνιστούμε! Δεν μπορώ να σκεφτώ κάτι.

Grande organizzazione, pulizia impeccabile, locali nuovi e arredati moderni con tutti i comfort e ascensore. Posizione comodissima all'uscita della metropolitana oppure anche raggiungibile.a piedi dalla stazione se si vuole camminare un po'. Veramente consigliatissimo.

The place is in the heart of the city center, but fortunately it was quite quiet in the evenings. There was no microwave,big cups for tea, not enough dish clothes

• Sophie (9/5): - Optimale Lage,gleich neben einer Metrostation und sehr nahe am Hafen gelegen.Die Altstadt ist ebenfalls gleich zu Fuss zu erreichen und es gibt sehr viele gute Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum Kaffeetrinken in der Nähe. Das Bett war extrem bequem und das Badezimmer gut ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Da es sehr zentral gelegen ist ,gibt es schon ziemlich viel Lärm von der Strasse aus ,jedoch ist das normal in so einer Großstadt und besonders in Italien wo das Hupen zur Verkehrsregel gehört.Ohrstöpsel unbedingt benutzen (wie sowieso immer am Besten!)

• VALERIE (8/5): Un superbe appartement, bien placé, mais un peu bruyant - Un emplacement idéal dans le centre historique avec le métro au pied de l'immeuble, un appartement très bien rénové, très propre à notre arrivée, avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Le matelas du canapé lit se creuse au milieu, et surtout le bruit la nuit, aussi bien venant de la circulation à l'extérieur que du passage à l'intérieur de l'immeuble.
• jose francisco (10/5): Céntrico, muy cuidado y muy limpio. - El apartamento rose estaba muy limpio, huele muy bien y decorado tal y como aparece en las fotos, todo muy nuevo. Las camas muy cómodas y las sabanas blancas, nuevas y muy limpias. El dormitorio tiene una cama grande, nueva y muy cómoda y un sofá cama para una persona y en el salón tiene un sofá cama para dos. Las vistas desde el apartamento son a un patio interior muy grande, no hay ruido. Por la entrada al edificio se accede al patio interior, está bien y limpio, decorado con plantas y tiene un conserje durante el día, esto es importante ya que las entradas de los edificios históricos de Nápoles están descuidadas. El edificio está en el centro de Nápoles, junto al metro y autobuses y muy cerca de todo andando. Nos alojamos 4 personas. El ascensor es un modelo de madera tipo jaula, típico de los edificios históricos del centro de Nápoles. Muy bonito pero personalmente no me gusta utilizarlos, aunque creo que no deben eliminarlos.

The check in was seamless, easy and while we didn’t see the owner in person, the concierge at the entrance was really friendly and welcoming! The owner made sure that everything was clear for check in and was always available for help when needed. A place that makes it feel like home!

• Peter (10/5): Perfect experience in the heart of Naples - Beautifully fitted out apartment close to station. Everything we were after for our stay. Spacious unit with balcony overlooking busy Piazza. Hosts were fantastic. Nothing.
• Samuel (8/5): Very good - Good location close to the metro and port. The apartment is also in a secure building located on the 4th floor. The bed was comfortable, air con was excellent and a washing machine was an added bonus No fault of the owner but the road outside is very noisy with lots of horns being tooted. A few more essentials would have been nice (wine glasses, chopping board, dish cloths and dish washer tablets)
• Patrick (4/5): Lady Rose One - A thorny experience - In order to not give a bad impression of Naples as a whole, I first want to stress how much we enjoyed our stay in Naples: pleasant people, great food, beautiful walks and delicious ice cream. The location of Lady Rose One was perfect: close to the harbor (ferries and airport bus), the old town, the Spanish quarter. We particularly appreciated the Pomodorino Café (also food) on Piazza Bovio, the Ristorante da Annarella on Via Supportico Fondo di Separazione, and the Gelateria Al Polo Nord on Via Pietro Colletta. (I would be less enthusiastic about staying east of Piazza Nicola Amore / Domo metro station and south of Corso Umberto I , i.e. the area towards the Central and Porta Nolana train stations; the Piazza Mercato and Porta Nolana area in particular is rather grim). A morning coffee in the shade of the trees of the promenade along Via Francesco Caracciolo, with the view of the bay, is a delightful experience. A visit to Castel Sant’Elmo is a must for the views, but do walk down the stairs connecting it to the lower city, not up... :) So, please keep this in mind before reading my review of Lady Rose One: Naples as such is a great destination. 1. Pre-arrival: Our stay is prepaid in full. We receive a link to a login page that provides no data protection or safeguards information (no reference to GDPR). We express a preference for personal check-in and receive a reply “No problem”. So far, so good. 2. Arrival: Despite an agreed time of arrival, no-one from Lady Rose is present for check-in and the code provided to access the apartment is erroneous. After some confusion a new code is provided by SMS. 3. On the same day, and in the following day(s), we suggest an in-person meeting for the check-in and payment of the tourism tax. We even offer to come to the company’s office to these ends. We receive no replies. 4. In the early evening prior to our morning of departure, we receive messages that Lady Rose will call the police on us if we do not provide the customary check-in information... Lady Rose claims that Boooking.com has recommended this course of action. To avoid an absurd situation, we send pictures of our IDs to Lady Rose. We receive a brief “I recive. Thank you.” 5. We ask Lady Rose if all is well and if we can enjoy our last evening in Naples in peace. No reply. We also offer Lady Rose to come to collect the tourism tax the following morning. No reply. Our last evening and night at Lady Rose was suboptimal. 6. The following morning, we tidy the apartment and leave as scheduled. In later messages, Lady Rose claims that we have avoided to meet them... They do not confirm that they have, after completing their check-in, deleted the pictures of our IDs. Not a word of explanation, even less an excuse for the entire circus. 7. We have requested that Booking.com let us pay the tourism tax via their services, but have, as of the drafting of this review, received no reply from them, so our experience has been quite different from the one we are used to when using Booking.com’s otherwise great services.

The host was so kind, he was always available and answered any of my questions I had right away. I would definitely stay in the apartment again and definitely recommend it to my friends! Everything was great.

It is close to the port, old town, Quartieri Spagnoli, great restaurants close by, metro station just outside the door. Unit was big and clean and well organized. Most of all we loved the attention from the host.

Apartment is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated in a nice historical renovated building. Great communication with the host too. Very minor thing - great location goes with a busy street, light sleepers would need ear plugs.

I had a few questions while I was there and the host always answered very fast! The location is great, near lots of shopping and food, metro, and not far from the airport bus. Great view from the balcony. Lots of traffic noise from the street, but it wasn't bad with the windows closed. But that's the price you pay to be near everything :)

I had an issue with the balcony door and within 15 minutes it was fixed. You have to squeeze through small doors to enter the building. It’s just had to fix luggage through if you don’t arrive during the day when they are completely open.

• Anaica (8/5): The host was amazing. She responded quick to all our needs. Our taxi cancelled on us hours before & she booked a new - I love how the suite was central to all attractions. Secured during the evening time and entranced is manned during the daytime. I didn’t like the lift however that is something that cannot be changed that is apart of the whole building. It the old elevator system and it was sort a hassle to use with our baby and stroller.

• Vadim (10/5): Awesome base camp location for all your Neapolitan explorations! - Excellent location at the beating heart of the city, amazing view from two balconies. Just entering the house feels like walking through history. Host, Erika, deserves separate mention. Friendly, helpful, attentive and resourceful. Thank you Erika! I guess it faces a busy street and when Napoli FC won it was loud, but then again it was loud everywhere, so no big deal!
• Vrancic (10/5): perfect location, spacious and modern apartment. a lovely host Erica. - The location next to the Univerista subway was perfect since it’s only two staitions to Central Station Train Station. Amazing to get around and visit many archeological sites. There is a code to get into the building- it’s super safe and nicely maintained. You have a bathroom, kitchen, a dining table, washing machine and a tumble dryer. Also two ACs. There are two TV sets- would have been nice to have some English channels since lots of visitors can’t speak Italian. Lots of places to have breakfast around, also a great supermarket. Erika answers the messages promptly and is super nice host. I will definitely recommend Lady rosé apartment to my friends. Make sure to understand there is no daily housekeeping- for me it worked perfectly well, but some travellers may wish to have that. GRAZIE Erika!

• Iulian (10/5): Excellent location - Very good location, metro and bus station in front of the building. Train station and Alibus (in port) very close. The large and comfortable sofa, 2-door bathroom, one from the bedroom, the other in the living room. Excellent if you come 4 people in the family. Spatioas and clean.
