• Peter (8/5): ? - Flat was very nice. Beautifully decorated .Easy access. Convenient for town. From the pics, We thought we had a sea view. We didn't and that was disappointing. Bed is too big for the size of the room....no room for bedside light or table. There were loads of glasses but only two mugs!! No toiletries

• michael (8/5): a perfect break in a fabulous seaside location - Perfect location, parking and the comfort. The shower was not working there was no control on the valve to give any hot water so only had very tepid showers.

• Jill (10/5): Enjoyable Stay at Flat 6 Brooklands Filey - Modern, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Good communication from the owner. Thoughtful considerations and appliances in the flat. Enjoyable stay. On street parking. Hard to find a nearby parking space when we arrived but plenty of spaces later on when day visitors to Filey had left.

No bedside lamps, very minimal space between bed and wardrobe.Only one pillar per person on the double bed not very good quality either.No place mats, wine glass chipped, one of the dining chairs very unstable.If you were sleeping on the sofa beds again no bedside lamps. To say this apartment is so close to the sea it could do with some more uplifting decor eg throws, cushions and pictures please take this as constructive criticism.
