I would give a rating a 5 out 10 rating. - The location is convenient to everything like shops, restaurants and transportation which is really good for my family. The internet was terrible, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t which really annoys me. Rugs were dirty. The faucet in the bathroom needs fixing.

• Dimagiba (3/5): Poor - convenient area, easy check in, complete kitchen supplies full trash bag was left in the room. bottle of beer was left in the fridge. full grown cockroaches in the bathroom comes out at night (room didnt provide insect spray). dead plants.
• Renee (5/5): Passable - There was breakfast provided.location is quite good. Opposite the mall. But you need to cross the walk and cross the overpass. The host was accommodating to store our luggages before our check in time No toilet paper provided the bathroom needs to be cleaned
• John (10/5): Worth the money, clean, quiet, near the mall. 😃 - It is value for money. Indeed complete with the facilities that I expect. I also love that it is a quiet area but very close to the mall. To be honest, very minor area for improvement in terms of the TV. Maybe they can purchase a better quality one, it’s a bit slow on Netflix. But I understand, since it is not always needed.
• Nagano (2/5): I don't recommend - This property is just lucky due to location. Nothing Else. It has moldy smel. I cought 3 big roaches. The floor is stickier than Elmer's glue. I bought my own bed sheets because something was crawling on my skin. The bathroom needs complete overhaul. Hallway smells like pet urine.

• Nadia (9/5): Except for the key issue, overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. - We liked that it was accessible to what we need - malls, train, stores and school. We loved that it has Netflix and fast internet connection. There were several times when the key to the main door didn't work immediately. It has caused inconvenience and delay for us. We suggest that the owner address this problem so as not to cause inconvenience to future guests.

The self checkin was a breeze and the amenities were complete (there’s an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, slippers, free water, free coffee, and more) as frequent staycationers we really appreciate when our staycation place has everything we need. There’s also a convenience store a few walks away from the condo. The view was also very nice and the blackout curtain was a plus because we hate waking up to glaring sunlight. What we loved the most was the bed and the comforter, it’s SUPERRR comfortable and smelled good, we slept like babies. The host was also very responsive, took only a few seconds/minutes to reply. Overall we really had a great staycation. Thanks! ‘Til next time! N/A

• Carlota (9/5): affordable staycation - The studio was just the right size. It has everything we needed plus the washing machine. Location was wonderful, so handy to be so near the malls. Grateful that we were able to check in early. We had a great stay. Thank you bathroom needs a bit of updating
• William (8/5): Very good - It was really close to the malls and terminals, the bed was really comfy, its clean, there were card games and board games and karaoke so you won't get bored The room was quite small, the bathroom ventilation doesn't seem to be working and you cant pay cash to use the pool and gym (you had to pay to use it)
