Ju (8/5): Sehr freundliches Personal und 5 Minuten zum Strand.... - Wir hatten die Wohnung 9 und waren sehr zufrieden. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und 5 Minuten zum Strand. Perfekt für Hundehalter geeignet, auch wenn wir keinen dabei hatten :). Im Garten kann man grillen und Gesellschaftspiele für die Abende sind auch vorhanden. Frau Nowak war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, auch bei Fragen, die nicht nur die Wohnung betrafen. Kommen gerne wieder :) Die Kochutensilien könnten mal wieder getauscht werden (vor allem die Töpfe) und ein Mülleimer im Bad wäre hilfreich ;)
Vivien (9/5): super liebe Gastgeber; ruhig gelegenes Apartment; direkt am Strand 😊 - Anreise verlief ohne Probleme. Check In war vorgesehen ab 16Uhr, wir konnten aber schon früher unser Apartement beziehen. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt davor. Die Rezeption war auch direkt vor Ort und nach einer kurzen Einweisung konnten wir unser Gepäck schonmal ausladen. Auch an den 4Beiner wurde gedacht und Näpfe bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung war für uns vom Platz vollkommen ausreichend und auch sehr sauber und übersichtlich. Zum Strand sind es, wenn überhaupt, 5 Minuten. Der Hundestrand ist gerade am frühen Morgen noch sehr ruhig, sodass man die Ruhe und das Meer auf sich wirken lassen kann. Mülleimer für Hundebeutel ist direkt am Strandaufgang; an der Promenade direkt gibt es in Abständen auch Beutelspender. Von Juliusruh ist es mit dem Auto auch nicht weit zum Kap Arkona. Auch hier sehr hundefreundlich; überall Näpfe mit Trinkwasser vorhanden (am Parkplatz wird sogar Eis für die 4Beiner verkauft). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. (Edeka, Netto - 5Min mit Auto) Die Anlage hat auch einen relativ großen Garten mit Grillecke und versch. Outdoor-Spielen. Leider war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz, um davon Gebrauch zu machen. Diesen können alle Parteien natürlich, auch gemeinsam, nutzen. Einen ganz lieben Dank an die Gastgeber. Wir kommen gern wieder Zu bemängeln haben wir nichts.
Christiane (9/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Es ist ruhig dort und man ist schnell an Wasser. Wir waren das 3. Mal dort. Seit dem Wechsel der Verwaltung hat sich vieles verbessert. Sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und alles war schön sauber. Auch auf dem Grundstück sieht es viel besser aus. Die Wohnung ist mit 3 Schlafmöglichkeiten angegeben. Die hat man aber nicht wirklich da die Couch ausgelegen und unfassbar unbequem ist. Das Bett ist zu klein dür 2 Erwachsene und ein 1 Kind
Martina (9/5): kann ich nur weiterempfehlen - Wir wurden, wie auch das letzte mal sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Gastgeber haben sich, wie auch schon das letzte mal sehr aufmerksam um alles gekümmert. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute an gut umsorgt gefühlt - einfach gleich Urlaub! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das persönliche Engagement, sei es der morgentliche Brötchenservice, oder der täglich frisch gebackene Kuchen, der angeboten wird, oder die Grillparty (auch alles selber gemacht, Kartoffelsalat oder Steaks selbst eingelegt - da haben wir Thüringer einen hohen Anspruch - aber das war alles sehr schmackhaft), bei der sich alle Urlauber dieses Objektes näher kennenlernen konnten und die Kinder neue Freundschaften geschlossen haben. Jetzt gibt es auch Internet - also bleiben keine Wünsche offen! wir können das nur weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder!
Martens (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage, war ruhiger Ortsteil, direkt am Meer und Wald. Die Wohnung war sauber, hell und warm. Die Küche hatte alles, was man brauchte. Ich kann es empfehlen.
Vivien (10/5): Perfektes Rundumpaket - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Familie Nowak sehr genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – beide sind unglaublich freundlich und empathisch, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Ferienwohnung 9 selbst ist großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Besonders begeistert hat uns die große Terrasse mit separatem Grillplatz, die perfekt für entspannte Abende ist. Es gibt einen Schuppen an dem man sich Gesellschaftsspiele ausleihen kann und sogar eine Spielkiste für Kinder 😊 Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Brötchenservice am frühen Morgen – ein toller Start in den Tag! Auch sonst kümmern sich die Gastgeber um alles, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist ideal: Strand und Strandpromenade sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Ferienwohnung von Familie Nowak wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🌞

Ulrich (10/5): Der Urlaub und Aufenthalt auf Rügen ist sehr gelungen - eine tolle Zeit. - Die Begrüßung und der Empfang durch Frau Nowak waren sehr freundlich. Wir waren so richtig willkommen. Das Appartement hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und einen kleinen Balkon. Die Infos zur Unterkunft und Umgebung waren gut. Es wurde ein Brötchenservice oder die Teilnahme an einem Grillabend angeboten - es ist aber auch möglich selbst zu grillen. Aktuelle Flyer und Infobroschüren / Karten zu möglichen Ausflügen und Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Rügen lagen in der Wohnung aus. Kommunikation (auch nach der Buchung per Mail) hat super geklappt. Wohnung/Küche gut ausgestattet - alles da - gemütlich. Strand, Fahrradverleih, Restaurants, Promenade fußläufig zu erreichen - Lage toll. Es war eine schöne Zeit - Kindern hat es sehr gefallen - wir würden nochmal kommen. Eine Dunstabzugshaube über dem Herd könnte hilfreich sein. Mein Sohn hat tatsächlich das Programm RTL auf dem TV vermisst (Sport).
