- Isabel (10/5): Eager to go back! - It was a wonderful surprise, especially because the decision was last minute :) Accommodation is so spacious, all is very neat and clean; the bed&bath linen are white and crisp as should be, and it is well equipped for the holiday. The cherry on top of the cake: it has direct access to the beach! It’s a couple of minutes walking to the centre to the ferry, or for some nice restaurants and coffee or gelato, and the very helpful owner is always happy to impart some useful advice! If you’re driving, there’s parking around and lots of markets, supermarkets and nice shops. 10/10 The fact I couldn’t stay a couple of days more :( Will come back though!

- Jessica (9/5): - Tolle Lage am Pinienwald, Hafen und Badestrand. Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund und Familie. Ins Zentrum von Palau sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Appartement mit schöner Terasse, gut ausgestatteter Küche, Waschmaschiene usw. Gute W-Fi Verbindung und ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Appartement ist zwar sehr gut ausgestattet, aber die Möbel könnten etwas neuer sein.

- Christian (9/5): Tolle Ferienwohnung in super Lage! - Sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist top. Direkt am Strand und das Zentrum von Palau mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Liegestühle am Strand sind nur für Gäste vom Hotel Posada. Meist sind aber welche frei und man kann mit dem Bademeister einen ganz guten Preis aushandeln.
- Gregor (9/5): Schöne Location, Auto fast schon Voraussetzung - Schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnungen mit vernünftiger Ausstattung. Ruhige Lage, schöner Strand in der Nähe. Ein Satz Tücher pro Person wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Küchenutensilien zwar vorhanden, doch nicht sonderlich zahlreich und (vor allem Pfanne) schon etwas abgenutzt. Waschmaschine vorhanden, Waschmittel muss man allerdings selber besorgen (ich fände es besser, wenn es bereits vorhanden wäre, wie z.B. beim Geschirrspüler). Geschirrspüler inkl. Spülmittel vorhanden. Auch Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett vorhanden. Klimatisiert. Max. 100 Meter bis zum Strand, jedoch keine Liegeplätze dort. Es sind aber zwei Klappsesseln für den Strand (sehr kompakt, können leicht von einer Person getragen werden) und Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Auf Anfrage wurde und das Einchecken sogar schon um 10 Uhr ermöglicht, vielen Dank dafür Leider kaum "Infrastruktur" für die Kinder vorhanden, also Spielplätze etc , wäre schön gewesen. Ein eigener Pool ist nicht vorhanden, evtl. Mitbenutzung von einem Pool in der Club-Siedlung in der Nähe möglich.

- Manu M (9/5): - Devo dire che in questo appartamento ci siamo trovati davvero bene, spiaggia davanti che nonostante Ci sia il porto è super, e 10 min a piedi dal centro passando dalla spiaggia, forse 20 se fatta "via terra". Ottima posizione anche perché parcheggi e non si ha più bisogno della macchina se ci sia deve spostare solo nel centro di Palau. (Che è per lo piu a pagamento o disco). Alberto disponibile su diversi fronti. Ci torneremmo se dovessimo girare anche le isole o comunque il litorale nord della Sardegna. Un consiglio. Sarebbe bello far trovare al cliente un mini kit x cucinare, tipo sale olio e caffè almeno, perché se si stanno pochi giorni e non in macchina, diventa scomodo doverlo per forza comprare, per lo piu grande perché nei supermercati difficilmente li trovi piccoli. Inoltre nn abbiamo trovato tovaglia per il tavolo e persino o strofinacci per la cucina.
- PatStru (10/5): Schönes Appartement direkt am Strand - Super netter Vermieter. Ausblick vom Balkon wunderbar (Appartement Nr.10). Appartement ist groß, sehr sauber, alles an Ausstattung was man braucht und neu renoviert. Ein Hausstrand (halb Privat) direkt vor Ort. Auch der Hundestrand ist keine 100 Meter entfernt. Weitere kleinere Buchten kann man nach dem Hundestrand in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Die Stadt war in 5-10 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen und bietet viele Restaurants. Ebenfalls mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten zu erreichen sind 2 große Supermärkte. Ein Bäcker ist in 5 Minuten per Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es uns hier sehr gut gefallen! Der Appartementkomplex in dem sich das Appartement befindet an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal einen Anstrich gebrauchen. Der Tisch und die Stühle des Balkons sind leider aus Plastik, hier würde ich mir etwas hochwertigeres wünschen, da wir hier sehr viele Stunden (besonders Abends) unseres Urlaubs verbracht haben.

Volvería a reservarlo si viajo de nuevo por la zona - Está nuevo, es amplio, bonito, tiene acceso directo a una playa semiprivada con sombrillas y tumbonas comodisimas. Alberto está pendiente de que todo sea de tu agrado, y responde en seguida a cualquier mensaje. Los contenedores de basura de la urbanización sólo pueden utilizarse durante 1 hora al día , de 19:00 a 20:00 horas, y hay una señora muy poco amable encargada de revisar las bolsas de basura para que todo vaya al contenedor correspondiente.

- Diego (9/5): - Dimensione dell'appartamento molto comodo per 4 persone, anche i 3 bagni e le 2 docce decisamente comodi per la gestione dei tempi di uscita e rientro dalle escursioni. Cucina spaziosa con tutto il necessario anche più di quanto indicato come il tostapane, la macchina da caffè con cialde già a disposizione, frigorifero a colonna formato famiglia con congeatore, forno ... Ottimo anche il tavolo esterno usato sempre per colazione e cena con piacevole vento sempre presente a mitigare il caldo d'agosto. Attrezzatura esterna nella grande terrazza ottima, tavolo, sedie, sedie prendisole Nulla da segnalare, forse unico aspetto è l'accesso per carico e scarico valige dal parcheggio, non comodissimo scendere le scale per poi risalire al primo piano con accesso alla terrazza dell'appartamento. Devo dire che l'host Alberto davvero gentilissimo aveva dato disponibilità all'accesso dell'auto per il carico in partenza un po' più agevole (tnks!)

- Simone (10/5): Wonderful experience in Sardinia (Palau) - Casa sul mare (casa nr 3) location is simply wonderful. Fully equipped beach right outside the house, nice terrace and very new apartment with all comforts. Alberto, the host, has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The house is also greatly placed, 10 minutes by foot from the center/ harbour of Palau, from where boat trips to La Maddalena start. Nearby there's a wonderful pineta and many other nicely shaded areas, perfect to enjoy time outside. Nothing really. Booking should improve their system to make clearer, when there are multiple properties from the same location, which ones are getting booked.

- Jakub (10/5): Very nice place with a reasonable price (especially for Sardinia) and a great location. - Very nice place with a reasonable price (especially for Sardinia) and a great location. The “apartments” are actually several separate units within a larger building. Some have sea views, others don’t—but it’s not a big issue, as all of them are less than 50 meters from the sea. Our apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. It included everything we needed: a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, sunbeds, a beach umbrella, and more. The neighborhood is cozy and peaceful, although you can hear music from a nearby bar at night. The beach is not very crowded, has small pebbles, and slopes gently into the water—making it great for kids. If we travel to this area again, we would definitely stay here. The host was very friendly, helpful, and easy to contact. We booked via booking.com, stay for 3 days. Free street car park is close and during our stay (late Jul) there were no issue with parking at all. Nothing really.
- Geoff (10/5): Perfect location for a relaxing break. - The location was perfect for walking to beaches and to restaurants and bars. The kitchen was useful if you wanted to cook but we did not. The bed was comfortable and the outside seating both front and rear meant you could escape the sun if you wanted to. Free parking close by was a bonus, as was the helpful support provided by Albi. The WiFi was very unreliable, which was disappointing as the owner had recently invested in improving it. The signal kept dropping, but we didn’t have the heart to tell Albi and upset him.

Also the free access to a private beach (with umbrella) & swimming pool, plus entertainment. The house was fully equipped and the host, Alberto, was extremely friendly and helpful. We will return! Nothing important. Perhaps the floor of the apartment could have been sligthly cleaner when we arrived. We had to give it a brush ourselves.
- Krisztina (7/5): Good - The beach and the whole resort is good, friendly stuff offering programs. The appatment is huge and comfortable. It is a bit negative that the beach is facing to the port. We did not have a calm morning: once the gardener started to cut the bushes around our window, twice the garbage truck woke us 6 am. And the guest from upstairs appartment were noisy too.

- Lynda (7/5): Apartment and location very good and nice view from balcony. - An unusual set up as the apartment is within a large hotel complex called Esse - this is not stated in the booking platform. We would not have stayed here if we knew this as we prefer smaller accomodations. The property is quite unkempt and dated. The beach is not that great but the water was relatively clean given the large ferries and boats that regularly enter the port. We have travelled extensively and felt it was very expensive for what you got. We stayed in other areas of Sardinia that were much nicer and much better value for money.
- Sandra (6/5): Nice apartment, missing some amenities to make the place feel comfortable and at home. - The apartment is located in a very quiet complex near the center of town. Nice balcony over looking the ocean. Beach and beach chairs on the property. The beach area was full people all day from a different resort staff and quests. there was no cooking utensils. There was a few cool days and nights, no extra bedding/blankets. We had to take the mattress covers off to use as blankets. No WIFI for our stay and had to purchase Sim cards as we could not log into work accounts. The parking lot was full all day with students cars from the high school across the street which made it hard to find parking if we returned early to the apartment. The complex is run down and does not feel like you are staying in a nice area of town.
- Edgar (9/5): Amazing, we want to go back. - The location is amazing with a semi private beach right there. The apartment has everything you need. Very close to the city centre too. The trash system could be made easier for the guests.
- Irénée (8/5): Great location, great apartment, we would come back gladly. - Location of Casa sul mare number 10 is exceptional (by the beach) with a great view. The apartment is very spacious (number 10) and has been very recently renovated so it’s in great state. Alberto is very accommodating, and always responsive when we need something. The apartment is furnished with a minimalist style (ikea), which is a shame considering the location and what it could be. The result is quite impersonal, which is probably the desired outcome. It still requires some more equipment (only 6 spoons, etc.). As a summary, great potential with this apartment that can be achieved with a little more effort. Also the garbage system is painfully complex and impractical.
- Óli (8/5): Very good - good location, everything within walking distance, good beach at the doorstep. enough space for everyone, washer and dryer included. not much, simple items in kitchen missing, difficult to get rid of garbage, no help from facilities
- Ayca (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the space was spacious, and our host Alberto was very attentive, promptly meeting all our needs and requests. It's within walking distance of the beach, boat rentals, the marina, the port, and the city center.
- Michael (10/5): Just right for a quiet, relaxing holiday in a beautiful location - We had a fantastic holiday. The owner is a friendly guy. The apartment is well equipped and nicely refurbished. Having a second small bathroom is useful, especially with teenagers! The location was just right for us - near a beach and also walking distance to the small town of Palau, which had some nice restaurants etc. There was a supermarket nearby but it seemed to have closed some time recently. But we found some other shops not too far away. We ate out in some nice restaurants in Palau and also in la Maddalena (we took the ferry for a day-trip, highly recommended). But we equally enjoyed eating in the apartment, watching the sunset, and strolling into Palau centre for a gelato. No major inconveniences. We opted not to hire a car and this restricted our options but it didn't bother us, although it may be a must-have for others.
