• Wendy (7/5): Disappointing no pool - Booked because the location and spot on, communication was great until we realised the pool was not is use. Not something new as we asked others around about pool has been out of action for sometime. This property was missold and still being so, pool does still show as being available for use. Upon addressing the pool and asking for refund we were told to contact Booking which we did but took a while to respond so we stayed at property unhappy at no pool. Another pool was made available which I never found and also did not wish to walk few hundred yards when the whole point of booking this accommodation was for the open door out to pool access. Accommodation stopped responding. Property was fine the facilities advertised ie pool not available if I had known would not of booked
• Meghan (10/5): Perfect little studio for short stay. - Perfect location, Great natural sunlight and outdoor terrace, spacious and lots of amenities in the studio. Washing machine , microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer. Everything you need for a short stay. Would definitely stay again. Great communication with hosts too. Very helpful.

• Roger (9/5): Decent value in an expensive town. - Not too far from the beach, about 20 minute walk. The swimming pool is good and never too busy. The room was quite clean and comfortable although a deep clean is needed sometimes. The room had the facilities you would want. For the price, nothing.

• Robert (9/5): Well equipped, quiet studio apartment close to supermarkets, restaurants & bars. - This is a nice ground floor studio apartment with a good sized terrace over looking the swimming pool. Check in was easy & well explained. It is in a quiet complex about 12 minutes walk from the main bus station & about 4 minutes walk from the Oasis Sur bus stop. It is about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The studio is well equipped with small kitchen, washing machine & terrace furniture. It has a double bed, TV & safe. It is close to reasonably priced supermarkets, restaurants & bars. I liked everything.
• Paul (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great comlex - Where do i start, fantastic communication from the host before flying and once landed. I was sent the door code and lock box code which was very straight forward and was in the apartment in no time. First impressions were a large terrace directly opening to the pool area, lots of sunbeds outside the door and the perfect spot around the pool. Inside had everything you need, ceiling fan was quiet and effective, simple to use safe, tv and wifi(never used the tv so cant review what channels) a well equipped kitchen(big fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, stovetop cooker, all the cutlery and equipment required. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and faultless. Location was perfect in an area i was looking for. 10+ bars and restaurants within 150m, full large supermarket plus a 24hr supermarket within the same distance. Beach is an easy stroll down about 10 mins. There is a bank, its reasonably steep for anyone that isnt aware but only around 50m or so, nothing terrible. Taxi rank almost outside the complex beside Taurus Restaurant and the local bus stop down the short bank to the right. Was only €1.45 each way per person to fanabe from the apartment, absolute bargain and runs late. I wouldnt hesitate to book this again, superb apartment. Highly recommend Chicagos for sports/good food and Attic for sunny drinks. 19thhole does a fantastic breakfast too. Another gem is the LaPepa food court, lots available and a good indian restaurant on site. I would have to be splitting hairs to find a bad thing, maybe the window in the kitchen as you hear people walking past it. Nothing that woke me up though. Also the toilet flush occasionally rumbled but i assume thats the complex system and not an issue at all.
• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Been totallly honest i wont look past these apartments for my next holiday in Tenerife .Lovely clean sudio apartment with large comfy double bed ,.Kitchen had everything you need if staying in. . Nice terrrace and lovely pool .Shops and restaurants nearby .

• Bowbo07 (7/5): Nice apartment, good location - On the day we arrived we texted to see if we could get the keys any early and we did. 👍This was great . The apartment was on the ground level facing the large pool area. The apartment all though small, it is very nicely decorated and very clean, the bed is a sofa bed, but has a proper mattress on top, so it was very comfortable. All facilities you need to do self catering are available , fridge, microwave, stove top (2 rings, no oven) pots/pans kettle, Hair dryer... ( no iron ) Washing machine and safe where great to have. Location is good, a bit of a hike back from the beach, but plenty of shops bars and restaurants in the area. The pool was empty for our whole stay. We were very disappointed 😔. Maybe some repairs going on ? The room has no windows other than a small vented window above the kitchen area. Voices could be clearly heard from the pool area when sliding doors open and they could hear us too. No facilities to store our luggage, on day of departure as our flight was not till evening, but it is not a hotel.
• Teresa, (10/5): We enjoyed great location, friendly people. - Great location. Near bars, restaurants, supermarket. Nice and quiet. Suitable for older couples like us and longer stays. The pool was being maintained so there was no water in it, but we could use a pool a few minutes walk away instead.

• Lea (7/5): Good - Clean pool and surrounding, comfy beds, shops and restaurants near. Too far away from beach, the kitchen was not equipped well + missed the cleaning products, toilet paper, etc. really small room, but OK for the night stands.

The studio apartment had everything you would require and the sun bathing area was very good. There was entertainment on most days. Chipeque no longer seem to have a receptionist, at least when I was there.
