- Aldo (6/5): Room is confortable and clean but if I knew the facts I described I would have choosen another place - Spacious room and clean, good mattress. There are 6 rooms for rent with only one bath and a half, which means only one shower for all 6 rooms, we were lucky nobody used the bathroom at the same time otherwise, it would be a real problem. The check-in in at 4 pm, which is too late and you know when you book, so I asked to check in at 2 pm, but no response at all. Considering you have to check out at 11 am, 5 5-hour difference is too much. The instruction arrived in the morning at 11 am when I left Canada, so I did not have internet and I had to find a wifi to get this instruction. There is street parking, but for residents, so you have to contact the city to obtain the permit and this is not indicated in the description.

- Daya (10/5): Homey Rooming House - very clean! - A charming old rowhouse converted into a rooming house setup: very clean and well-maintained. I never know what to expect with these kinds of places, but this one was great. If it were in a location I visited more often, it would be my go-to booking every time. I was a little confused about the parking setup, I had to email the Pittsburgh parking authority directly and hopefully didn't get a ticket. Still checking my Avis account to make sure!
- Štěpán (10/5): Would recommend, no issues at all. - Clean and modern looking rooms, large and comfortable bed. Shared bathrooms were cleaned regularly. Access to the building and room was by code, so there were no issues with arrival time. Located in safe area. Large TV with streaming services available.
