• bnazrh (10/5): Very nice appartment with all amenities in a nice community. - - Location is in a very nice neighbourhood, with shops and cafés nearby. - There is track connecting the area easily to the beach, is ideal for running, walking or cylce etc..then leading to the long tracks along the beach. - Very friendly host. She organised the rooms and sent us all info easily. She arranged the keys to be delivered on person , did not have to wait one minute for that. - Very sunny rooms. TV, wifi all worked well. - Kitchen with sufficient utensils, Washing machine, dishwasher etc We -family of 5 - stayed there for a week, during Christmas, there is nothing we did not like, - It could be a bit cold at night but just carry a pair of house shoes.
• NIKOLAI (10/5): - It is difficult to imagine a more comfortable apartment for family holidays with children, and any age)) Perfect cleanliness, has everything you need, very cozy. Always hope for communication, friendly, hospitable, helped us a lot with the organization of arrival. We had a great holiday and we hope to come back again:) You will be lucky if this apartment is available for your dates!
• Lidia (10/5): - We had a great stay at Aliya’s place! The house is very beautiful, spacious and spotless. We were 3 people, but it easily fits up to 6 thanks to the very comfortable sofa bed. With the air conditioning and fans on, the house stays fresh and pleasant. The location is convenient, close to a fast food and supermarkets, and just a short Uber ride to Puerto Banús, Marbella center or the beaches. Aliya was a kind and helpful host, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!
• Chan (7/5): - El departamento es amplio cómodo te sientes como en casa , linda decoración , un balcón donde te puedes sentar cómodamente a leerte un libro mientras te tomas tu bebida favorita y alrededor tienes muchos lugares por si quieres salir a comer a unos 8 min te queda cerca la playa No me gustó que la entrada es muy larga entras a una puerta luego a otra a un ascensor subes otro piso otro ascensor más , para uno que viene de viaje y cansado es como uhmmm , sería bueno si hubiera un acceso directo desde el ascensor sin tantas vueltas agotadoras
• Stephen (9/5): Great apartment in an excellent location. - The property came with its own underground parking which was a big benefit. The apartment was spacious and could easily accomodate 6 adults without any overcrowding issues although there were only the four of us. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk, and it was only a 7 minute drive to the beaches of the local area. The key holder was immediately available to answer the few questions that we had, so well done to her for being so attentive. My only niggle, and this it's not a criticism, but it would have been lovely to have ceiling fans in the two bedrooms to cool the rooms down a little, but other than that we were really happy with everything.
• Amal (9/5): تستحق الاقامه فيها وسوف اعود في المستقبل واسكن فيها - The place was very convenient, safe and clean. The apartment is suitable if you are a family as it has all the kitchen and cleaning supplies as if you were staying in your own home. There is parking for your car in the basement. We thank the owners for their cooperation as they agreed to let us enter early. The apartment only has one air conditioner in the living room. However, if you leave the air conditioner on all day and leave the bedroom doors open, it would be acceptable, and that's what we did.
• Olena (9/5): Superb - Very sunny, spacious apartment with all the amenities for a long-term stay. Quiet modern area. There is underground parking, and you can also park your car on the street for free. Excellent value for money.
