• sharon (6/5): - Beautiful villa tl We had a break-in with a smashed window money and cards stolen. If there were security cameras in the grounds this probably wouldn't have happened It wasn't a good end to the holiday.

• jeanet carola (7/5): Goed maar gedateerd huis. - Het was een leuk huis vlak bij de strip. En je kon vanuit albufeira alle kanten op. Ook de service voor het verwisselen van de badhanddoeken was top. De vaatwasser werkte niet goed net als de wasmachine en wat bleek de stekkers zaten erg los in het stopcontact deze bleken in een keukenkastje te zitten. Bij aankomst lagen er twee dode kakkerlakken in de slaapkamer en wat jammer was is dat er op de foto een koffiezetapparaat stond maar die was niet aanwezig Alleen een dolce gusto apparaat Er was een eigen parkeerplaats bij het huisje maar het was behoorlijk lastig om daar te kunnen parkeren omdat de overlast van andere geparkeerde auto’s zo erg was dat je de draai bijna niet kon maken.

• Gemma (10/5): Great base for large groups - Villa was large and perfect base for 2 families. It had everything that you would require - washing machine/dishwasher. All of the showers worked well with regards to temperature and flow. The living area was massive with a great big table. The couches were comfortable too. There were plenty of towels and wardrobe space for clothing. The pool was massive and the outdoor area was well maintained. The addition of the pool table and table tennis added to the children's enjoyment. The villa is literally a 2minute walk from the middle of the main strip, however you would never know that as location wise it is very quiet. The staff at check in portugal were very accommodating. Most of the rooms had memory foam mattresses and new beds apart from the back room where the single beds were quite squeaky. Property had an ironing board but no iron.
• Ciara (10/5): Fantastic villa for family/group sharing - Fabulous villa with loads of space. Check in and check out was very easy, and the staff were very welcoming and easy to contact if needed. One double room upstairs with en-suite, and 4 twin bedrooms downstairs, one with en-suite, and 2 more shared bathrooms all with showers and baths. Big dining space inside and outside, we were staying for our friends wedding and there was 8 adults sharing and we had loads of space. The pool was perfect and loads of sun loungers. Location is perfect with loads of shops, restaurants and bars just 5 minute walk away to new town. We got Ubers to the old town which was just 10 mins away. WiFi also available and a smart tv. We would definitely re book this villa! Nothing!
• Guest (10/5): Fantastic week and perfect for groups of 8-12 - Spacious area, great facilities, has a pool, enough towels, a BBQ, pool table, ping pong table, good amounts of chairs, Sun loungers, good sofa, TV, all 4 showers are great, 4 toilets, upstairs room and balcony are excellent. Location fantastic, instructions team and facilities management are lovely and prompt with their response Pillows were small and a bit uncomfortable, some single beds a bit uncomfortable - otherwise everything excellent.

• Anton (10/5): Amazing weekend, loved it - Amazing Villa for a large group to surprise our friend for a Stag. Prime location for us walking down to strip and easy enough to pick up taxi/tuk tuk to old town. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat. Only two criticisms was the amount of ants in the property but hard to avoid sometimes. Also one of the rooms AC needs fixing.
