• Constanze (9/5): Ein Besuch in Xiva ist absolut empfehlenswert! - Im Herzen Chiwas gelegen, kann man von der privat geführten Unterkunft zu Fuß die ganze Altstadt erkunden und hat trotzdem eine ruhige Lage. Die Gastgeberfamilie war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Inhaber bietet Touren an und wir haben mit ihm den Norden Usbekistans mit tollen Sights erobert. Sein Sohn steht rund um die Uhr für Fragen zur Verfügung und die Frauen bereiten ein herrliches und reichhaltiges Frühstück nach usbekischer Art.
• marta (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico nel cuore di Khiva! - Struttura eccellente situata in una posizione ottima, all'interno delle mura della città vecchia (Ichan Kala), comodissima per visitare tutto a piedi. La nostra stanza era pulita, accogliente e confortevole. La colazione è stata buona e decisamente abbondante. Una menzione speciale va al personale: sono stati tutti estremamente gentili e disponibili, organizzando per noi anche un bellissimo tour delle fortezze nei dintorni di Khiva. Consigliatissimo!

Pulizia molto buona, addirittura bisogna lasciare le scarpe nell'ingresso e salire le scale senza. camera un po' piccolina ( io ero con una amica), Bagno piccolo. Non so se è tipico degli Hotel Boutique il fatto che le camere non vengano rifatte e cambiati gli asciugamani.

• Etsuko (10/5): 今度は家族や友達と行きたいです - ヒヴァで1番有名なミナレットまで1分とかからないところにあります。とても静か、清潔で掃除も行き届いています。ご家族経営で、女性陣が朝食やお部屋周り、息子さんが英語が堪能なので宿泊客の対応、お父さんがツアーガイドをされてます。ヒヴァのイチャンカラの中は1日あれば観れるとガイドブックには書いてありますが、行ってみないと分からないと思い、約50時間の滞在にしました。確かにイチャンカラは1日でも周れましたが、宿の息子さんに郊外のツアーをお父さんがしてるという話をしてくれ、完全プライベートで7時間50ドルでアヤズカラなど3つの遺跡と湖を観光したので中1日あってよかったと思いました。 宿までは宿のトランスファーサービスを利用しました。わたしは空港から。空港で名前札を出してくれていたのでスムーズでした。 なし

• ParaFr (8/5): Petit hôtel familial - Bon emplacement, à l'intérieur de la vieille ville d'Itchan Kala. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel nous a aidé à organiser le transfert vers Boukhara en passant par les quatre forteresses et un lac.

Perfekte Lage! - Ich habe mich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt, bekam bei meiner Ankunft am frühen Morgen sofort einen Tee und Gebäck angeboten. Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, hat einen kleinen Schreibtisch und Blick zum Hof. Das Beste ist aber die Lage: Direkt in der Altstadt und doch ruhig. Wirklich perfekt. Die Familie ist sehr nett, der Sohn spricht englisch. Sie organisieren auch Touren. Ich habe eine Tour mit dem Vater nach Nukus und zu 4 Forts gemacht; beeindruckend, nur zu empfehlen. Auch meinen Transfer nach Bukhara haben sie organisiert. Das Frühstück ist gut, es könnte mehr Frisches/Gesundes sein. Aber das ist in Usbekistan häufig; immer alles mit Zucker und Fett. Als Anregung für die Familie: - Badematte, da es sonst zu rutschig ist nach dem Duschen; - Kühlschrank im Zimmer; - Wasserkocher für Tee im Zimmer; - Frisches Brot. Das wäre toll, wie ich jetzt weiß, haben das andere Guesthäuser und es ist eine Bereicherung. Tip: Man kann um die Stadtmauern außen herumjoggen (ca. 2,4 km). Eine herrliche Joggingrunde am frühen Morgen. -

• Любовь (9/5): - Очень приятные и гостеприимные хозяева. Мы взяли у них две экскурсии и остались в полном восторге. Расположение отеля очень удобное. Все наши просьбы были сразу же удовлетворены. Номера полностью соответствуют описанию и критерию цена/качество. Особенно ценно, что в жаркую погоду всегда в холодильнике была холодная питьевая вода. Хорошие европейские завтраки. По- домашнему вкусные. С удовольствием вернемся ещё раз.

• Daniel (9/5): Un bon rapport qualité-prix, avec le sourire ! - La situation, au calme et près du centre, l'amabilité des hôtes, leur efficacité pour m'arranger un transfert de Noukous à Khiva, le bon petit déjeuner ! Un petit frigo et une bouilloire dans la chambre seraient un vrai plus.

La colazione, preparata ogni mattina è abbondante, varia e buona (soprattutto la marmellata e il succo fatti in casa). Il wi-fi funziona bene. Tutta la famiglia è cordiale e disponibile. La camera ha solo una finestra che dà su un ballatoio interno all'abitazione. In generale dunque non c'è grande ricircolo d'aria.

Breakfast was really special - вишневый компот, чебуреки, творог и многое другое! The owner of the hotel took us to 3 Kalas, he was also as a guide - told us a lot about Uzbek life and history. • Georg (4/5): Gute Lage, tolles Frühstück, aber Zimmer zu schlecht - Wir waren von diesem Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Ein kleines familiengeführtes AirBnB. Das Zimmer unserer Freunde hatte kein Außenfenster, im Bad hat es nach Kloake gerochen. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Fenster nach außen, war aber auch sehr bescheiden eingerichtet und das Bad war sehr, sehr einfach. Das Frühstück morgens wird im Familien Wohnzimmer serviert, ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut und reichhaltig. Die Betten waren extrem unbequem. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und mit zusammengestelltem Mobiliar eingerichtet. Nicht wirklich einladend. Die Umgebung ist auch nicht gerade toll, aber die Lage ist zentral zur Medina.

• Doris (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert. - Die Unterkunft liegt innerhalb der Stadtmauer, mehr im Zentrum geht nicht. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Frühstück war toll. Die Gastfamilie organisiert auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

• MARTA (10/5): Buena opción en Khiva - El personal es extremadamente amable, te ayudan en todo. La ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de todo. El desayuno es increíble. Muy limpio. Reservamos dos habitaciones dobles. Una de ellas, perfecta: baño, tamaño de la habitación.. La otra era bastante más pequeña y si llevas equipaje grande se queda bastante justa, así como el baño, que era muy pequeño y para sentarte en la taza había que meter los pies dentro de la ducha. Estaría bien tener algún armario o estantería, solo hay un perchero en la pared y la mesilla a lado de la cama.

• Shih Ting (10/5): Great location and great value of money - The guest house offers a great range of activities at a very fair price, including airport pick-up and a fortress trip. I had the chance to explore the fortress with the host, which was such a lovely experience. Since it was low season, I happened to be the only guest that day, so it turned into a private tour — truly amazing! Every morning, breakfast was served on beautiful traditional plates with homemade eggs. It felt very thoughtful and I really enjoyed starting the day this way. The room was great — clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location is also perfect, right in the center of everything. I highly recommend staying here. More importantly, the host is what makes this place truly special and unforgettable.

Molto presenti su whatsapp già prima dell’arrivo: abbiamo chiesto a loro di organizzare un driver da Nukus + giro alle fortezze e anche un trasferimento il giorno successivo, e devo dire che sono stati molto più onesti sul prezzo rispetto ad altre opzioni che avevo valutato. Sistemerei la chiave della prima stanza perché era un po’ difficile da inserire nella serratura

• Daniela (10/5): Very nice - A beautifull accomodation located in the historical inner cityy, all sights are really close. The room was very nicely set with a working AC, excellent WiFi and overall everything was perfect. The hosts were really kind and only thanks to them we had such an amazing accomodation an a perfect opportunity to explore the beautifull city of Chiva without any problems.

• Rafal (9/5): Superb - Very kind and warm hosts. Family atmosphere. They really took care of us. We were personally picked from train station and they organized two days trip to Aral Sea with staying in yurts at the sea side. We really recommend this place for all tourists. Great location, access to entire old city by foot.
