• Thorsten (10/5): Italien authentisch erleben und genießen abseits des Touristenrummels! - Die Lage des Hotels befindet sich in Lauf-Nähe zum Porto nebst kleiner, aber netten Bademöglichkeit inmitten von Lierna. Der Empfang dort hätte nicht herzlicher sein können. Zum Frühstück gab es frisches Rührei, Obst mit Joghurt und 1 Croissant. Ich war drei Tage dort und habe jeden Abend die Möglichkeit genutzt, dort zu Abend zu essen. Denn: Hier steht der Chef noch persönlich hinter dem Herd! Nicht, weil er muss (er ist bereits in Rente), sondern aus Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie und echte, italienische Hausmannskost in 3 Gängen. Authentischer geht es nicht! Bei meiner Abreise gab es sogar noch ein frisch belegtes Panini mit auf die Wanderung, weil der Supermarkt vor Ort am Montag geschlossen hat. Molto buono-jederzeit wieder!

Bagno rimesso a nuovo recentemente. Parcheggio pubblico a 40 MT. Colazione, ottimi cornetti, marmellata, cereali, succo fresco di arancia, cappuccino e caffè da migliorare. Conviene lasciare l'auto al parcheggio che la strada di accesso è stretta e molto ripida. In bagno sarebbe necessaria una ampia mensola per appoggiare i beauty

Niesamowici pozytywni Gospodarze, którzy serwowali rano włoskie śniadania. Dodatkowo na korytarzu dostępna woda pitna i jabłka dla gości na mały głodek. Bardzo miło, że mogliśmy zostawić po pobycie bagaże do przechowania i popołudniu odebrać je.

Śniadanie robione przez właściciela Włocha. Bardzo sympatyczny. Mimo, że nie zna angielskiego to nie było problemu, żeby się dogadać. Nic więcej nie trzeba. Dobra baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie okolic Como.

• Bernhard (9/5): Eine kleine und zweckmässige Pension mit sehr sympathischen Gastgebern, die köstliche Pasta kochen. - Die Pension fragte von sich aus bei uns an, ob wir das Nachtessen bei ihnen einnehmen möchten. Das taten wir dann auch und das Essen war sehr gut. Es gibt bei der Pension keinen Parkplatz. Diesen mussten wir auf den öffentlichen Parkfeldern suchen.

• Richard (9/5): Ruhige und zentrale Lage, sehr freundlicher Empfang, gutes Essen. - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Er hat für uns an zwei Abenden ein sehr leckeres italienisches Menü gekocht. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Sheila (10/5): Brilliant place in a beautiful location! - The rooms were generously sized, super clean, and comfortable. The owners are fabulous and very kind. The property has been in their family since 1829 as a BnB type accommodation and they pride themselves on carrying on the tradition of taking care of others. That we weren’t able to stay longer! Seriously, if I had to pick anything it would be that parking was a bit difficult as the closest parking was fine overnight but goes to 30 minutes only during the day, so we had to move our van and that was a big challenge finding new parking.
• Huong Ly (10/5): - Der Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral von Lierna. 2 Min bis zur Bushaltestelle. 10min von Badestrand. 2 Minuten direkt zum See. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Apotheke sind alles näher dran. Der Gastgeber ist mega freundlich, er hat uns immer Tipp gegeben. Wir haben uns kein Wort verstanden aber trotzdem mit Körpersprache und GG Translate ging super 👍. Er hat uns nettes Frühstück gemacht. Egal wann wir aufstehen (da gibt keine feste Zeit für Frühstück, für uns ist ein großer Vorteil, weil wir ziemlich spät aufstehen und wollen keinen Druck wegen Frühstück haben) Der Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Bad ist neu und gepflegt. Wir haben 3 Nächte übernachtet und waren sehr zufrieden. Kommen gerne noch mal😊

• Jan Martin (10/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft – absolut empfehlenswert! - Bereits am Abend unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich mit einem köstlichen Abendessen empfangen: Als Vorspeise gab es Pasta, gefolgt von einem Fischgericht. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig – mit frischem Obst, Joghurt und Müsli, Rührei, Speck sowie einem Hörnchen ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und sorgen dafür, dass man sich von Anfang an willkommen und wohl fühlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr günstig: Mit dem Bus (aktuell Schienenersatzverkehr) gelangt man schnell nach Varenna, von wo aus verschiedene Fährverbindungen über den Comer See bestehen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der größere, kostenfreie Badestrand, der in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist – eine Rarität in dieser Region. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es zudem kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze; die Gastgeber erklären gerne, wo genau man diese findet. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann! Nichts

Gospodarz to niezwykle sympatyczna i serdeczna osoba – od pierwszych chwil czuliśmy się jak u dobrych znajomych, a nie jak goście. Szczególne wrażenie zrobiła na nas przepyszna, trzydaniowa kolacja, którą dla nas przygotował – wszystko domowe, świeże i pełne smaku, a do tego w bardzo przystępnej cenie. Co ważne, gospodarz z pełnym zrozumieniem i troską uwzględnił moją dietę bezmięsną, przygotowując specjalnie dla mnie osobne dania – to rzadko spotykana dbałość i prawdziwa gościnność. Jeśli tylko będę znowu nad jeziorem Como, na pewno wrócę właśnie tutaj – nigdzie indziej nie czułam się tak dobrze zaopiekowana. Z całego serca polecam!

A komp és a vonatállomás pár percre található, így könnyen bejárhatóak a tó menti látványosságok. A szállás mellett közvetlenül kisbolt, pékség, bár, fagyizó, éttermek. A szállással kapcsolatban nagyon elégedettek voltunk. A reggeli finom és bőséges. Vacsora is opció, amit nyugodt szívvel ajánlok mindenkinek, nagyon jókat ettünk a tartózkodásunk alatt. A szállásadók nagyon barátságosak és segítőkészek. Összességében ár/érték arányban maximálisan elégedettek voltunk a párommal! :)

• Trang (8/5): Best BB hotel - We stayed at B&B Il Gatto e la Volpe for 3 nights in September 2024 exploring the lake Como area. This place is newly renovated and the room was nice and clean. The owner is very friendly and we got very good service during our stay. He is a former chef and one day we asked him to prepare dinner for us. That night we got served the best home made Italian dishes ever. This place is very convienently located only 2-3 minutes walk from the Lierna train station (don’t follow Google’s recommended detour route…) and the ferry to Bellagio. Our best and warmest recommendations! Food smell in our room (nr.1) and it is not insulation for soundproofing between floors ( our room and kitchen)

Night before our GPS took us completely wrong place which we even lost internet for a while. Then with the Horst guidance drove the way. We What matters is the people. Giuseppe was on the road at 3:00AM trying to make sure we find our way. I have never seen this in my life. This is people taking care of people. Next morning at 10:30 even though it was after breakfast time he was cooking for my wife. There is no stars in world to cover this but 🙏❤️😍🥰

Vu les supers commentaires nous avons pas apprécié notre séjour. Petit-déjeuner avec croissant dans un sachet individuel ainsi que les biscottes et la confiture en individuelle dans des petits barquettes tout ça trop industrielles. Seulement pour deux personnes alors que nous étions 3, obligé de demander pour une personne en plus. Pain très très grillé en plus 1 seule tranche par personne.. Pas de proposition de deuxième café.

Das Quartier bekommt die allerbeste Note, weil es der Inbegriff eines Italienurlaubs ist (und wir waren an mehreren Orten in Italien). Man wohnt in einem alten Dorfkern mit seinen kleinen Gassen und Höfen ohne Massentourismus. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum glasklaren Comer See, wo man auch gleich unkompliziert losschwimmen kann. Es gibt einen Fähranleger, von wo es z.B. in kürzester Zeit nach Bellagio geht. Der Ort ist aber in der Hauptsaison zu voll. Und vom Quartier sind es nur 300m bis zum Bahnhof, wo man mit einem klimatisierten Zug die Gegend erkunden kann (oder eine Tagestour nach Mailand macht). Das Zimmer war relativ neu renoviert und auch mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Man kann bis an das Quartier nicht mit dem Auto fahren. Wir parkten kurz in einer Parallelstraße, brachten die Koffer ins Zimmer, um das Auto dann am Ortsrand auf einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu stellen.

• Fabrizio (8/5): Great stay and great people - The property is in a typical house of lake Como, it is well renovated, with brand new furniture. The room was well cleaned and comfortable. The owners were great and very supportive in giving news and hints about the area, it allows us to enjoy our staying.

• Adrien (9/5): Confy place with lovely hosts - The flat is lovely and well situated in lierna: close to the lake, the boat connection, shops and restaurants... Homemade breakfast on site is a plus. Hosts are really. Mind that the hosts don't speak English. Flat is not well isolated and can be noisy if you had our bad luck of having other noisy tourists around.
