• Katrin (6/5): - Dobrá cena a čistosta. Velmi milý a ochotný personál. Ubytování je umístěno v chladném oblasti, příště bych volila ubytování na jihu. V noci byla obrovská zima a neustále se zapínal a vypínal odvlhčovač a klimatizace, u obou byla cedulka, že se nesmí s přístroji manipulovat.

• Pascal (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft am Bananenfeld - Sehr sauberes, großes Zimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, einem Stellplatz in einer überdachten Garage und einer Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hatten viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung.

• Ballesteros Martínez (10/5): ¡Alojamiento idóneo! - Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento ha sido excelente. Desde el primer momento recibimos un trato cercano y muy familiar por parte de los anfitriones, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Las instalaciones son idóneas, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, y el parking resulta muy práctico y seguro. Además de la limpieza, ¡estaba todo impecable! Queremos agradecer especialmente el detalle de bienvenida con fruta fresca, un gesto que marca la diferencia. La ubicación es perfecta: en una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar, y al mismo tiempo con fácil acceso a playas, supermercados y otros servicios. En definitiva, una experiencia muy recomendable y un lugar al que sin duda volveríamos.
• David (5/5): A work in progress?... - The owners seemed very nice. The fruit they offered at the beginning of the stay was a nice touch. The noise from the traffic outside the bedroom woke me up from 5am each day. The smell of the banna plantation's fertilizers outside mean't i couldn't open the windows, the owners knew it was a problem but still put the property on booking.com....why do that? The dog barking again woke me up sometimes and the barking resonance in the room was very loud during the day. I work while I'm away so i didn't expect this. The lighting on the floor had to be turned off via the fuse box each night, no problem...but when that fuse box also cuts out use of all the bedside plugs and lamps its a problem, this is just basic stuff. The road outside is pretty dangerous, one way and people drive down it very fast, parking spot is very hard to get put of and park into. Overall i just feel like this is a work in progress, maybe its not finished as a property or maybe these things weren't thought about, either way i don't understand the extremely high ratings, maybe their other rooms are better, i don't know.
• Tamás (8/5): Beautiful for youngsters - Comfy bed, beautiful interior, parking spot The windows are facing to a narrow street where cars are extremely loud even in nights. It’s hard to get rest. The property has a 0-24 led strip inside, which makes impossible to sleep because of the light.
• Tiina (10/5): A true gem. - This was the ultimate experience of the BEST customer service ever! You cannot find any nicer hosts than Bridget and Urbano. They took care of my husband (and me at the side) when my husband was taken to the hospital during the Christmas. How kind is that?! Also the spacious apartment was lovely, fresh and tastefully decorated. And spotlessly clean. Also the area was nice, even though it is a little outside the Orotava center. A real 10 / 10 experience. Can wholeheartedly recommend! -
