• Giorgio (10/5): Molto soddisfacente, torneremo appena possibile. - Tomi è stato un ospite straordinario, molto disponibile e attento. La casa è stata perfetta oltre le nostre aspettative, curata in tutti i particolari e dotata di molti accessori di consumo. L'attrezzatura di cucina completa. Tutto nuovo ed in ottimo stato. Utilissima la terrazza comune in copertura dove prendere il sole sulle sdraio a disposizione, La posizione centrale e la cittadina di Playa San Juàn tranqueilla e ricca di bar e ristoranti a buon prezzo e di buon livello; una comoda spiaggia e una interessante passeggiata sull'oceano. Nulla, solo la mancanza di un balcone che però viene compensata da una veranda coperta e dotata di lavanderia.
• F&F (10/5): - Appartamento grande luminoso tranquillo e ben attrezzato. Posizione ottima a 5 min dal mare e con negozi e ristoranti appena dietro l'angolo. Pulitissimo. NN
• Yevgen (10/5): Great accomodation, helpful host and a calm area vibe! - Stayed with family (6-year-old, travelled by car). Feels like home - more like a place to live than just a rental. Very clean, with three spacious bedrooms, one with a working area. Perfect location: close to the beach, shops, cafés, promenade, playgrounds, and workout areas. Blue Flag beach! The village isn’t crowded with tourists, giving it a charming fishing-village vibe. This was our second stay in San Juan, and we’ll definitely come back. The host was excellent and very helpful. None.
• Veiko (9/5): Overall a pleasant stay in a local town. - Good local vibe, beautiful views from the rooftop terrace (have to climb the stairs for 3 stories though as it is a shared rooftop and the apartment is on the 1st floor). Good to use the washing machine. Comfortable beds. No dishwasher.
• Aleksandra (10/5): Polecam to miejsce rodzinom z dziećmi jako bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Teneryfy. - Apartament z dużymi, wygodnymi sypialniami. Bogate wyposażenie w wygodne meble i sprzęt AGD. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dostaliśmy dodatkowe ręczniki i bawełniane ścierki kuchenne. W szafkach czekały na nas kawa, cukier, sól, herbaty i ziołowe napary. Łazienki są duże: jedna z wanną, druga z dużym prysznicem. W budynku jest kawiarnia z tanią, pyszną kawą i możliwością zjedzenia słodkiego śniadania. Apartament był perfekcyjnie wysprzątany i pachnący. Blisko plaża, dobre restauracje i port, gdzie można wędkować. Spokojne miasteczko z małym ruchem turystycznym. Niczego bym w tym apartamencie nie zmieniała. Nic nie wymagało poprawy.
• Andrzej (10/5): Zdecydowanie na tak - Świetny gospodarz Tommy, uśmiechnięty i bardzo troszczący się o swoich gości. Apartament był idealnie czysty i niczego w nim nie brakowało. W apartamencie znajdują się w pełni wyposażone trzy sypialnie, dwie łazienki, kuchnia i salon. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna: wszystko blisko — sklepy, apteka, restauracje, świeże owoce na wyciągnięcie ręki. Blisko do oceanu, dużo deptaków i miejsc na spacery. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócimy z rodziną.
• Marta (9/5): Place recommended ! Nice and tidy with a lot of space ! - The apartment was very tidy and nice. All necessary equipment was there. The host was super nice, he explained everything and even shared some recommendations of what to do in the island. The only low side of the apartment was that there was no air conditioning so during the night it was quite hot, and if you kept the window open it was quite loud.
• Tomasz (10/5): - Friendly host, eager to explain all the details. Playa San Juan is a great place to stay, not too touristy but with all you need to feel Canarian vibes. Lovely beach, no crowds, lifeguard on duty, free deckchairs if you come early, freshwater showers. The flat itself is very spacious and comfortable, easily accommodated a family of 5. 2 full bathrooms. No air-con but we didn't need it as it was well ventilated. Fans available in every bedroom but no need to use, really. It's a real flat not a typical holiday rental so you have large wardrobes to put your stuff and a washing machine - important if you travel light. Hope to come back one day 😁
• Zuzana (9/5): Great place to stay - The apartment was very nice, spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It also had a great location, close to the town center. The window in the main bedroom lacks sound insulation, you can hear everything from the street.

• Vern (6/5): Did not meet our expectations - The property was very clean. Host was very accommodating. The property gave a gift of a bottle of wine and chocolate bar as welcome gift. No air conditioning. With windows open lots of cigarette smoke from neighbors. Street noise. No view. If there was rooftop patio we were not shown this.

• Barbara (10/5): Exceptional apartment - Everything was just perfect. Super clean apartment . We choose to eat out mainly and just had breakfast there , though everything was available to cook a meal if wanted. The thing I liked the best were the very comfortable mattress, which seems hard to find in most accommodations in San Juan . Tomie did all he could to make us feel welcome leaving us chocolate and wine on our arrival, such a lovely touch, and communication was great. I would highly recommended this apartment . Loved every thing
• Alan (10/5): You will really like this apartment! We really did! - This is really nice apartment just in the very center of San Juan only short walk distance to nice promenade and the beach. Beach is suitable for swimming and laying on the sun :) On the promenade and nearby there is a lot of restaurants, so you have a chanse to choose yours! For us was good that there is a possibility to park a rented car nearby and parking is free :) Apartment is very clean and cosy, well equipped and the host is very nice! I'm sure, if you are looking for apartment for your rest near the ocean you will like it very much!
• Dárius (8/5): Good deal if you have a car - Good price, spacious apartment, free parking available, good connections to other parts of the island with car, quiet neighborhood, amenities as supermarket and restaurants or bars nearby by walking distance. Ocean is 10 minutes away by walking distance. One room has only 2 separate beds instead of 1 king bed. For 6 people there is not enough dining space in the kitchen as the table is too small and only fits 4 people at once.
