• Susy (6/5): Solo una notte a Firenze .. e via - Appartamenti solo per una notte a Firenze.. Troppo piccolo l’appartamento .. la seconda camera non c’era nemmeno un armadio per appendere i vestiti .. è solo per una notte e via ..non c’era nulla .. nemmeno tazzine per il caffè ..
• Robert (2/5): Ten obiekt to katastrofa. - Obiekt nie jest przystosowany do osób niepełnosprawnych. Winda na klatce schodowej jest zapsuta. A tymczasowy podjazd jest za strony aby można było podjechać wózkiem. Drzwi do jednej z sypiAlni oraz łazienki są tak wąskie, że wózek nie mieści się w nich.

• Nicholas (1/5): - Not much This host required me to send a copy of my passport and a selfie to a third party. I was initially given the option of sending my details informally but when I did, I was told to send the passport information. This is extremely dangerous because the combination of the two documents enables a persons identity to be cloned. I complained to booking.com. The host lied about not pursuing the passport information. Booking.com has refunded me the commission but the host has refused to accept a cancellation. I consider this to be an extremely dangerous situation and booking should act against this practise. It was not stated in the listing and I was left in a situation of handing over my most important information or losing money. Extreme caution and please can booking eliminate this practise? It should be included in your contract with hosts. I believe the only way to highlight this extremely dangerous situation is to create a negative review.

• gianfranco (5/5): - La posizione buona abbastanza vicina al centro e con molte attività commerciali intorno Il parcheggio che deve essere chiaro è nella pubblica via non facilissimo da trovare e di sicuro non vicino la struttura. Oltretutto non un minuto prima ne un minuto dopo il check in e il checkout. Pessima l' assistenza fredda e solo via e-mail. Noi non abbiamo visto nessuno e l' unica volta che abbiamo chiamato telefonicamente chi ci ha risposto risultava molto scostante. La pulizia locali molto discutibile e biancheria da bagno minimal. Credo che in generale booking dovrebbe essere molto attenta sulla questione parcheggio

• Silvia (4/5): Decepcionante, una noche y nada más - Lo único que nos gustó del alojamiento fue el baño que se veía reformado, la habitación grandes estaba bien, tenía una cama de matrimonio, armarios grandes y televisión de pantalla plana. Daba a un patio interior por lo que era tranquila. Se trata de un piso dividido en tres mini apartamentos. Nuestro alojamiento disponía de dos habitaciones, un baño y un recibidor donde estaba la mini cocina. La habitación pequeña tenía un sofá cama abierto con un somier que no era muy cómodo, no tenía cabecero y no apoyaba en la pared por lo que la almohada se podía caer por detrás, tampoco tenía armario por lo que debías dejar la ropa en la otra habitación. En la misma habitación había una mesa con sillas que es el único sitio libre para comer, dentro de la habitación donde se duerme Nada más entrar en el apartamento tienes un mueble de cocina con unos fuegos y una mini nevera. Nos alojamos solo una noche y preferimos desayunar fuera.
• sixin (2/5): - 订房时：显示住宿内停车，我们才订的，实际是路边公共停车，主人发个街道名给你，你自己去找停车位，这与订房描述严重不相符。我到了才知道是街边自己找停车位，整整花了两个多小时才找到停车位，而且离房间又很远，由于是路边，不放心有些行李放车上，搬行李又花去很多时间和精力，将我们的计划全部打乱。有种受骗的感觉。没有人接待入住相当困难，标识、说明也不清。房间不隔音，楼上装修，隔壁动静大，隔壁上个卫生间都会将你吵醒。一夜都无法入睡。 停车相当困难，切不安全。距离房间又远，穿几个街区，上下行李极不方便。隔音不好，如睡困难。主人将街边停车标为位宿内停车，误导客户。还easy parking,实际上停车相当困难。入住标识不清楚，入住也困难，房间都找不到。没有人接待。

• Franziska (7/5): Für eine Nacht jederzeit wieder - Die Lage und die Größe ist gut. Der gesamte Self Check In ist absolut problemlos. Parkplatz direkt in der Nähe vorhanden. Bei der Ankunft wirkte die Wohnung etwas muffig, nach gründlichem Lüften war es aber besser. Man hört leider recht viel aus der Nachbarwohnung, was die Ruhe etwas beeinträchtigt. Man erkennt, dass sich Mühe gegeben wurde, die Wohnung schön zu gestalten, allerdings wirken einige Details etwas einfach – zum Beispiel sind die Wandverkleidungen aus Styropor schon leicht abgenutzt.

Bonne literie Stationnement pleine rue dangereuse très passante étroite...(voiture accidentée pendant la nuit). Le stationnement promis dans l'annonce et conseillé par l'hôte n'est pas secure... (Conseils donnés erronés et mauvaise foi...) Résultats 1400€ de frais de réparation... Une journée dans les commissariats de Florence et agence de location au lieu de visiter la ville.... De surcroît stationnement interdit pourtant validé sur photo par l'hôte qui vous vaudra une amende (confirmé par la police venue constater les dégâts ...) Une amende que l'hôte promet de vous rembourser ( c'est pour cela qu'il vous demandera votre plaque d'immatriculation !) je n'ai jamais vu ça ! Logement excentré obligeant soit a traverser un boulevard très passant à pied ou un parc pas spécialement bien fréquenté... Logement en ZTL ''green way''' donc attention à la voiture utilisée... Logement trop petit pour quatre personnes Pas de pièce de vie !

• Justineh (7/5): Quiet compact apartment with parking - Great to find a city apartment that had access to parking. The apartment whilst on a busy rd, is at the back of the property so was very quiet once inside. Air Conditioning was appreciated since Florence was in the 30s. Bathroom was clean and spacious. It is a walk to the city - in the summer heat - but there are buses near by - worth using them! Supermarket is close. Kitchen was tiny - ok for people heat and eating, but not if you are going to cook. No lounge area so no where to sit as a family.

• Kristina (9/5): Very nice! - 1) fair price considering a very nice location, which is only 10-15 min away from the city centre by walk 2) included parking lot 3) nice landlord who provided a lot of precise info about checking-in/out and places to eat in Florence! 4) apartment itself is nice and clean. It's perfect for 2 people stay, but not enough space for 4 people. It was not a problem for us tho, because we were two. Overall we liked it and would come back there! 1) the pillows were a bit too hard and too thick, I couldn't sleep well on them 2) the shower is leaking a lot from the side, where it's connected to the wall (so it was happening either way, even though the shower doors were properly closed) 3) tiny kitchen, not very comfortable to cook something there, but it was not bothering us a lot since we were having only breakfasts in the apartment.

• Sandra (9/5): Very nice, big space. Be aware of the distance but easy to get there - It’s modern, It very comfortable, it has a kitchenette and a living area. I had to take the tranvía from the Train station, it was just 8’minutes away, and 5 minutes walk. Wasn’t bad, for the value.

• Elvis (10/5): Clean and convenient stay in Florence. - Perfect location: easy walking distance to the tram, which is about a 15-minute ride to the main train station. The host was charming and provided very detailed instructions on how to reach, access, and make use of the apartment and its amenities. A little on the pricey side. Also, the local grocery store was not that close to the apartment. Take the tram between the store and the stop closest to the apartment, especially if you’re carrying a lot of goods. No deal breakers on either of these points, though.
