• Nebojsa (10/5): Perfectly located near Shibuya Station yet quiet and peaceful, this spacious and comfortable apartment feels much larger - We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Tokyo. Its location is truly outstanding — incredibly convenient for reaching Shibuya Station and enjoying the whole Shibuya nightlife and shopping area, yet tucked away on a smaller street that is calm, quiet, and peaceful. The apartment itself was comfortable by Tokyo standards, fully functional, and had a pleasant view. It offered everything needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay. One very pleasant surprise was that the apartment feels much bigger in real life than it appears in the photos, with more space and comfort than expected. What made the experience even better was the host, who was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He supported us with every question we had and even kindly helped organize the transfer of our luggage to Kyoto, which was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, spacious, and stress-free stay in Tokyo.

• Michael (10/5): A Home Away From Home - This is a great rental apartment centered in Shibuya. The caretakers are superb and gracious. There is an abundance of amenities including shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, and more! There was even a gaming console, Netflix, and welcome snacks. It felt like home away from home! There is nothing negative about this property. It is a wonderful place to stay.

We will never return even if this was the last available property. - This property was filthy, in a red light district that advertises stripper bars, prostitution and nudity. This property compared to the other 6 we stayed at during our 18 day holiday was the worst, by far the smallest and the only accommodation where felt our safety was at risk. It was also the most expensive. Small fridge and microwave which are not at all like the one pictured. When entering the property a sign pasted to the front door boasts a 9.1 rating. This is complete rubbish and over exaggeration. Booking.com in our eyes has always been a reputable accommodation provider. We now have our doubts because we are unsure how the owner has been able to list this property via booking.com.
• David (10/5): Exceptional - Great location right in the heart of bustling Shibuya. Nice modern and secure building. Apartment is very compact as one would expect in Japan. Instructions supplied for directions and such were all very clear to follow. If staying as a couple with a lot of luggage the space could be a bit tight. We had sent our main baggage to Haneda in advance so only had low volume with us.

• Dean (9/5): Masa was a great host, once we established a whats app connection communication was great - Masa was a great host once we worted out the finer details, location in Shabuya was great, close to shabuya square, train station , mini marts and heaps of restaurants, had a small stove which we didnt use and a microwave and fridge which was great. Having a wash.dryer machine in the room free ws a real bonus Maybe a little thought into positioning of the bed! I would suggest to scrifice a little space and go length ways so the person near the window doesnt need to crawl over the other to get to the toilet. We moved the bed to suit and shifted back when finishd and worked perfectly

• Chris (5/5): Cleanliness was the ultra low point we didn’t expect from the highly rated property in booking.com - Location is very near shibuya crossing (about 5mins walk) so it’s strategic. There are eateries, bars and girl bars just few steps from the apartment. I think it’s fine and convenient for single travelers but not sure about families. Overall the apartment is strategically located in Shibuya. Cleanliness is poor bordering on disgusting. I’m not sure if the apartment was cleaned when the previous guest / tenant left. Surface and floor areas were dusty. Kitchen tops were sticky. There was rubbish left around the stoves and beneath the rubbish bins. There were hairs on the floor and on top of the toilet cover, and worsely on the pillow covers! Having stayed in a few other properties throughout our stay, this was far from the Japan standard we’d grown to expect. The host was friendly and prepared to send the cleaner but it was not convenient for us to stay around to wait given our limited stay in Tokyo. We bit the bullet and endured it, but it did ruin our experience.
• Carbeaux (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome little apartment in the middle of Shibuya for a decent price. Perfect for the three of us. 3 minutes from the Shibuya scramble crossing. Not much useable storage if you don't want to live out of your suitcase for longer stays, as most closets contain cleaning stuff. It would be perfect if either the closet in the hallway or the sleeping room were empty, so guests could use them.
• Chloe (9/5): A must stay in Shibuya for location & value for money! - Location was amazing! Right smack in Shibuya, it was very easy to find the crossing, plenty of food & shopping nearby. Instructions to the accommodation was easy to follow. We also found the train stations easily and it was about 8 minute walk. The apartment was small. Keep this in mind, I actually put my luggage under the bed since the space was small. But we had plenty of towels, kitchen facilities, umbrellas, air con, slippers, everything! Masa thought of it all for us. He was an amazing, kind and thoughtful host. The only thing that was challenging was the hot water runs out after the first person shower. We waited a half hour in between but the second person may not get a full hot shower.

The host also provided us with a pocket wifi which was super helpful and they were very responsive. The place was a good size for two people and was very clean
• Ka (10/5): awesome. - Nice view of the city with a patio space. The AC came in handy on the warm days. Roomy for Japan, but not recommended for more than a couple of people. Great amenities (cooking items, bathtub, washer/dryer). Central to Shibuya nightlife and walking distance to Harajuku. 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station. 10/10 would recommend.
