• Gisele (8/5): - La proximité : proche d une gare ferrovière et à 10mnts du centre ville. La fonctionnalité de l'appart, la facilité pour prendre les clés et tout y est en terme d'equipements. Merci à Maria qui répondait à mes demandes constamment. Trop trop trop petit pour un couple. La télé qui ne fonctionne pas depuis le 1er jour et pour 6 jours personne n'est venu réparer. Le seul petit canapé était tâché de partout.

• sandra (5/5): Overall our stay was good and we would recommend to others. - Great location, clean but a bit rundown. good water pressure and lots of hot water. Loved the big windows. Fairly well equipped kitchen. the stairs in general from street to the suite is a lot. Kitchen tap leaks and there is mold under the sink. they could use an up grade on some of the small things like the ironing board cover and a few more hooks as there is no closet. contact person was not always as responsive as desired.
• Pierre (7/5): - Propre et bien situé. Un peu excentré mais dans un quartier typique Les services de la ville qui déplacent les poubelles quasiment toutes les nuits a 1 h00 du matin pendant 1/2 heure . Ça résonne tellement !!
• Martyna (5/5): Jedno z gorszych miejsc w których miałam okazję spać. - Lokalizacja obiektu rewelacja. Wygodne łóżko. Przy samym otwarciu drzwi bucha zapach wilgoci. Niezbyt przyjemny. Obiekt pobiera 150 euro kaucji na poczet zniszczęń ale nie wiem czemu skoro wszystko jest zużyte i stare że nie ma tam co niszczyć. Wszędzie plamy , sprzętów w kuchni nawet nie dotykałam bo swoje lata świetności już dawno miały. No i tragiczna łazienka. Prysznic duży ale zagrzybiały i zardzewiały. Szyba brudna. Proszę nie sugerować się zdjęciami.

Johdot näkyvissä. Penkit heiluivat huonon kunnon vuoksi. Vaikea löytää. Ulko-ovi jatkuvasti rikki. Jouduin kyselemään vakuuden perään, eivät maksaneet ennen kyselyä. Asunnosta meni sähköt, niin minun piti lähettää kuvia ja selvittää asiaa. Kukaan ei tullut paikanpäälle. Puhelimessa eivät puhu, vain viestejä voi lähettää. Erikoista.

• Georgie (6/5): - The location was perfect for walking to all the main tourist points of interest and restaurants. The key box was broken when we arrived and so we couldn't get in for an hour until someone came to fix it and they wouldn't believe us for a long time before they sent anyone. Then there was no compensation for the inconvenience. It was time for dinner, so very hangry by the time we could get in and leave our luggage to go out. They couldn't even recommend a close restaurant.

• VERA (10/5): - Location was great, we walked everywhere, there is however construction around the Apolonia metro station which made it tricky to get to the apartment. Bathroom was renovated, tiled, shower was fantastic. Pillows could be a bit upgraded, mattress was good, but the bed was very squeaky when my husband turned it woke me up every time. • Tilse (10/5): - Ruhige Lage, gutes Klima in der Wohnung, gut ausgestattet Das Licht ist sehr grell und es gab keine kleinen Lampen. Da bitte noch nachrüsten. Die Dunstabzugshaube ist defekt (was mich jetzt nicht gestört hat - nur zur Info). Man hört die Bewohner über einem (Schritte), jedoch ist das mit oropax kein Problem.

A localização da hospedagem foi um diferencial muito positivo. - A localização em Alfama é excelente, de fácil acesso, não há perigo de errar o endereço considerando o acesso da rua central de baixo (para subir ao beco). É próximo a vários pontos turísticos legais e o apartamento estava limpo e silencioso. Dormimos tranquilamente todas as noites. Solicitei uma tábua para cortar legumes e não foi fornecida. Apesar de haver utensílios para cozinhar, faltava esse. Achei que não custava nada fornecer, até porque quem loca um apartamento, pode querer preparar algo para comer depois de um dia intenso de passeios.
• Liutsiia (1/5): Scam with a deposit - Location ist ok Be careful, you will have to pay a deposit (150€) and you will not get it back. I checked out on February 26th (I am writing the review on April 14th) and I still haven't received my deposit back. The outlets in the apartment don't work, there are cockroaches, the toaster didn't work, the bathroom is very small.

• Jon (4/5): - La ubicación, está ubicado en la Alfama muy cerca del Panteón y bastante bien comunicado con transportes. Ruido excesivo de pasos en el piso de arriba, parecía que se hundía el techo. Además el apartamento tenía mucha humedad y al ser un bajo no se podía ventilar bien porque las ventanas dan a la calle y son muy bajas.

• Didier (7/5): - Appartement situé dans le centre ville , et calme . Toilettes trop petites . Difficile de se tourner. Pas d éclairage dans l escalier au niveau de notre étage. C est très dangereux , lorsque vous portez une valise ou en rentrant à la nuit tombante . Il y a une mauvaise connexion entre la télévision et le décodeur. Les canaux sont difficiles à avoir . Pas de machine à café. La table pour déjeuner est instable . Un petit radiateur seulement, c est juste pour la saison d hiver .

• Lisette (6/5): - Chambre propre, le lit est trop grand pour l'espace c'est difficile pour se coucher. Le personnel a toujours répondu a nos questions .
• Marketa (5/5): - The apartment is in a great location in historical Lisbon, close to the metro, commuter train, and the waterfront. It’s small but clean and convenient for exploring the city. However, the kitchen was very minimally equipped, and some basics like a dish cloth were missing. The kettle and coffee machine were not working — we informed the host, but the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. It can also get a bit noisy from the nearby street.

• DIANE (8/5): - Great location . Walking distance from train and metro and close to the mustsee tile museum. Good restaurants close. Be aware of the flight of stairs. Consider the best street access to avoid too many hills. A second chair would be good.

La communication avec l'hôte se résumait à des messages automatiques. Avant le départ il n'a jamais répondu à des questions plus plus précises. Le logement est idéal pour une personne seule. Il n'y a qu'une chaise (!). La télévision ne fonctionne pas, le grille-pain non plus. Il doit être étouffant l'été.
• William (7/5): Overall very satisfying but slightly marred by problems with the electrics. - Comfortable beds and a good nights sleep. Small but pleasant bathroom, plenty of hot water. Found that the kettle was blowing the fuses in the apartment after several WhatsApp messages. Responses in the messages were good but did not receive any notification that the problem had been resolved by electrician visit nor was the kettle changed.
• Thomas (6/5): - Very compact, minimal apartment in a lovely location. Let's start with the good. The Alfama neighbourhood is wonderous and I loved walking around it after dark, although I don't know how anyone managed it before google maps! There's a convenience store and a laundry very close by, as well as restaurants, and the city centre is perfectly walkable if you don't mind a bit of a trek. The apartment itself is fairly minimal and it's really hard to get comfortable in it. There's no sofa, a single wicker chair and two cheap stools with wobbly legs at a very small "table". The TV is on an arm above the bed and while the bed is comfortable to sleep on, it's impossible to get comfortable sitting up on it because of the thin pillows and metal headboard. It desperately needs a sofa or somewhere comfortable to sit. There is nowhere to set a laptop and work, which was unfortunate for me because I was in the city to work remotely. There was also an incident where a man entered the apartment while I was drying off after a shower and ran off when I poked my head out the bathroom door. Management initially told me it was not their staff, which was very concerning, but later changed their mind and said it was. I never got an explanation why he was there. It would have been a very different story if I was female and I didn't feel safe leaving my valuables there afterwards. It's a fine place to stay if you're not planning to spending much time in it, but not comfortable to relax in.
• Malerie (10/5): - The Hidden Gem flat in Alfama was perfect for us. Small, but not cramped, bright and airy, and exceptionally clean. The bonus was a washing machine. It was walkable to most areas and surrounded by lovely restaurants and Fado clubs. We had a few communication glitches, but all was resolved by check-in time. I would definitely recommend the Hidden Gem in Alfama to family and friends.
