• Edmonstone (10/5): Amazing! A lovely quiet area with everything you need nearby. Caring host with good communication :) - The owner met us at the property with the keys. He showed us around and made sure we were okay with everything. He was very lovely and chatty. Overall a great host! I liked everything! One thing could be having water in the fridge!

• Oliver (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt an einem Wohlfühlort. - Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Beste Lage, zur Altstadt nur wenige Meter. Absolut gemütlich und trotz Stadtmitte ruhig. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

• John (9/5): Clean modern apartment, great check in and communication with friendly host. - Lovely,clean modern apartment, friendly and accommodating host. We stayed for one night as were driving further south but would happily have stayed longer. Great location, walking distance in to Como centre and the lake. Nothing really, perhaps a parking space would have been useful but we were fine with parking on the road outside or in a nearby multi-storey.

• Justine (10/5): Exceptional - Giorgio was such an immense help all throughout our stay. We had a late arrival and requested a late checkout, both of which he accommodated in a way that was above expectations. The loft is conveniently located and walking distance to many cafes and shops. The flat was also very clean and Giorgio was so kind to prep the linens ahead of our arrival. He was available via WhatsApp all throughout our stay and was very kind and genuine. I highly recommend staying at this location. *This is NOT specific to the loft, but this is about the general Como area which we stayed* There weren't so many taxi options (our travel was at the end of September, after the peak tourist season, so this could have had an impact as well). If you plan to venture beyond walking distance, factor that into your arrangements (i.e. schedule a car in advance, take a train, etc.). This is another area in which Giorgio sincerely exceeded expectations - he offered to help us with transport when we were struggling to get a taxi. Again, Giorgio really made our experience a 10/10.

Bathroom was super clean and perfect. Georgio came and gave the keys was lovely and we got to have a nice chat. Everything was great. Everything was great. 🙂 Not bad but I would have a nice bread knife in the kitchen. To slice the great Italian bread we got for breakfast. (But the kitchen was great.)

• Mariya (10/5): You need to book this!!! Absolutely fantastic! - This place is an absolute gem and the hosts are the kindest and sweetest people ever. We moved there from another place in Como and immediately saw the difference in every small detail. There was water, coffee and many other small but very well thought details that made our stay incredible. If you are staying in Como I highly recommend and I cannot wait to go back there next year. You can feel how much love the hosts have for their guests and that it is not just a business for them. We loved it!!! Thank you, Giorgio and Annapaola! You are the best! ❤️ We loved everything.

The host was super helpful and always ready to give recommendations about boats, ferry rides, restaurants, bars etc. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Essential things such as towels, cooking utensils, med kit etc was also there. The apartment was located near the town - more quiet area, but ca 5-10min walk from the town and Como Lake so everything was near us.
