• Federico (7/5): Great location and nice place. Little negative things could be fixed - Location was perfect. Communication was good and friendly even if we interact only by text. Space is fair and tv was good. Floor was dirty and with dust. Little bugs coming out at night only in the bathroom.

• Albert (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación para recorrer caminando las principales atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. Nosotros estuvimos solos, por lo que pudimos utilizar la cocina para desayunar a nuestro aire, sin tener que compartirla, hecho que nos gustó mucho. La cama muy cómoda y el baño como nuevo. Todo muy limpio. No tiene servicio de habitación, por lo que no esperes que nadie te limpie la habitación. Nosotros estuvimos 4 días y no necesitamos limpieza, pero es algo a tener en cuenta.

• Beatrice (7/5): Veste de Naples - Lors de notre séjour à Naples, nous avons été profondément marqués par la beauté du jardin botanique, l’animation des rues principales, et surtout par la gentillesse des habitants et des commerçants. Cette ville fascinante dégage une atmosphère unique, mêlant histoire, culture, spontanéité et énergie. Ce qui rend Naples encore plus agréable, ce sont les facilités de déplacement d’un point à un autre, voire d’une ville à une autre. La compagnie de bus Tramvia, présente à la station Garibaldi, nous a permis de partir à la découverte de sites incontournables tels que Pompéi, Positano, le Vésuve ou encore la côte amalfitaine. Grâce à un personnel accueillant et à notre accompagnateur Chiro, ces excursions ont été non seulement enrichissantes mais aussi très bien encadrées. Naples est véritablement une ville à découvrir. Elle dévoile un mélange subtil de mille facettes : entre chaos et charme, entre tradition et modernité, elle ne laisse personne indifférent. Quelques aspects négatifs à prendre en compte : La circulation est souvent très dense et peut s’avérer dangereuse. Malheureusement, les piétons ne sont pas toujours prioritaires, même lorsqu’ils traversent sur un passage protégé. Il faut donc redoubler de vigilance lors des déplacements à pied. Par ailleurs, la saleté est omniprésente dans certaines rues : les poubelles débordent fréquemment, et il n’est pas rare de voir des personnes fouiller à l’intérieur, ce qui accentue encore cette impression d’insalubrité. Il est donc vivement recommandé de bien choisir son lieu de séjour, afin d’éviter de devoir parcourir de trop longues distances à pied, même si l’on est sportif. Cela permet de limiter les trajets fatigants dans un environnement parfois peu agréable.
• Sarah Lena (7/5): - Super nette Gastgeber und gute Lage! Man ist schnell in der Altstadt und auch am Flughafen. Toller Ausblick aus dem Treppenhaus. Sehr hellhörig. Aufgrund der Rücksichtslosigkeit von anderen Gästen fühlten wir uns öfter gestört. Die Sauberkeit war nicht ideal. Unterm Bett (offen) und auf dem Regal war Staub zu sehen. Das Bad ist zwar modern eingerichtet, aber leider nicht gut gepflegt. Nicht nur die Dusche (z.B. Fugen und Duschkopf) wirkten nicht ordentlich gereinigt, der Zahnputzbecher wurde scheinbar gar nicht ausgewaschen vor unserer Ankunft. Durch rostige Halterungen und einer fehlender Fliese an der Wand wurde der ungepflegte Eindruck eher verstärkt. Eine Steckdose hielt nicht mehr in der Wand und kam mir entgegen bei Benutzung. Die Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage. Leider kann man den Aufzug nur gegen eine Gebühr von 20 Cent benutzen. Aber wenigstens gibt es einen 😅

• Melis (9/5): Calm, clean stay in a traditional Napolitain building. Would recommend!! - Was quite nice to stay in a real Napolitain building, we really saw how the locals live and a traditional building. The room was clean, calm and beautiful with everything we needed (AC, mini fridge, very clean bathroom, soap, hairdryer, towels…) Bonus for Luna and Simona’s papa :))) One really small point to improve would be the shampoo and shower gel, as they didn’t foam :)
• Mareckiw (8/5): Good location, friendly staff, paid elevator (20c) - Easy access, friendly staff. Air-conditioned room. Big comfy bed, clean mattress. Very close to the airport and walking distance to the main train station. Cleaning might be improved and there is no space like wardrobe to put your clothes in. Bathroom is not ventilated and gets very humid. Next to our doors a renovation has ongoing waking us up. Only cash/coin to pay for elevator.
• Andrew (9/5): Charming, Clean, Comfortable & Secure - Clean and well presented. Warm welcome even with the language barrier. Security; we felt very safe. Comfortable bed. Great coffee maker and kitchen. Clean & modern bathroom. 4th floor and 20c to use the elevator. We preferred to climb the stairs.

• Juraj (7/5): Friendly place to stay in Naples - The room was clean, equipped and very spacious, including also a functioning jacuzzi as mentioned. The room is very big so it is rather difficult to heat it properly with the AC during cold days, including the bathroom that is not heated separately, or the shared kitchen, so it's good to wear more layers inside. The owners were very nice and available to help when needed during the check in or during the stay. Located not far from the main station and the city center. The quadruple room with the jacuzzi gives to the main road so although the door isolation is relatively good you can still hear some traffic also at night so next time we would probably choose a room with the inner courtyard. There could be some more storage space, wardrobes or other, in the room as there is a lot of free space around. The mattress was rather hard for my wife but it's also a matter of preference
• Boxofchocolate (9/5): Best choice - Simona and her father are really the cutest people! Check-in was very easy and quickly done. Room was better than we had expected it to be; very spacious and clean. We could also use everything in the mini bar for free! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need, even with coffee pads and sugar! The Wifi was a bit troublesome, but they immediately took action and tried to solve it for us. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!
• Milena (8/5): I can recommend this room. The location is perfect for a city break - Really beautiful view from the windows of the building. The bed was comfortable. Access to the room with a card so you don’t have to take the keys with yourself. It was a little bit cold in the room during the night. Really bad ventilation in the bathroom.

• Ranđelović (10/5): Excellent - Staying at Venus of Milo Hotel in Naples was a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a relaxing and comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were always friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is perfect, close to major attractions but tucked away enough to provide peace and quiet after a day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples! Everything was excellent.

Could use a bit of improvement on the finishing touches: electrical outlet near the bed was loose, there was a hole in the wall near the toilet and the curtain rails was not tightly secured.

• Kasia (9/5): Very nice - Cery clean room, well equipped in an atmospheric building. You can use the kitchen, which has a coffee maker for your morning coffee. There are several really delicious restaurants, a cafe and a bakery in the area. The windows of our room overlooked the entrance to the botanical garden. 10-15 min walk to the historic center. Great, immediate contact with a very helpful owner

• Karim (7/5): Good - Personal was great always keen to help always perfectly clean they provide everything and do they're best effort for your Stay to be the best. Location is not that great, and power went off and on (something beyond owner control but still a thing) You have to pay for use the elevator with small change, we dont care about money since is small amount but if you are short on coins you are done for it, and the hotel is on the last floor.

• Anass (8/5): A cozy apartment near the historical center - We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The building has a lot of character, and the environment is cozy and inviting. The accommodation was well-equipped, spacious, and impeccably clean. The host was kind and easily reachable, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the historic center, with lovely restaurants nearby and a magnificent view of the botanical garden. The access using codes was very convenient. Overall, we had an excellent stay. The lift, although inexpensive at 20 cents, posed a minor inconvenience in terms of finding the right change. It might be worth considering an alternative solution for a more convenient experience.

• Jonathan (8/5): Comfortable room for a Napoli city break - Modern and well appointed room in a lovely old courtyard building with views over Napoli and opposite the Botanic Garden. Shared kitchen opposite. Free street parking opposite, if you're lucky. Bed was a little firm for me. Housekeeping stated daily but was only once in our 6 night stay
