Carlo (10/5): - Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo alle nostre richieste. Nonostante fossimo arrivati tardi ci ha permesso di cenare nel ristorante annesso, procurandosi anche la torta per il compleanno di un componente del gruppo!

Orietta (9/5): - Camere ampie e letti comodi, molto pulite. La struttura ci ha gentilmente consentito di lasciare le macchine nel parcheggio anche oltre la durata del nostro soggiorno. Non è fornita la prima colazione ma c'è bar proprio di fianco.

Mark (10/5): Ottima soluzione per visitare Viterbo e dintorni - Ottima posizione, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Ampio parcheggio riservato top. Il ristorante pizzeria proprio sotto alla struttura è ideale Se il ristorante fosse predisposto anche per le colazioni sarebbe un plus.

Marco (10/5): - Appartamento ampio, nuovo e pulito, dotato di frigo, microonde e condizionatore, comodo per il centro di Viterbo e per raggiungere altri luoghi di interesse della Tuscia. Il proprietario è disponibile, gentile e simpatico. Comodo e ottimo il suo ristorante/pizzeria sotto l'appartamento. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Jemima (8/5): Good location and clean. - Clean room. Very spacious. Bed reasonably comfortable. Good location a short walk from train station and historic centre. Would be a good base in the summer. In December we found it cold. The room was not freezing but I was cold in bed and there were no extra blankets or way of warming the room. Though there was a fridge and microwave there was no kettle or facilities for making a hot drink. Disappointing as the bar downstairs was closed on a Sunday.

Queenofcups (10/5): Great city, quiet and spacious apartment - A good place to stay when traveling by car. Parking in the lot next to the house. The apartment is clean, spacious, with good sound insulation, a well-equipped bathroom. There is no excessive attention from the staff, we felt at ease, but all our concerns were answered. Viterbo is a unique, charming, mysterious and enchanting city. I would like to come back here. Anything is OK.

Michael (10/5): I had no expectations but loved meeting Frank and was very happy with my stay. - Frank’s House has been completely renovated and is clean as a whistle. Frank was very accommodating, no problem finding a place for my bike or anything. it is air conditioned and heated so should be comfortable at any time of the year. The restaurant puts out great pizza and the staff very friendly & helpful. Nothing.
