Please note, there are motion sensors in the property connected to the alarms when the property is empty. At the end of March 2025, a new law came into effect in the municipality of Mogán (where our apartments are located), called the "Regulatory Fiscal Ordinance on the Tourist Stay Tax", approved by the local Town Hall and published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Las Palmas. This regulation requires us to charge guests a tourist tax per night and per person. The current amount is €0.15 per person per day, but it may vary throughout the year. Therefore, the applicable rate will be confirmed upon arrival and charged accordingly. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
