Elmir (5/5): Not What We Expected – Price Doesn’t Match the Experience - The view is stunning, and the surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Unfortunately, the house itself didn’t live up to the same standard. We chose this property based on its excellent reviews and high rating, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to expectations. At €2,850 for the week, we expected a well-maintained, comfortable, and clean home. Instead, we arrived to find the house dusty, with stained furniture and multiple maintenance issues. The shower door was broken and replaced with a flimsy curtain, the refrigerator stopped working mid-stay (causing food to spoil) and several appliances and lights didn’t function properly. Air conditioning units were old and extremely noisy, and the outdoor area was not well maintained — broken sunbeds, rusty furniture, and even a wasp nest near the terrace made sitting outside unpleasant. Essential amenities were also missing or subpar: no Wi-Fi, a poorly equipped kitchen, old mattresses and pillows, and uncomfortable plastic chairs on the terrace. It simply didn’t meet the standard of a 4-star accommodation in our opinion. The host was kind and tried to help, but it took several days and repeated follow-ups to get even basic issues resolved. The owner, in contrast, was dismissive and offered only minimal compensation, stating that “it’s a matter of opinion.” While the location and views were lovely, the property itself fell far short of expectations and is significantly overpriced in its current state. With proper renovations and more attention to guest comfort, this could be a great place — but for now, we wouldn’t recommend it.
Olga (10/5): Perfect stay - This house was perfect for us, an amazing sea view and the sunset just in front of it!!! Clean and really well oorganized. I will come back here for sure. Nothing to complain about
