Mansarda al terzo piano raggiungibile con ascensore panoramico e vista delle montagne circostanti. Adatto per soggiorni all’insegna del riposo e della visita dei punti d’interesse. Nulla di rilevante. Consiglierei solo qualche sedia in più, perché in tre con una sola sedia costringe a stare seduti sul letto.

Aria condizionata poco efficace quando il sole scalda e le temperature sono elevate. Consiglio di aumentare l'altezza del lavandino del bagno ed indicare le vie di evacuazione antincendio del terzo piano.
- Tanya (10/5): Beautiful town and Fantastic Accomodations - We absolutely loved our stay here and would happily return. The location could not have been better for our visit to Aosta. It is situated right near the main square, with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, and wine bars just steps away. We especially appreciated that two restaurants we had planned to visit were only a short walk from the property. We were visiting during the Giro d'Italia, and the location was perfect for accessing the start of the event. Being able to walk everywhere made the experience even more enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable, modern, and thoughtfully furnished. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as pictured. It was a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. There is no onsite parking, but this was not an issue for us. The host provided a helpful list of nearby parking options, all of which were easy to find and conveniently located within a short walking distance. One of the highlights of this property is its location right on the main street and you walk right out the front of the building with the Porta Praetoria arches in full view. Whether you're interested in shopping, browsing, enjoying dinner, or sitting down with a glass of wine and taking in the atmosphere, everything is right outside your door. Overall, we loved everything about this property. The combination of the excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and helpful host made it one of our favorite stays during our trip. Highly recommended.

Présence d'un ascenseur bien pratique lorsqu'on a des bagages lourds. Possibilité de monter sur une belle terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique sur les toits et les montagnes. Endroit très cosy en plein milieu du quartier historique. Gérant adorable qui prend contact avant, pendant et après le séjour. Je recommande à 100%, rapport qualité prix impeccable 😊

- Arianna (7/5): Struttura carina, moderna e molto centrale! - La struttura è situata nella zona centrale di Aosta, facile da raggiungere e molto carina. Si trova all’interno di un condominio con altri appartamenti e si sviluppa su più piani. Inoltre, il nostro volo è stato anticipato e abbiamo chiesto se fosse stato possibile effettuare un po’ prima il check-in e all’arrivo abbiamo trovato la stanza già pronta. Consiglierei di aggiungere uno specchio grande (non so se negli altri appartamenti è presente.. ma nel nostro no) quello in bagno è piccolo e non è servito da luce naturale.. essendo 3 ragazze e dovendoci preparare per un matrimonio è stato un pochino complicato.. ma è solo una miglioria che consigliamo di apportare.. per chi come noi ne potesse avere bisogno. Purtroppo durante il soggiorno siamo state “vittime” di un piccolo inconveniente .. siamo rimaste bloccate in ascensore.. precisiamo che non è assolutamente colpa della struttura però consigliamo di fare le scale.. per chi come noi soffrisse di claustrofobia.. abbiamo atteso l’arrivo dei vigili del fuoco.. che sono stati davvero tempestivi ma hanno comunque necessitato del loro tempo per arrivare.. quindi fossi stata da sola e fossi rimasta chiusa in ascensore non so come avrei fatto a restare calma..

Vidinis kiemelis turėjo stalą su vaizdu į kalnus kur galima vakarieniauti, gurkšnoti vyną ar tiesiog sedėti gryname ore.

- Laurent (10/5): Lovely place in a historical center. - The apartment (#4) is very cosy and pretty with lots of natural light. Since we stayed for only one night, we do not need many facilities for the kitchen. The staff is very helpful and efficient.(we communicated via Whatsapp) The location is super central. Though we need to walk from the free parking, it is in a very acceptable distance. Nothing.

The apartment is located on the main walking street, yet it is not directly on top, meaning that there was no noise whatsoever from below. We were in Level 2, apartment 4. The location is amazing, about 6 minutes walk from the central plaza, close to the Roman Theater. The apartment is very big (2 rooms, 1 sleeping and a kitchen/living room), so someone can work while the other sleeps. The bed was comfy, a little tough but we like it that way (on a scale of 1-10 where 1 is a stone and 10 is a cloud, it was on 4-5) Always hot water, THE SHOWER ACTUALLY HAS A FUNCTIONING DOOR AND WATER STOPPER, this is the first time I was SOMEONE install it correctly, so there was no water spilling from the shower. A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker (AND A DISHWASHER), we didn’t use it but it’s there. They even gave us a voucher for the restaurant below If we are back in Aosta I’m definitely staying here again. There isn’t an AC unit in the sleeping room, only in the living room, but at the end of April, the weather at night is cold so we just opened the window.

Parking gratuit à 5min à pieds mais devant être libéré pour le marché hebdo le mardi Terrasse à partager disponible au centre de l’immeuble et accès au restaurant/bar au rez de chaussée du logement Le logement en soit pourrait être améliorer en permettant au résidant de cuisiner car ni four ni micro onde n'est disponible, uniquement une plaque de cuisson Certaines finitions au niveau du logement sont à revoir (ampoule défectueuse, joints de douche abîmé,...)

- Davidson (9/5): It is our 2nd time staying here and we will likely be back. To get 3 apartments together is great. - Very clean basic apartments with great shower and bathrooms. Plenty of space for a short break. Not appropriate
