- Diane (5/5): Good location, but too much issues during our stay. - The apartment is well located for public transport, restaurants and a supermarket. It was generally clean and the photos were true to the age and appearance of the apartment and its furnishings. The host was usually quick to respond to our concerns, eg when there was no hot water. We were not informed that there was major construction work in the green space, planned during our 2 week stay. It was both extremely noisy and dirty. All doors and windows had to remain closed. The host did not take any ownership to this issue.
No instructions for the apartment items were provided. The TV had very limited coverage. Limited crockery and cutlery were provided, just enough for 2 people. The cooking utensils needed a good clean before use, probably need replacing. The default collection of the keys from a tobacco shop about 10-15 minute walk away was not convenient when it was wet and you have luggage. This is not clearly stated in the general information before booking.
The shower screen door did not close properly so always water on the floor. The towel rail was broken and needed replacing.

There were plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around the nearby station, so shopping was no problem. The surrounding area felt very safe. 特にない

- Toni (8/5): An ideal location in Hawthorn close to public transport and shops - Super convenient with all the amenity you need, and a great view into the apartment gardens. After staying at other accommodation before this which hurt my back - the mattress in the bed was an absolute godsend. The owner was incredibly organised and helpful in all the prepared instructions.
- Jacksondsouza (10/5): Exceptional - This one bedroom apartment was well equipped with all the essentials. For e.g microwave, utensils, dishwasher, chinaware, washing machine etc. We stayed there for over 30 days and felt very comfortable. Host was very responsive.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, nice view, quite, with fantastic amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, kid bed, iron etc. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. The host was very helpful and made check-in easy. Highly recommend for a convenient and well-equipped stay!
