• miltka (9/5): - Location and size of apt. View of gardens is beautiful Apt looks old so would suggest updating it by painting and new furniture. Also it is not 3 bed 3 baths. It oy has one shower and another bath tub with nothing to protect water to mess bathroom. A curtain will be great. The other is a half bath so misleading by station 3/3.

• Adriana (8/5): Podría ser mejor - La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones son espaciosas y la cocina es buena. El calentador del agua se apaga continuamente y solo tiene un baño con ducha.

The beds are comfortable, air conditioning and wifi connection are excellent. Located within easy walking distance of the metro and popular sites. We could not ask for better. Definitely recommend and will be going back!

• Aulia (7/5): Good location but struggled to have uninterrupted hot water - Good location and views The hot water turned off on three occasions so on three different occasions a cold shower was taken. Also the AC began to leak (on a Sunday) and was fixed about 24 hours later
• Jordan (10/5): Exceptional - Somehow this place is even larger in person. Great for families or groups of friends traveling together. Definitely plan to spend some of your time just enjoying the space and relaxing.
• Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was even more beautiful than pictured! It is in a beautiful neighborhood close to a metro stop. It has one en-suite bedroom/bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hall bathroom with a bathtub with a hand faucet wand and a third half bath with toilet/sink. We really enjoyed our stay. The beautiful vista out of the amazing huge windows will blow your mind!

All the rooms had AC that worked well! It was clean. Plenty of seats for our group of eight. So much space! The hosts were amazing! They supplied the kitchen well for our arrival! They were amazing hosts! Everything was exactly as described

• Ricardo (10/5): Great place. 99% recommend. 100% if they replace that bad bed. - Perfect location. No noise. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. The bed in one of the bedrooms needs a new mattress or to be replaced. Very uncomfortable.

• Alex (10/5): Huge apartment in a great location. - We had a great stay here! Perfect location, we walked to everything including the Colosseum. Being next to the Villa Borghese park was a bonus and we went there a couple times too. The apartment is huge and had everything we needed to cook and relax.
• Harmen (10/5): Perfect location, clean and spacious apartment. Great to come ‘home’ to after busy streets of Rome. - Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms for our 6 adults. We would only recommend a shower curtain in the hall bathroom. It was a bit messy and hard to comfortably shower. No time for baths for us!
• Darla (10/5): Absolutely wonderful! - The property was in a little quieter section of Rome, very close to the Galleria Borghese, and also had many options for restaurants very close. It is seated at one of the highest points in Rome, so there is an uphill climb when walking back from seeing the sights, but so worth it because the view from the living room, dining room, and 2 of the bedrooms was just breathtaking. This property has a 3/4 bathroom with a washer/dryer combo, which was very nice, considering other places we stayed only had washers and you needed to completely air dry your clothes. The dryer didn'tt completely dry your clothing but made it so you could hang it and it would dry sooner than without a dryer at all. The second bathroom had a bath but with a shower handle - so basically you showered sitting down. I lived that I was able to take a bath and soak after walking so much my feet were screaming! The apartment had everything you needed, two different ways to make your coffee- 1) Moka, and Nespresso. There were hair dryers, an iron and ironing board,etc. the host reserved a van pick up from the airport- so worth it, and was super easy. Loredana, met us at the property when we arrived, earlier than we expected to be able to check in, so that was great! She showed us around everything giving clear instructions. She also went to the store and purchased snacks, wine, water, clothing detergent, coffee, milk for coffee, juice, paper napkins and water for us to have. She was available by "What's App" for any questions or recommendations. While we were there the water heater stopped working for a bit and the alarm tripped. But Loredana was available and responded a couple hours later via what's app, while we're out and about, and sent the owner to fix the problem while we were out. She also booked us another van to get to the train station. Towels could use some upgrading.
• Samantha (10/5): All in all a fabulous stay! - The property was spacious and spotlessly clean, beautiful building and interior details. Communication with the owner and staff was fantastic from start to finish and Raoni who met us with the keys for the apartment was welcoming and wealth of knowledge of the area and Rome in general. He answered all our questions and was an absolute gem. They organised our pick up to and from the airport and allowed us to checkout late as we had an evening flight which very much appreciated. We would definitely stay at the apartment again on our next trip to Rome. The apartment has 3 good size bedrooms, my only criticism is that unfortunately there is only 1 en-suite, there is another bathroom with a bath with a hand shower but no shower screen, so all 3 of us ended up using the one en-suite shower, which was fine as we were 2 sisters with our mother, but if you are a group of friends or colleagues this may not be very convenient. It would help a lot if a shower screen was added to the other bathroom which would go a long way to solve this issue. Also there are only two little 2 seater sofas in the huge living room that could seat only 4 people. For a 3 double bedroom apartment this is a bit impractical as the room is so large, it could easy take lager sofas so the room can be enjoyed more if a lager group wanted to enjoy a movie one evening. As I said we were only 3 people so this wasn’t particularly an issue for us and we only stayed 3 nights.

• Pruitt (10/5): The Ludovisi is a world class rental property with lots of charm in the heart of Rome! - The Ludovisi was a dream come true! Our host met us promptly and gave us a nice tour of the proerty, The location was superb and we were amazed at the beatiful design throughout. This rental had charm, luxirious appointments throughout, comfortable furnishings and not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. We felt the world class service being provided by the owners as our host checked in with us the next morning after our first nights sleep to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. This property was the perfect Italian rental for our stay in Rome and we're already looking forward to coming back to the Ludovisi!
