• Manuel (10/5): Excelente - La ubicación del departamento es excelente. Muy amplio y confortable. Muy bien equipado. Tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, hasta adaptador de enchufes. Estaba todo muy bien. Nada que mencionar como negativo.
• Cinzia Rossi (6/5): Da migliorare - Appartamento ampio, possibilità di sfruttare la cucina, fermata metropolitana South Kensington a 5 minuti, bar/minimarket sotto casa, supermercato a 5 minuti, buoni ristoranti in zona. La pulizia…..basterebbe poco, i lenzuoli senza angoli escono di continuo dai letti perché sono troppo corti facendo vedere i materassi sporchi! La macchina del caffè non c’è e il bollitore dell’acqua era improponibile….calcare e muffa all’interno! La lavatrice anche quella piena di muffa! Comodini con vetro rotto! Sedie in ecopelle tutte spellate, diverse prese non funzionanti.

• Jonathan (1/5): We strongly advise against booking this apartment, especially for families with young children or elderly members. - None We recently booked this London apartment for 8 nights, but our experience was appalling. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the entire apartment infested with insects in every room, including the bedrooms, living room, and toilet. Despite paying £2,463.68, the condition of the apartment was unacceptable. The bed linens were stained, and the toilet was filthy. Given the poor state of the apartment and with a 2-year-old daughter in tow, we made the difficult decision to check out after just one night and sought alternative accommodation. We requested a refund for the remaining 7 nights, but the owner rejected our plea. The owner's attempts to rectify the situation were half-hearted, offering insect repellents and asking us to seal off windows and doors – an unbearable solution given the lack of air conditioning. The absence of a lift to the 6th-floor apartment was the final straw. We strongly advise against booking this apartment, especially for families with young children or elderly members. The owner's unhelpful and uncooperative attitude exacerbated our already frustrating experience. When we sought to cancel the remaining 7 nights due to the apartment's poor condition, the owner suggested we cancel through the platform, which would potentially result in a partial refund if the nights were rebooked. However, since we couldn't cancel via the platform without incurring fees, we asked for their assistance, only to be redirected to booking.com, leaving us to handle the issue alone.
