• Leonie (7/5): Für kurze Aufenthalte geeignet - Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und durchdacht. Die Vermieterin ist total lieb und hat jederzeit schnell reagiert. Die Lage mit der Nähe zu Lissabon und dem Bahnhof war für uns ideal, wenn man die Stadt erkunden will aber dem Trubel entgehen will. Die Unterkunft die wir zugeteilt bekamen lag im Erdgeschoss und es fühlte sich wie „im Keller“ an. Leider können wir diesen typischen kellergeruch nicht leiden und es war auch etwas feucht. Scheint aber generell ein Portugal typisches phänomen zu sein mit der Feuchtigkeit. Das Apartment hatte keine weiteren Fenster außer der Eingangstür, und war uns daher einfach zu dunkel.
• Mahsad (9/5): Hat uns sehr gut gefallen :) - Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alle Geräte haben funktioniert. Haltestelle und Einkaufmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat sich auch während dem Aufenthalt nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Kleiner Tipp; Wir fanden den Strand in Carcavelos besser als die näher gelegenen Strände. Da muss man zwar knapp 25 min hinlaufen, aber man findet sich eigentlich sehr gut in der Umgebung zurecht. Passt auf wo ihr da eurer Zeug hinlegt, die Wellen kommen sehr schnell sehr nah. :D Am Ende hat uns die Vermieterin auch eine leckere Aufmerksamkeit vorbei gebracht. Sehr nett. Der Kühlschrank steht direkt neben dem Bett. Das war Nachts nicht so erfreulich, da er die typischen Kühlschrankgeräusche gemacht hat. Die Badtür macht auch ein lautes Geräusch, wenn man sie aufmacht. Das war Nachts auch eher störend. Ein Besen wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen, aber ich glaube hätten wir die Vermieterin gefragt, hätte sie uns einen gebracht. Es gab nur einen Handbesen und eine Kehrschaufel zum auffegen.

• Alyssia (9/5): Petit appartement cosy et fonctionnel - Nous étions à proximité du supermarché, très pratique. Nous nous sommes baladés à pied et sommes allés jusqu'à la plage. L'appartement est propre et dispose de tout les équipements nécessaires. Katia est très réactive et adorable.
• Lucy (8/5): Great value compared to other Lisbon options - Super friendly and communicative hosts. So easy to walk to the beach! Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Well designed small apartment and great to have a washing machine and dishwasher in there too. Hosts even brought cookies when I wasn´t feeling very well which was very thoughtful and kind of them! Unfortunately being in the lower ground apartment, everytime somebody walked up or down the metal steps outside my door, I could hear them loudly. All sound travelled through the floor above so I could hear everything upstairs. The glass door with see through curtain meant that the apartment did not feel so private Wish there would have been a mop as the floor was very dusty

The house is very cozy, clean, and exactly as described. You can tell it is well cared for, which immediately creates a feeling of comfort and relaxation. We felt at home from the very first day. We would also like to highlight the owners — they were always available, very friendly, and responsive. Any question or request was handled quickly and smoothly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This place is perfect for both family vacations and trips with friends. We were absolutely delighted and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

• Jana (5/5): - It is alright, if you want a clean place to sleep. Communication with the owners was good. Location is also good. But the Couch has to be replaced! Its not inviting to sit on. And the noise from the upstairs flat, i dont know if its always the case or if we were just unlucky, but there was a child or several children always running back and forth and you can clearly hear every step.

Posizione top e facile da trovare . Vicinissimo al treno che porta ovunque nelle zone più belle . Proprietaria disponibile in qualsiasi momento e molto gentile . Consiglio ai proprietari di cambiare il lettino singolo perché materasso scomodo e anche il divano letto perché non adatto a dormirci .Appartamento con mura non perfettamente insonorizzate quindi sì sentono molto i vicini di casa che sono sia accanto che sopra . Per il resto è top 🔝 in tutto !

It's in a really great and safe location, a few minutes walking to public transport that can take you to central Lisbon or Cascais, and it's very close to the coast (perfect to go for a run, swim or walk!) Although the space is on the smaller side, it is very well designed and has everything you need. Self check-in was an easy process, even when I arrived late at night. The hosts were very responsive and they helped give recommendations on great places to eat nearby. I look forward to staying here again in the future! N/A

• Groom (10/5): Very comfortable and very convenient. - The apartment was compact with all the facilities we needed and the little extra touches were much appreciated. The host was easy to communicate with and the information in the apartment easy to follow. The train station and bus stop (with a direct service to the city centre) were a 5 minute walk close to local speciality shops. There were a number of houses in the street undergoing renovations so parking was tight. We had to park at the supermarket 2 streets away and then move once spaces became available. The area was safe so this wasn't a problem.

• Yanina (10/5): - Catia is an amazing host. She was very helpful and accommodating. The apartments were clean and modern. Prime location - train, beach and grocery stores are very close. I stayed in two different apartments on the property over the course of 10 days. The studio downstairs was a little bit small for us and it didn't get a lot of light but it was still pleasant (it was good to have a little outdoor seating area with a table and chairs). If you're not planning to spend a lot of time in the unit then it should be fine. The upstairs unit was more spacious and had more light.
• Yanina (8/5): Very pleasant - Location and well-renovated units. The building is located on a quiet narrow street which I really liked. The owner was very pleasant, accommodation and easy to communicate with. The basement unit was a bit small and dark especially for two people. I wish I rented one of the upstairs units from the get go. I was able to stay upstairs in the second part of my trip and really liked the unit as it was more spacious and had more light.

• Ana (10/5): Genial - El alojamiento es muy cómodo y reúne todos los servicios. Se podía aparcar en la puerta sin problema y estaba muy limpio.
• Julie (10/5): Gezellige, rustige studio met goede verbinding naar de bezienswaardigheden. - De accommodatie is ruim, lichtrijk en je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Een hele goede douche en zelfs toiletartikelen. Grote frigo, ook altijd handig! Dichtbij was er een supermarkt. De studio is rustig gelegen, maar wel op wandelafstand van de trein, wat ideaal is voor daguitstapjes. De studio kan geboekt worden tot 4 personen, maar ik vind dit eerder een studio voor 2.
