• Cristina (1/5): Pésimo - Las vistas eran bonitas y la ubicación era perfecta Demasiado ruido por la noche por el tráfico. Las camas incomodas y muy ruidosas, cada vez que te movías crujía toda la cama como si se fuese a romper. No había alcachofa de ducha, era solo una manguera, nos dijo que lo arreglarían y no vino nadie a arreglarlo, íbamos con una bebé de un año y no pudimos ni bañarla. También había humedad en el techo del baño y la limpieza podría mejorarse, ya que el baño olía a pipí.

• Orla (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent- we could walk everywhere Wifi was excellent Cleaner must have been in a rush - left bleach bottle on sink, no hand soap but then we found it Half left coke and orange juice in the fridge Sandwich maker left with all crumbs in Pillow cases put on very untidy Pillows in poor condition TV did not work - was told a new battery is required but this did not come No hand towels - was told these will come tomorrow but did not arrive Hot water - only had 2 showers and then the water was cold until 1 whole full day to heat up again If you like things to a high standard then I would not recommend!

The toilet is so small without exhaust. The shower area is not enclosed. The host was not responsive enough on concerns during our stay.

• Jannet (1/5): Probably the worse experience we had in years! - Nothing in particular! The apt is located in a very busy area of Brussels. It’s extremely noisy! There is a lot of bottle necks just in front of the building and hence lots of cars blowing horns. Tons of ambulances and police passing. 0 hospitality! Bullying, insulting and harassment from the owners! Paid a lot of money and it was terrible! Do not recommend at all unless you are masochistic !
• Carol (10/5): Excellent stay in an excellent apartment, and with excellent hosts! - Upon arrival at the property, I rang the hosts, who talked me through entry into the building. It was a stress-free process, and access to the building, and the apartment itself, was very secure indeed. The hosts were there whenever I had a query, and their help on the day we checked-out of the apartment is highly commendable - they were true stars and we couldn't thank them enough. Excellent customer care skills. Nothing to comment on, no complaints whatsoever.

• Elton (4/5): Not going for a second time in this apartment. - The location was very good. We had a metro station nearby. The balcon view was great. We did have a problem with safe locker and our documents were stuck inside it. The owner was not very much user-friendly speaking for this problem and wants us to pay for the specialist to open the safe-locker and also a new safe-locker for his apartment. After arguing with him a lot on the phone, finally he was convinced that this safe-locker was his foult and his responsibility. Some hours later the son of the owner came with a specialist and cut the safe locker with a cut-off wheel and we received our documents. Hope next coming booker’s will not have this surprise again.

• Chrysoula (7/5): Nice stay - Location was great. The apartment was big and comfortable. The host really nice. It could have some necessities like additional toilet paper filter for the cafetière and tablets for the dishwasher. For people that go for 3 days it is inconvenient to have to buy these items as fir example dishwasher tablets come in pack of 20s at least.
• Krzysztof (6/5): Basic - Location is the only value for this apartment. If you are sensitive for noisy city rhythm it will has any positiv remarks. Furnitures extensively overused , toilet with nothing more than porcelain god.
• Ford (7/5): Good for a short stay. - Wonderful modern spacious apartment, fantastic for a big group. Located on a busy road. It was warm, so had to have the windows open, which meant it was noisy. No where to hang your clothes !!!

• Doug (9/5): Lovely family stay - The location was superb, 3 mins walk to the underground and about 10 mins to the city centre. The apartment was spacious and modern and had fabulous views. It was great to be on the balcony and watch the world go by, so lively and busy. You felt safe in the apartment and security was excellent. Owners were pleasant and very helpful. There were very squeaky beds in the small bedroom but it didn't stop us having a good sleep. The cooker was a little hard to work and there was no toaster. (only minor issues really)
