• Jean-Baptiste (10/5): Certainement le plus bel appartement de Alicante : Tout est parfait ! - C'est très rare de trouver un hébergement parfait où il n'y aurait rien à redire.... Celui là en fait partie ! L'appartement se trouve au 4ème étage d'un immeuble situé en plein centre-ville d'Alicante. Il donne sur un petit parc avec de magnifiques arbres. L'environnement est très calme et agréable. L'appartement est sublime, extrêmement bien décoré, moderne avec beaucoup de goût. Tout le confort est présent, il ne manque rien. Il est très lumineux et c'est un plaisir de profiter de la vue à travers les grandes fenêtres. On voit même la mer depuis l'appartement. L'hôte est très accueillante. Elle nous a attendu pour nous remettre les clés en mains propres. Certainement le meilleur logement d'Alicante, je le conseille vivement ! Rien n'est à améliorer, tout est déjà parfait !

Žaliuzės valdomos pulteliu. Interneto ryšys tikrai geras. Patiko, jog šalia daug vietų pavalgyti. Bute viskas kompaktiškai patogu.
• Marius (10/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung mit gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist optimal für alles, nähe vom Strand, Restaurants, Cafe. Bis zu Burg 30 minuten zu gehen. Vorteil auch die elektrische Rollos und Klimaanlage. Parken ist besser im Parkhaus bei Luceros oder Mercat, wann findet immer ein Platz (15€/Tag) ist in Alicante günstig, 10 min. gehen. Wir waren 2 Wochen, haben wir uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Nächstes Mal hoffentlich wieder hier, Febr. 2027

• Marco (10/5): - Bellissimo appartamento in pieno centro ad Alicante. Luisa, la proprietaria, è molto gentile, cortese e cordiale. La struttura è un open space con bagno separato, dotata di ogni comfort e dà a piena vista su Plaza Gabriel Miró. Una piccola menzione va fatta per il sistema di oscuramento per la notte (da sapersi prima del soggiorno): l'appartamento è totalmente finestrato, che lo rende estremamente affascinante, ma non ha tapparelle...soltanto degli oscuranti elettrici a tutta altezza che non riescono a creare una barriera totale per i raggi del sole al mattino quando albeggia (detto ciò però, ripeto, questo potrebbe essere per qualcuno un "problema", ciò che per me non è stato). • Robert (10/5): TOP! Apartament - Apartament nowoczesny świetnie wyposażony, czysty. Obłędny widok na park i korony fikusów. Właścicielka nie wspomina o widoku na port i morze. Wprawdzie poprzez lukę między budynkami ale jest. Lokalizacja TOP! Promenada 1 minutka, słynna ulica z grzybami 1 minutka. Na plażę 7 minut. Brak negatywnych uwag.

La amabilidad de la propietaria, la limpieza, la ubicación excepcional cerca de todo tanto de interés turístico como para ir a la playa, lo fresquito que se estaba durante todo el día siguiendo la recomendación de Luisa dejándolo en modo automático, el no oír absolutamente nada de ruido aún estando en el centro...No tenemos nada negativo que decir, fue una estancia excepcional. Nada que añadir.

• Nataša (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main beach and the port. It's ideally positioned for exploring the town, with everything easily accessible on foot. Luisa was very helpful throughout our stay, and Pedro gave us the warmest welcome with a lovely introduction and great conversation. Highly recommended and full praise for both the apartment and the hosts!

It’s extremely spacious with a view from every window, with electronic blinds, fabulous facilities, including tea, coffee washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, cooking facilities, Cleaning facilities. • Georgie (10/5): If James Bond had an apartment in Alicante… - An exceptional apartment. This is bougie loft living at its best. It felt like staying in a contemporary art gallery. The view from the wrap around windows of the trees and attractive square below puts you immediately at peace despite being right in the city centre. Fabulously comfortable large bed and sofa, and high end fixtures and fittings. Luisi our host was there to hand over the keys and very easy to communicate with via text. Open the large windows to soak up the atmosphere or enjoy complete quiet thanks to soundproofing and excellent air con. From now, on all apartments we stay in will be compared to this one! The apartment is so fabulous, it’s difficult to tear yourself away to visit the city! If you need complete dark to sleep be aware that black out blinds only cover the bedroom/kitchen. There are opaque blinds around all windows but in summer I expect it will be quite bright in the morning. In November it was no issue for us.

The main promenade just two streets away and yet you were so lovely and quiet in a fairly spacious apartment overlooking a beautiful park/plaza. Everything you could possibly want was available in the apartment very chic exceptionally clean and modern and I would highly recommend. A special mention also to Luisa who met us on our first night with keys info on the city and recommendations restaurants etc nothing was a problem to her a lovely lady. N/A
