• olga (8/5): - La distribución de la casa. El ruido, hace falta insonorizar la casa. Por la noche ruido de los bares y por el día ruido de la,escuela de música.
• Brigitte (8/5): Perfekte Lage im schönsten Ort von Teneriffa - Das Apartment war sehr schön, die Lage in der Innenstadt perfekt, Parkplatz sehr nahe und gratis, Küche gut sortiert, Betten bequem jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad und WC, netter kleiner Wohnbereich. Dass es laut sein würde, wussten wir aus den Bewertungen. Das lautesten war aber, dass die Leute nach Lokalschluss noch bis 7 Uhr morgens in der Straße stehen und lachen, streiten, etc. Man sollte das nur wissen, wir konnten damit leben. Keine Klimaanlage, da es heuer im März wirklich unfreundlich auf Teneriffa war, mussten wir mit kalten, feuchten Räumen leben, denn heizen konnte man nicht. Macht nix, im Bett war es schön warm.
• Moreno Gomez (7/5): Viaje en familia - Es un apartamento prácticamente nuevo, céntrico y a 5 minutos del loro parque, hay muchas cosas que hacer cerca de la casa sin necesidad de coger el coche Lo malo es que está ubicado en una zona donde hay fiesta y casualidad que también eran las fiestas de puerto de la Cruz, toda la noche con mucho ruido luego a las 5 de la mañana lo peor la gente borracha subiendo gritando, peleas debajo de la ventana, etc convendría poner doble ventana por el escándalo y por si vienen más huéspedes con niños que fue mi caso, y bueno el aparcamiento… si tenías suerte aparcas y si no tienes suerte a dar vueltas a ver si se va algún coche. Lo demás todo genial, instalaciones, camas y casa impoluta y preciosa.

• Tomáš (9/5): - Krásny čistý a moderne vybavený byt. Každá izba mala vlastnú kúpeľnú. Výborne zariadená a moderná kunchynská linka. Super komunikácia s majiteľom. Práčka a umývačka k dispozícii. Hlučná ulica dlho do noci. V susedstve je hudobná škola. Dlážka v byte bola po našom príchode veľmi špinavá. Malý balkón.
• Alexandra (8/5): Sejur frumos - Foarte aproape de plaja, parcare gratuita, o locatie foarte buna aproape de restaurante, farmacie. In dormitor nu exista o comoda sau ceva unde sa iti lasi lucrurile, este destul de inghesuit totul. Prosoapele de la baie trebuie neaparat schimbate, au pete.
• Claire marie (9/5): Super séjour au cœur de puerto del cruz - Propre , lumineux , super bien exposé, et équipé, plein centre ville, deco sympa, simple et efficace, 1 sdb par chambre , balcon, proximité restaurants, plage, on avait une voiture et on a tout fait a pied. Plutot mieux que sur les photos Parking un peu difficile mais on y arrive et c est toujours gratuit Pour nous qui fuyons les lieux très touristiques c est la meilleure partie de l ile! Manque un ventilateur par chambre car il fait chaud fin juillet la nuit et le bruit de la rue impose de fermer les fenêtre. (Du jeudi soir au samedi soir la discothèque à côté fait bcp de bruit jusqu'à 5h du matin...) On ne tient qu a 2 sur le balcon mais il est vraiment sympa

• Francisco (10/5): Perfectly located - Spacious, well located Maybe a bit noisy sometimes and the sink of the shower wasn’t the best. But it was still good!
• Eileen (9/5): Great and clean apartment - Great and big apartment in the middle of the city. 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a balcony and a nice kitchen area. Noisy neighbours in the morning - too loud to open the window and sleep in
• David (4/5): very noisy, not for every one - we were given one link on the phone to get into the building and a seperate door code for apartment, but no key left in the apartment, ocean rentals promised they will give us a ring before dropping one off, it never happened! size of apartment was very good, also clean and central location they mention the apartment is soundproof but we found it very noisy, ok not from building but from the outside restaurants all day and night and then on a saturday the night club until early hours also right next door to a music school where everyday it is a combination of continuous drum, trumpet etc playing the same notes over and over very loudly untill 20.30, it is quite enclosed and without any sun shine, and the balcony is almost pointless it just fits 2 people, they should include a welcome package instead there is a card saying make sure you clean out all your rubbish before leaving
• Cristina (9/5): Superb - Appartment is excellent, very nice rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen has everything needed. Very clean. Great location. Management through Ocean rentals can be improved: - Appartment's door opens with a code, but the door to the building needs a key. I think for a 6 people appartment, most possible adults you will expect to receive 2 set of keys, not one, not everybody needs to be together at all times to enter the building. - Information package from Ocean rentals missing from appartment: needed to phone to get the Wifi information, no info on services around, no info of anything from the appartment, only a note requesting to discard the rubbish in the street rubbish bins, but no info in which street bins are located.
