• Petia (7/5): - Локацията беше супер. Апартамента е чист и приветлив, имаше оставени няколко капсули с кафе, което беше чудесно. Липсваха основни неща като - сапун за ръце, веро, поставка за душ гел и шампоан при душа в банята. Поискахме втори комплект чаршафи, тъй като не сме двойка, а приятели и искахме да ползваме дивана в дневната, който се разтяга. (Леглото в спалнята е доста тясно) Отговорихна ни, че дивана не бил предвиден за ползване и нямало как да ни предоставят още чаршафи. Тъй като в спалнята имаше само една обща завивка, попитахме за поне още една отделна завивка, тъй като нямаше дори и резервно одеало в гардероба. Оказа се, че всички завивки били предедени за пране и нямало как да ни дадът още една. Не е лошо да се има предвид, че пътуващите не винаги са двойки и не държат особено да спят с обща завивка или на общо легло.

• Robert (1/5): If you enjoy a very uncomfortable bed, this place is for you! - Location is good. Air conditioning and internet also good. This place would win a prize for the most uncomfortable bed in Europe and possibly the world. Furniture is cheap and worn. Hot water runs out fast.

• Jasmine (8/5): Very good - It was new and modern with everything we needed. Good proximity to the duomo. The hot water ran out extremely quickly. Bed was uneven and slightly broken - made for quite an uncomfortable sleep. There was only a sheet on the bed and a duvet in the wardrobe, when we put it on the bed there was a huge yellow stain on it!
• Antonia (7/5): Nice location but no privacy or silence - Located in a very good area Very thin walls and you can hear everything in the night from everyone. Might not let you fall asleep. Also, the window had some courtains, but still, people could see in your dormitory. That leads to 0 privacy. If you have trouble falling asleep, make sure to have some earplugs.

• Mark (3/5): Don’t stay here if you want A/C and to cook at night!!! - In a nice quiet area not too far from town The bed is terrible but that was just the start! Loss of all power when you have the a/c and a few lights and want to use the oven! Then follow their instructions because it is clearly an ongoing issue and the keys to get to the basement aren’t provided! After over an hour of txt’s, email, WhatsApp, booking.com messages and knocking on neighbours doors (no response) the fist thing they say is to knock on the neighbours doors!!! They couldn’t contact the owner or the building management then move us at 11pm to a crap apartment with mould in the shower. It ruined our following day as we didn’t get to bed until 12.30am and had to catch a train at 8am…. I sent a message the next day and didn’t get a response until I followed up and made a complaint 5 days later. Still very unsatisfied with the result and unfortunately Booking.com also hasn’t helped satisfactorily.
• Stefanie (8/5): Great value for where you stayed - Close to the Cathedral . Easy access to everything It would have been nice to have little things like a bottle of water, shower gel , soap, washing powder . That would have made the stay exceptional.
• Muhammad (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect. Apart from the second night where some immature couple ruined our sleep with loud music and talking at 2 am in the morning (contrary to quiet hours mentioned in the booking and which should be respected). Secondly, key pick/drop location is different from the apartment location. So need to go to a different place even to pick and drop the key which is very difficult if you have luggage.

• Zeynep (4/5): Disappointing - Konumu güzel, metroya ve merkezi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde There was no HANDSOUP , and when we requested it, the facility responded by saying, “We don’t provide these kinds of necessities.” I never carry hand soap with me on any trip, so this response was very strange. The bed was uncomfortable. The lock system was frustrating—you have to go through three doors and constantly deal with electronic locks.

Certain items of comfort missing - I liked the distance to Milan centre and also quiet street I didn’t like the fact that the room didn’t have a door I didn’t like that there wasn’t any washing up liquid I didn’t like the fact that simple things like salt and pepper wasn’t present in the cabinet We experienced a blackout and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. It took us time to figure it out. All the numbers we called was not reachable
• Oksana (5/5): The organizers were polite and tried to help. But you can just get things working normally and then there won’t be so ma - I liked the interior. I had to wait an hour for my room to be cleaned because when I arrived it was not cleaned. There were problems with the light, it just disappeared. The woman manager of this house said that she was tired of constantly walking around and turning on the electrics, which constantly turned off. The organizers came up with the idea for me to go there and turn on the electrics myself. They forgot to leave the cosmetics. There is a coffee machine, but no capsules. There is no kettle at all. The apartment is located in the basement
