- Jessica (9/5): Hermoso lugar en medio de la naturaleza - Es un lugar hermoso, bien ubicado comida deliciosa, habitaciones cómodas, personal muy atento… Piscina con buena temperatura y buen parqueadero A pesar de tener una piscina hermosa y grande estaba con el agua turbia y opaca, parecía falta de mantenimiento y el piso de esta es muy liso no sé si era por el mismo motivo.
- Natalia (7/5): - Es un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo y en medio de la naturaleza. La habitación es grande y cómoda. La comida es rica y las porciones muy generosas. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto. La piscina es pequeña y poco profunda (solo hay una parte que sí es honda). El día que llegamos estaba súper sucia (extremadamente sucia) pero al día siguiente la limpiaron. El río no es el más limpio, no recomendaría entrar en él (hay un olor raro al rededor). La habitación aunque es cómoda, podría ser un poquito más iluminada.

Lo único inconforme fue que la señal del TV fallo y no fue posible su configuración. Pero al final me sirvió para una desconexión total.

The locations and the overall design of the hotel are absolutely fabulous. Eating breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was a highlight—the atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful. Food was ousting by the chef’s!! What really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Angel and his crew provided amazing service with a genuine, warm human touch. They made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured everything was beautiful despite how busy the weekend was. The only downside was the internet connection. It was very difficult to connect, and access was restricted only to certain areas. We understand it was a high-traffic weekend with thousands of tourists in the region, but improved Wi-Fi would make this paradise perfect.

- MariZabel SuareZ (7/5): - El hotel cuenta con instalaciones muy bonitas ubicadas en un sitio muy interesante, y sus cabañas destacan por ser hermosas y de diseño innovador. El factor humano y la oferta gastronómica también son excelentes, ya que todas las personas del equipo son muy queridas y el lugar cuenta con una cocinera que prepara platos deliciosos. Por el contrario, hay varios aspectos críticos por mejorar, empezando porque el chatbot actual no resuelve las dudas de los huéspedes. Las cabañas, aunque innovadoras, carecen de confort y seguridad, como lo demuestra el riesgo de caída al bañarse en las piedras. Además, los alojamientos no tienen internet ni televisión, el baño turco prometido no está disponible, y se requiere una limpieza más detallada para eliminar telarañas y mugre acumulada. Por otro lado, necesitan adoptar prácticas profesionales para el manejo de turismo. No puede manejar vidrio en la piscina. No es de buen gusto que las personas del hotel vayan y vengan con una bebé cargada repartiendo pedidos.

- LUZ (9/5): Drlicioso!! - El lugar el muy lindo, las piscina hermosa, las camas muy cómodas, y los gatitos que se encuentran allí son lo máximo! La comida deliciosa!! Nuestra habitación no tenía secador de pelo. sin embargo me consiguieron uno y estuve muy agradecida. mi habitación tampoco tenía un espejo de cuerpo entero. El personal es medianamente amable, siento que eso les hace falta mejorar.

Recomiendo el masaje relajante, Soledad es muy amable y transmite paz Habían huéspedes muy ruidosos que hicieron fiesta toda la noche, el personal lo trató de solucionar pero fue imposible, sin embargo el hotel fue diligente y ofreció disculpas por las molestias y compensatorio en la hora del checkout, me pareció súper diligente y acertado, finalmente es algo que al hotel se le sale de las manos

Déjà à notre arrivée sur place, nous avons emprunté un petit chemin de pierres surplombé de végétation, de fleurs du paradis et cela jusqu'à l'arrivée à l'hôtel. La piscine est fantastique avec plusieurs bassins a différentes hauteurs et des jets d'eau sur les côtés, un mur de pierres où l'eau s'écoule ! Magnifique 😍 L'hôtel est très joli et récent, tout est fait en matériaux nobles, pierres, bois ça inspire la nature . Il y a le bruit de la rivière qui est très agréable, nous avons eu la chance de nous faire masser juste à côté de celle-ci et c'était très relaxant. Les cocktails sont très bien réalisés, et je vous recommande vivement de prendre les oeufs benedictinos pour le petit déjeuner 😋 Personnel très agréable, qui ont le sens du service et la discrétion. C'est un endroit pour les couples où les groupes d'amis, les gens sont souriants et relax ! La chambre Tierra 1 était juste magnifique avec un espace extérieur super cosy et très intime! La douche en pierre est sublime , le lit confortable. Nous étions sincèrement, au paradis pendant 3 jours et nous reviendrons c'est sûr !! Un tout petit détail, les interrupteurs pour les lumières de chevet sont un peu loin du lit 😜 Mais le reste est largement à la hauteur pour nous faire oublier ce petit détail

Disfruté mucho mi estancia, el entorno natural, la cercanía al río, la comida y el concepto eco son encantadores. Las cabañas de madera son cómodas. Sin embargo, percibí un olor a humedad característico que podría mejorarse con más ventilación o algún tratamiento para la madera. Esto sería especialmente útil para huéspedes sensibles a los olores o con alergias. Por lo demás, todo fue excelente.

- Liz (7/5): Very pretty but many things to improve - The rooms are very pretty, hot water in the shower and a great location. The pool guy's service was exceptional. The sights were beautiful. The bed was very uncomfortable, it was actually two small mattresses together and lumpy. The food was not very good and many items in the menu were not available. The internet service is TERRIBLE....if you need to have a stable connection you should not go. Very slow service in the kitchen.

- Terry (4/5): A very mixed experience from awful and disappointing to nice and relaxing in the pool when I didn't think about the - The pool area including, trees, gardens, and structures especially at night with accent lighting. The outdoor shower in the wood cabaña downstairs bathroom. The receptionist area is located next to the bar and pool, next to areas of social gathering. But, the music was too loud for me to hear what the receptionist was saying in Spanish. The climate is very hot and there was no complimentary bottled water. Additionally, the Mini Refrigerator in the cabaña was set to Maximum cooling, but was not cooling at all. The Air Conditioning (A/C) unit is located upstairs in the wood cabañas. The downstairs area does not have A/C. I had to clean the A/C unit filters myself, since they were not clean; the size of the A/C unit was barely adequate for the wood cabañas with very high ceilings. WIFI was not working in the wood cabañas. Pool was not clean; it had a lot of organic debris floating on the surface and in the water. The jacuzzi in the pool area was barely warm. Dinner food and service was a major disappointment; we waited 45 minutes for a CESAR CON POLLO ensalada; the lettuce was warm and wilted and had a hint of fishy taste. The HAMBURGUESA ARTESANAL bun was not fresh, and the meat was very dry. The food was awful. After being served, the waitress never checked on us. Consequently, I had 2am & 6am Diarrhea. I did not bother eating the included breakfast. Upon departure, I attempted to order an Uber, but the Bio Rio Hotel is in somewhat of a remote location; Uber has limited availability in the area, and not a single driver responded to the request. Consequently, we had to walk about 10 minutes 550 meters to the bus stop located on Highway 62, with our bags, in the heat and wait to see if a bus would stop for us and have available seating.

The food was incredibly delicious, the prices are really good as well. The property was very modern and well kept. We also got massage which is also a good idea by the river. We enjoyed our stay overall and will Definitely recommend and return in the future. Nothing.
