PIERO (9/5): Tutto è andato bene. Camera comoda, ampi spazi (comuni) e colazione inclusa come cortesia. - Colazione molto apprezzata anche perché non era inclusa. Un piccolo dettaglio che fa sempre bene trovare.

Papa (10/5): - Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole presso Mirea’s Rooms ad Ascoli Piceno e sono rimasto molto soddisfatta sotto tanti aspetti. La struttura è moderna, accogliente e curata, a partire dall’arredamento delle camere fino agli spazi comuni. La posizione è comoda: il che permette di raggiungere facilmente la città,allo stesso tempo godersi un po’ di tranquillità. E per chi ha parenti in ospedale è molto vicino.La fermata dell'autobus è proprio sotto il B &B. Le camere dispongono di bagno privato, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi gratuito e alcuni comforts extra come macchina del caffè, frigorifero, lavastoviglie: in questo modo ci si sente davvero come a casa. Ho apprezzato molto anche la pulizia e l’ordine: tutto è stato mantenuto in ottimo stato e la gestione sembra davvero attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Altri elementi che mi hanno colpito positivamente: Il relax: alcune camere offrono perfino terrazza o vista tranquilla, ideali per staccare un po’. Il comfort complessivo: ascensore, parcheggio nelle vicinanze, ottima dotazione di servizi. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo: la struttura, pur non essendo ultra-lusso, offre un soggiorno di buon livello adatto sia per turismo che per lavoro.
