• Yi (4/5): Terrible day. - No wifi provided. body shower soap finished already, didn’t top up No aircon in the small room, have to sleep in the living room instead. The area too far away from city, very poor wifi. Difficulty to call grab, to be waited more than half an hour. Need to pay deposit, but didn’t mentioned on the booking website.the owner said will refund once checkout, but I have to trance of the deposit.

• Nurin (6/5): Actually, we didnt get the location that we wanted and was given at another location. Never again. - Nothing that we like actually. Not much sea view. Far off the other side. As what we saw from the website everything was the same. Sofa, dining set, 1 bedroom normal size and the small room only fit 1 single bed. We actually wanted Star View Bay Forest City. But was given at Ataraxia Park which was far off. Felt cheated and the online address was not corect. Host decided to give and take so we took it. Pillows were so soft and thin like fabric and the pillow cases were quite a bad smell which i had to take off and wash them. The small room was humid and only a desk fan provided. Outside the apartment, there's a CCTV. No toiletries provide. Please bring your own.

• Nurhisham (4/5): We will not come again - Could not enter carpark with a duplicate card. It was raining when we check out. And no shelter at the driveway. Seek help from security for a quick 5mins to enter carpark to load our baggage but security refuse. I also have an elderly with me and we have a hard time enter the vehicle from the lobby.
