• Jürg (6/5): - Gemütliche Lage Mehrfach aufgewacht, wenn die Nachbarn oben rumliefen nachts. Sehr ringhörig. Türfallen alt und eine ging kaum auf. Leider kein Sitzplatz im Garten.

• Kelley (7/5): Very nice place! - It was a nice property in a good location. Glad there was off street parking. But we were unsure where we were supposed to park. There was mold on the shower curtain. No tissues and no hand towels in the bathroom. And no extra blankets.
• Petty (5/5): Hard to sleep/ extremely noisy if there is someone staying above you, but beds were very comfortable, place was near - My favorite part about the property was that the beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment was in a decent location that was pretty much an equal distance away from anything we wanted to do. Overall, the place was pretty clean. However, they definitely don’t clean under the bed and I moved a dresser just enough to get to the plug to charge my phone and there was a half eaten chicken wing back there. The refrigerator was a little dirty too. I could get past that because overall the apartment was decently clean. The reason why I would choose not to stay here again was because initially we were told we would be the only ones there, but just before midnight the first night in comes other ppl. Not sure how many but it sounded like they were going to come through our front door as they carried their things up the stairs. They stayed directly above us and it sounded like a heard of elephants as they walked across the floor. It was constant for hours. We could hear clear as day what they were saying to each other (however they were speaking mostly in a foreign language). And every morning at 6am, they used their phone on vibrate as an alarm and you could hear it In both bedrooms where we were. My mother-in-law said she heard everything I heard from the other bedroom. Then started the stampede again. The people were non stop stomping back and forth for hours. I need a vacation from my vacation because I feel so sleep deprived. And it’s a shame because the beds were so comfortable. It’s just impossible to sleep through the stomping feet and the clear as day voices of the ppl directly above us.

• Tamara (10/5): Perfect place to stay while visiting family nearby. - We stayed here for a week so we could spend time with our family and new grandson who live only 2.5 blocks away. Staying here allowed us to have time to ourselves and relax. Gavin, the host, always messaged us immediately when we had questions. The beds were sooooo comfortable. We will certainly stay here again when visiting the area. NOTE: If you have sensitivity to perfumes or scented products, please let the host know so they can accommodate your needs. The apartment is on the first floor of an older building and the people who stayed upstairs (not sure if it is a rental or permanent resident) were very noisy (heavy footsteps) a few mornings. (This was the only noise we heard the entire stay.)

• Mike (10/5): Great quiet place to stay. - The apartment was very conveniently located to the airport, and other things and very clean and the neighborhood very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will return when we are next back in the area. There are two doors with security codes that one has to go through to get into the apartment. Because the codes are different, it's a minor annoyance...maybe even not worth mentioning.

You can hear the creaking sound and also the sound of people walking on the top floor.The doorknob of one of the rooms was faulty it got stuck when the door was closed. Everything seemed very old and over used in the kitchen.
• Rivka (10/5): Highly recommend. Great place. - The house is beautiful, the mattresses and pillows are visco which is really comfortable and not even typical for hotels. The sheets smell great! The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Located in a quiet neighborhood, there is plenty of free parking. Close to kosher food places and synagogues. No Handheld Showerhead for Bathing, There is only a static shower head. (A matter of habit. Of course it won't bother anyone). One more thing that bothered us was that there were tenants above us that every time they walked we could really hear it, which is not very pleasant, especially when sleeping. Other than that everything is perfect.

• Irina (10/5): Great value, great host & private driveway parking! - The apartment was very well situated for our interests as we are Frank Lloyd Wright architecture enthusiasts, and besides the quintessential Niagara Falls visit, we also enjoyed the David Martin House visit which is immaculately organized by the Martin House Foundation. The apartment is well maintained and Gavin, the host is very approachable. We also recommend the nearby Yemeni restaurant for the best lamb “biriyani-style” rice dish, and the gourmet Frank’s hotdog place next door. The Spot coffee house and Jam Parkside are excellent breakfast options in proximity. Driveway private parking was a dealmaker for us while staying in Buffalo! The above apartment can be easily heard as the floors are parquet and make a lot of noise. Our suggestion would be to add more carpeted areas to the second floor apartment for a more pleasant stay. At night, even regular kind of walking can be quite disturbing.

• Carolina (4/5): Disappointing - Good location and host is readily available by text. Apartment had a bad smell (like dusty and dank). Very loud noises (stepping and things dropping) throughout the whole night from neighbors upstairs (thin walls) . Even with earplugs it was hard to fall asleep.

The walls / celing were a bit thin and the neighbors upstairs could be easily heard which I presume means I could easily be heard by them.
