- Christodoulou (8/5): This could have been perfect but management failed to deliver the relaxing stay promised... - Our room had its own little balcony which was walled and made it private. The room itself was spacious with tea/coffee-making facilities and the bathroom was nicely equipped with toiletries. The reception staff were welcoming and the housekeeping staff were attentive. The restaurant meals were excellent! Noisy guests who were partying first outside our room and then above us were not asked to leave the hotel despite being drunk and disorderly. By 3am we had been woken up three times and the only option was that we move room which we did not accept. Despite requesting a refund for this one night the manager declined saying the booking.com policy did not offer refunds on our reservation. In this case, I would have thought this fell outside of that policy given that we were exemplary guests and ate in the restaurant every night too unlike a family who brought in Domino's Pizza! We spent time by the pool (despite no loungers!) and the jacuzzi pool was not operational. A group of children used the pool and played ball games despite the signs saying no ball games allowed. They were not reprimanded or asked to go to the children's pool area.

- Karthick (7/5): It’s was not a great experience - Just the landscape other than are not up to the mark The pool was allowed to all with out any proper restrictions and it was very much tidy and it was with algae and smell bad . The food was also very bad and the staff behaviour is not good . They don’t react to the customers needs
