Guest Reviews
- Kristen (8/5): Great location and charming space with responsive hosts, but a few comfort and maintenance issues. - The apartment is in a fantastic location — we loved being able to walk easily throughout Condesa, Roma Norte and Sur, Parque España, Parque México, and Bosque de Chapultepec. There were wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and foodie experiences everywhere around us, which made exploring the neighborhood incredibly enjoyable.
The unit itself felt safe, comfortable, and charming. We especially enjoyed the living room, kitchen, and deck, all of which were functional and inviting. During the frequent summer thunderstorms, it was actually quite cozy to sit inside and watch the lightning from the living room, and on dry mornings we loved drinking coffee on the deck while listening to the birds. We also appreciated having a washing machine, strong Wi-Fi, and a water filter at the kitchen sink.
Another major positive was the communication from the management team. They were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we reported a flooding issue in the bathroom, they replied immediately, brought extra towels right away, and scheduled maintenance immediately. Their prompt communication and willingness to help were genuinely appreciated.
Overall, we really enjoyed the location and living space and would consider staying here again, especially during cooler months. The bed was extremely firm — which may work well for some guests, but was a bit uncomfortable for us. The apartment also became very hot without air conditioning. The provided fans definitely helped, but during warmer weather they weren’t quite enough. We needed to keep the windows open for airflow, but because there are no window screens, we woke up most mornings with several mosquito bites.
The kitchen was stocked with cookware and lovely pottery dishes, but we were surprised that there was no salt or cooking oil provided. Those are such common pantry basics that it made cooking difficult unless we purchased full-size containers ourselves.
The biggest opportunity for improvement is definitely the bathrooms. In the blue bathroom, the shower had not been properly cleaned before our arrival, and accessing it was awkward because the toilet blocks the shower door from opening more than about 12 inches. In the main bathroom, the shower drainage was a significant issue — the floor flooded badly during use, to the point that we eventually had to keep the water pressure barely above a drip in order to prevent water from covering the bathroom floor. (See "What we liked" above because management was VERY responsive to this issue.)
If we stayed again, we would likely visit during cooler weather and come prepared with a few basic kitchen supplies like salt and oil.
- Fiona (5/5): Convenient location, but I would explore options for a serviced apartment in the future. - It is adjacent to a nice area of Condesa with a good selection of places to eat and drink located nearby. Highlights include Tacos Don Juan, Xel-Há Bar, El Olivdado (great coffee) and The Backyard (relaxed). Whilst the apartment itself was quiet, it is located by a three lane freeway. Earplugs are a must. There was no hot water on arrival and it took 36hrs to get resolved. Whilst I had a WhatsApp number for a host I was asked to post my requests for support on booking.com which they only appear to check sporadically. The kettle was also broken - so no back-up. The flat also felt like it could do with a deep clean and a new mattress for the bed. The number for the person who handed over the keys was only supplied whilst we were on our flight to Mexico.

- Roma (10/5): The stat was wonderful and met all our needs! - The locations was in a great neighborhood that was quiet, but also had many restaurants and places to hang out nearby. The apartment felt safe and was very clean and also met our needs perfectly, including having the filtered water system in the unit, which was great! There was only one night where the neighbors had a rooftop party until very late (5AM the next morning) with a DJ and so it was difficult to sleep, but that only occurred one night.
- Michael (10/5): Nice Condesa Apartment! - Great location. Very comfortable. Beautiful apartment. Very loud neighbors on the weekend.
- Abi (10/5): - Excellent location, easy walking distance to multiple delicious restaurants. It's a beautiful property and is very thoughtfully designed.
- Isaline (10/5): Voyage en famille - Incroyable appartement : tout est super à 100%. Si je reviens à Mexico je dormirai à nouveau ici ! Nous étions là une semaine avec nos trois jeunes enfants et c’était parfait !
- Kimball (8/5): -
- Goldie (10/5): Our one night stay was just what we wanted. - The decor, the convenience, the quiet at night, the ambiance. Everything was fine.
- Christopher (8/5): Unusually nice apt - This is an exceptionally beautifully designed apartment in an excellent neighborhood. Lovely terrace as well. Lots of little things were slightly off. It can be hard to ventilate at night for good sleep; hot water can be spotty; communication re check-in can be unclear; indirect lighting is nice but ... for shaving? I would stay here again for the good value and great overall ambiance, but it's not perfect.
- Ryan (10/5): Luxe, comfy penthouse in the heart of Condesa - I like the location. It's really beautiful inside, the raised brick ceilings is really stunning. It has a great kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, plus two bedrooms. It really does feel like the penthouse of the building, which it is. And at only two floors, it's easy to get in and out. I did not need an air conditioner, the cool air from outside was enough. Loved it here. Felt very safe in this area, too. Easy walk to Chapultepec forest and castle. The only constructive criticism I'd give is to get better pillows. They were OK. The bathroom could benefit from brighter lighting. Neither were real issues for me, though. Oh, and plates. I found everything needed except no plates, to my surprise. These are tiny areas for improvement!
- Marte (9/5): Enjoyed my stay! Will want to rent again - Big spacious apartment with nice terrasse. Hosts met me on location. Easy walk to everywhere from the apartment. Only thing was the bed-sheets. I talked to the host and they say they agree and it is on their top priority list to change to cotton ones.
- Marco (10/5): Gorgeous Stay in Condesa - Spectacular stay. First of all, the host was very attentive from the beginning, before my arrival. The indications were very clear. I went to spend S. Valetine's day with my girlfriend, and the truth is the space is wonderful. Spacious, good distribution, the kitchen is basically new, and the bed is very comfortable (I usually have problems sleeping away from home and here I rest deeply). But the terrace was the best: the sky views were spectacular and everything is very quiet (the building and the area). Great location with a lot of gastronomic offer around.
