• Stephen (10/5): Lovely apartment, fantastic hosts, would recommend - Katia met us at the property. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The property had everything we needed, and a bottle of wine as a gift was a lovely touch. There is a fantastic bakery nearby and a large shopping centre a short walk away. The view from the balcony is stunning, with a lovely sunset view. The complex is very peaceful. We would definitely book again. It is on a steep hill, but there is a bus stop right outside and taxis are cheap. We like walking, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

• ALISON (10/5): Made our holiday so relaxing - quiet little week - This property we found was absolutely gem to find couldn’t have asked for better It was totally immaculate and the hosts Roman and Katia are absolutely dedicated in making your stay enjoyable - Roman checked us in -which was superb and very informative - and Katia also checked in on us / we booked the apartment on the reviews and we can tell they have a real passion to do well and for guests to return Everything well equipped supermarkets nearby and a lovely Danish bakery on the doorstop - what more can you ask for Nothing this property is lovely

• Van Stiphout (9/5): - we waren voortdurend in contact met Katia die op zelfde moment als ons aankomt. elke vraag werd meteen beantwoord en oplossing werd gezocht. erg toegankelijk, zo der opdringerig te zijn .perfect dus. zelfs Belgische zenders zijn beschikbaar. zwembad was erg rustig, mag 10'tal personen. misschien airco? er waren wel windmolens die al veel afkoelden.

• Tony (10/5): A lovely holiday in Tenerife. - Lovely apartment, great communication. 5 mins to a supermarket complex with bars and restaurants. It is a bit of a stroll to the beach, comming back the hill to the apartment is rather steep.

• Monique (9/5): great apartment, great hosts - We had a wonderful time in Kátia's apartment. She and her husband Roman are perfect hosts, communicating quickly and smoothly and doing their utmost to fulfill all your wishes, even unspoken. The apartment itself is spacious and very well equipped and has a lovely balcony that offers a lot of privacy. The beach and many nice restaurants are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended. N/A
• Adelap (10/5): Home away from home - Everything was exceptional! The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need for a long stay. It is close to the beautiful Duque beach and very conveniently located to explore the whole island. It is also close to supermarkets, in a very nice area. It is 3 km from Siam Park. The apartment overlooks the ocean and the Teide volcano. I found the kitchen very well equipped, including a paper roll, garbage bags, detergent pads for the washing machine, cold water in the refrigerator and a bottle of champagne waiting for us on the table. In the bathroom, many towels, for a long stay, toilet paper, hot water all the time. We really felt at home. The hosts Katia and Roman gave us good restaurant recommendations in the area, and in the end they allowed us to stay a few more hours after the check-out time. Thank you Katia and Roman, you are excellent hosts! We will definitely come back, when the roads bring us back to Tenerife. -
